Toph, the First Metalbender Ability Issue
When Toph has no abilities while enchanted by "Eaten By Piranhas", artifacts are still treated as lands.
In below screenshots, Toph is enchanted, lost all abilities, yet all artifacts are still treated as Islands due to Harbinger of the Seas.

I agree, as is it is not a bug.
In my case however, after Toph is destroyed, the artifacts stayed lands. This is a bug since in that case Toph effect can't apply anymore

"Does this also apply to new artifacts that enter the field? For me, these were also treated as lands. Is this the expected effect?"
Yes, and yes.

That's interesting; thanks!

Copying a comment made on another person who reported the same issue:
I don't believe this is actually a bug. The issue here is that there's multiple effects going on at the same time. One (Toph's ability) is trying to change the type of other cards. One (Kenrith's Transformation) is trying to change the abilities of Toph.
When there's multiple effects going on at the same time, deciding which takes precedence isn't just a matter of (whichever was added most recently). Instead, the rules use a system of layers, with effects in one layer happening before effects in the next.
Type-changing effects (like Toph) are in Layer 4. Ability-removing effects are in Layer 6. Effectively this means Toph's ability isn't removed until it's already changed the types of the nontoken artifacts. So your artifacts should still be lands even with Kenrith's Transformation in play. For more on this particular interaction, do a search for Kenrith's Transformation and Ashaya, an older interaction which is similar in a lot of ways.
