How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Traditional Standard Ranked win not increasing Constructed Rank

    I have won multiple matches of Traditional Standard Ranked and then realized that my Constructed Rank went nowhere. I am sitting as Platinum 4 with 0 pips when I should clearly have more.

  2. Mastery reward bug

    I’m no longer receiving rewards from my mastery pass or tree? I’m gaining xp and it says I’m receiving rewards but cards are not in my card pool.

    10 times in a row I have to go second in the game, after a victory 5 or more times I go second, this is ridiculous.

  4. Opponent's Timer Not Expiring

    I encountered a bug tonight where my opponent's timer ran out while deciding whether or not to keep their hand. I waited until the timer 'rope' appeared and then until it reached it's end, instead of resulting in a loss for them the timer remained sparkling at it's end. I left the game open for a few minutes and nothing happened; when I closed and re-opened the game I had received an additional loss in my draft (Arena Cube Best of One).     When I cast syncopate with x=0, the spell's controller should have the option to have the spell countered. Arena currently autopays 0 (even on full control)

    there is a bug where the application (Mtg Arena) freezes when you select the cards from the graveyard to pay the escape cost for Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger (on macOS Monterey 12.1) and app version 2021.12.10.652.904583

  7. Your servers stink!!!

    Your servers cannot handle your traffic, constantly getting kicked out & I have the latest IPad. This is a you issue. Playing is no longer fun, and card pulls are consistently awful. You’ve made a game that used to be fun…no fun at all anymore.

    Game frozen as the other player is trying to play a creature card. No actions possible except to pass turn, but it is not even my turn yet. Game has been frozen for over 3 minute...

    Tested 50 games each!
    I play brawl only. With that being said, lets start with match making!
    Decks have a algorithm pre-set and deteremens what deck you go agaist!
    Example, if you play with Esika, God of the Tree then 90% of the time you will go against the same deck or Magda, Brazen Outlaw. tested 50 games!!!!
    Second deck i played with 50 times is Lurrus, of the Dream. Not s single time i got the two decks above but instead two to three other decks....

  11. Game Time Out with Triggers on Stack

    Scute Swarm with Ancient Greenwarden. Opponent playing Protector's Shield. Over 500 ETB effects on stack resulted in time out timer running out without option to continue effecting gameplay, and forced a forfeit.

    Please remove timer countdown while effects are resolving on the stack.

    Ladder play no longer affects my rank. It's been this way for weeks now. I remain stuck at Bronze Tier 1 no matter how many ladder games I win or lose.

  14. Timer stopped

    I was playing a game in ranked, and the opponents timer began to run out. It got to the end and simply stopped. The hourglasses didn't disappear and I was locked on the screen. I eventually had to log out of the account entirely. Any idea on what occurred?

  17. Cheating

    Quit dictating how I play the game just because you want me to play a card because I can doesn't mean I have to or should. It's ridiculous when the game does this you can tell it wants you to play this way because when you don't it gives you trash that isn't useful until you have to discard or it swamps you with land cards until your opponent has so many creatures on the field you don't stand a chance. This game is rigged it cheats and crashes to make you lose and spend money which I will not.…

  18. Game Timer Bug

    Game Timer Freeze
    so my oponent was losing the game i was going to do the final blow and then he just stoped to play and let the timer go down

    at one point the timer have go to Zero and he did not lose a timer counter and the timer stoped and stay there for infinit time.... forcing me to drop the game and give a free win to my oponent

  19. Constructed rank stuck at gold rank tier 4

    IOS. Play is buggy. I have to exit program to get gp and constructed rank doesn’t”t change regardless of wins.

  20. MTGA freezing

    Arena freezes during game (standard ranked). After a while opponent seems to be roping out but never does, hourglass stays. Can't concede the game so have to force shut.
    Second time in 20 minutes... Unplayable atm.
