Make the concede button useable only if at least 3 turns have occurred in game
Too many people just start a game and instantly concede or concede in the first turn.

Are you playing a broken or extremely salty deck? If not, it could be the shuffler is so bad it makes a deck unplayable after the mulligans it takes to get a decent hand. I have had plenty of games that went 4 mulligans then concede due to bad draws.

Nope. I reserve the right to snap-concede against ANY off-format deck (e.g. "towers of jank" with card counts exceeding the format) or against known jerks/ropers.
In the current meta, I also snap-concede against any deck that gets a Leyline of Resonance out at turn zero unless I have a 1 mana bounce in my starting hand--'cuz math.
Unfortunately, WotC has failed to implement even basic match-making filters congruent with standard practices in local FNMs world-wide for decades, so as players, we've been forced to "implement them" ourselves.

Then play a deck people actually enjoy playing against. You and people like you fielding a format juggernaut in a Casual environment is the problem, not people conceding early on once they realize they won't have fun.
Also, what good would that do. You'd just be waiting for your opponent to rope out instead of them conceeding and letting you play against someone else. Or you concede (oh wait, you couldn't). You can't force people to play against you!
