Customer service confirmed that the last reward I received was a card that I claimed 2 days ago. The game is not allowing players to claim their cards... it's stealing card rewards and then when you file a report it gives an auto response about how you are just not seeing it. The reason you are not seeing the cards is because you are not getting the cards and it's happening on PC as well as Android.

And you do get them. This is just a notification issue.

For the past few days, when I win 4, 6, 8 games etc. it is not providing the free card reward to claim. It just shows the experience earned but no card. This is frustrating, as I'll often play to reach those milestones to get the card rewards.

I´m not receiving the reward card but i´m gaining gold and experience

I play by PC and I am getting just 3 or 4 cards from the total of 6 that I should get for completing the 15 victories. I realised 2 or 3 days ago. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

Has been happening to me too, since July 18. No daily card rewards (or very few, maybe 1 in 10). Playing on PC.

I noticed I'm not receiving the daily card reward or at least I'm not noticed about what I receive

Just happened to me too. Only got the experience and no card on my 5th win.

I cannot gain uncommon card as a daily quest rewards for 4,6,8 10,12,14 wins, these days.
At Home Screen the reward is shown, but when I win rank mutch or standard play, it seems the reward is not provided.

Not receiving card rewards for completing daily quests after 5 wins. Playing on Android os. This has been ongoing since the most recent patch update.

I have the same issue.

From the last patch, I dont earn any reward when I should have a card reward from daily quest. I earn gold rewards but no more cards. Happening from July 18th and playing on Android app

Since the latest patch I haven't received daily progress rewards that consist of the Uncommon cards on the daily (x/15) wheel progress ticker. Gold is rewarded normally. Other rewards (e.g. rare cards) are normal for the special midweek magic standard event though for example.
