How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. revealed cards get hidden on looting

    Cards that were previously revealed are hidden again when opponent discards or loots.
    Reproduce:
    cast something that reveals opponents hand.
    opponent casts Volcanic spite and puts a card back in their deck.
    revealed hand will be hidden again.

    Platform: PC

    Actual results: opponent's hand is re-hidden.
    Expected results: revealed cards in opponent's hand remain visible

  2. card-styled battle's back side doesn't show ability

    card-styled invasion of zendikar's other side bugged. can't see the card ability on the back side.

  3. Taigam - Storm the Seedcore

    There appears to be a bug with Taigam. When casting Storm the Seedcore with rebound the game draws immediately

  4. All will be one enchantment bug

    This enchantment is dealing damage when it's just a static x/x. A card has to specify that it's a counter but the all will be one enchantment is registering any card that affects power/defense as counters

  5. Cards not working

    I played temporary lockdown and nothing was happening and then my time started ticking down and the was nothing I could do and then the turn just ended with temporary lockdown just sitting on the table. Next turn I played the eternal wanderer I used her -4 ability and nothing happened it just went to my opponents turn.

  6. Norn's Wellspring did not trigger on token death

    Gameplay Bug.

    Opponents turn.
    I have Norn's Wellspring and 1/1 token (Skrelv's Hive generated) in play.
    Token dies. Wellspring doesn't trigger.

  10. Fading Hope

    Game shows the "Waiting for server message when going to resolve Fading Hope's scry 1 (my internet is working perfectly well meanwhile) and after reconnecting just does nothing. This probably lost me a game for no reason

  11. -1/-1カウンターが機能しているかどうか確認してください。

    パワー2で-1/-1カウンターが乗っているクリーチャーに攻撃されてダメージを2受けてマッチに敗北しました。エラーを報告しようとしてもマッチが終了してしまってログが記録できませんでした。

  12. Essence Capture does not give +1 in some cases

    The other player played a enchantment creature card. His Kami of Transience procced. I played Essence Capture. The creature card was countered, Kami of Transience received a +1 and the +1 to my creature failed.
    This is happening in other cases where something goes on the stack between the countered spell and Essence Capture.

  14. infinite earth destroyer combo

    Liquimetal Coating + karn, the Great Creator. is an unbeatable combo that destroys your lands one being the rival is unfair. The worst thing is that in a 60 card deck when you carry a duplicate of 4 cards you always get 2 in hand or in a row, this is another bug

  15. Priority skipped for instant response precombat against Soldiers

    Opponent had Myrel, and 2 Yotian Frontliner on board. I have four lands able to tap for black and blue mana. I have in hand a cut down and Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter. I have mana available untapped to cast both spells. I have a Surge Engine on field. It has been activated once to have the Unblockable skill.

    Opponent cast a Valiant Veteran and then a Siege Veteran. I did not get priority when casting Siege veteran to respond with a cut down on the Valiant Veteran. The opponent moved to combat and I had no priority to cast the…

  16. Koma, cosmos serpent ability doesn't work as it should.

    Koma's ability doesn't work in the stack as would be tournament legal.

    Example 1:
    Koma activates it's ability to tap krenko and in response Krenko is tapped and its ability goes through. As Intended.

    Example 2:
    Krenko goes to activate it's ability and is at the bottom of the stack. I activate koma's ability in response to tap krenko preventing Krenko's ability.
    The problem is the code still allows Krenko's ability to go through when I countered him.

    In the second Koma has priority in the stack and Krenko should be countered as that is tournament rules.

    Please fix this…

  17. text and art missing from cards

    My draft table didn't have any alchemy cards in it and during my games, people played alchemy cards against me. The art and text was missing from their cards and I couldn't tell what was going on.

  18. lands

    In my last two draft games I have stolen a lot of lands totally outside of any mathematical logic.
    In the first 4 of my first five robberies land privileges, in the second, things were worse and of my first six robberies five land privileges. We are talking about a deck of 41 cards and 17 lands.
    The ratio of lands compared to normal cards I drafted is absurd, please check my account to verify these facts.
    I think they use some kind of logarithm that is manipulating the way they steal land.

  20. Dreadhorde, hability check doesn't trigger correctly

    Dreadhorde hability should trigger always and select the spell when reach it's turn on the pile.
    Example: Dreadhorde is equiped with Two-handed axe. Thirll of possibility on graveyard. When creature attack, both trigger appears to be ordered, but as there is no instant/sorcery with lesser or equal manacost, Dreadhorde effect gets canceled and then, Two-handed axe triggers effectivelly increasing its attack.

    What should happens: The same behabiour as Barrowin of Clan Undurr, First triggers, and when its its turn on the pile, ability resolves if able.
