How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Unable to block
Arena hung today during a Bo1 ECL game; when I reconnected, I could not block. Tapping my creatures did not select them, to be precise. I lost the game as a result (ending my draft). This was in iOS after today's update.
Please refund my draft cost.

Daily/Weekly Quests doesn't appear - Bug
Every day, I try to check my daily mission in the game, but it simply doesn't appear. I can't collect my coins, and it's frustrating. I'll have to stop playing the game.
I've tried everything: reinstalling, logging out, installing on iOS, but it's always the same. Either the mission doesn't appear, or the mission space appears but the mission is never there; it always says it's counting down to a new one, but I never get the reward.
I have a friend in the exact same situation, and you haven't given him any answer.
PS: I've already finished the tutorial…

Why is this stupidity still allowed?
I'm being forced to watch these clowns go infinite and unpunished for abusing the system like this, infinite creatures, I have to manually click on everything even though I have "Resolve All" clicked, my timer running out while the other player just continues, FIX THIS TRASH. Oh and Alchemy cards? Trash, remove them all from Historic and Brawl already, if you need to create such a trash thing like Alchemy cards then KEEP THEM IN ALCHEMY.

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. Game is hanging for no reason
Get your **** show in order WOTC. I have spent money in good faith that the product you offer will work correctly. I have started 7 total games today and 5 of the 7 have been with 3 separate decks. The first deck froze two times out of 3 games when all I did was tap to activate an earthbent Fabled Passage. In both games.
The next deck, froze once and finished one.
3rd deck if froze two consecutive games around turn 5. All the freezes have taken place after stabilizing or when I am attacking in with lethal trying…12 votes -
Final Win to obtain Mythic not awarded
I needed one win to advance to mythic; got the win and...no ranking update on the Victory screen. Looked at my rank and I was still Diamond 1 with one win needed. This was on iOS - I'm reporting here because the drop down menus don't work on my phone. Please advance me to Mythic. Thank you.

Screen goes black won't load
After 'Loading initial screen' the screen goes black and the game won't load. Waited over 5 minutes, but nothing...

Game crashes mid game
Mobile Android 2026.57.0.5694.1241037
Game appears to halt all user input mid game, causing major delays and game losses. Appears sparattic, but when it occurs, causes the game to become unplayable for the user. Multiple causes for thr crash include: opponent activating the ability of a map token, creatures dying as a state based action due to damage, resolving abilities of class enchantments, etc. When the bug gets triggeted, it ignores all user input and will not resolve the spell or ability on the stack, causing a "timeout" for the user.

Game glitching out when clearing the stack
Game thinks it's my action but cards are still sitting on the stack and it doesn't allow me to do anything except talk to my opponent. Has happened repeatedly since last patch. Android.

Token destruction freezing game
This has been happening for 3 days now, I’ve seen multiple other reports but there’s been no response whatsoever from wizards so here I am again. Upon any token destruction, the player who should have an opportunity to respond will be locked out of making any moves. The timer will run out while the pass button is nowhere to be found. Additionally cards that theoretically you can respond with are not able to be used, mana is not able to be tapped. Game hangs on mobilize end step trigger
When the mobilize sacrifice triggers at the end step the game hangs showing my stadium headliner card. I have to restart the client to continue playing. This has been happening since the client update before the teenage mutant ninja turtles set release

Game stuck in waiting for spell/phase resolution

This has happened to me twice now, in under an hour no less, and this never happened until this update. There seems to be no specific trigger either. The first time it happened I was in a much, just about to win, but instead the game froze/crashed and I was stuck waiting for my equip effect to resolve and attach to the creature that would have won me the match. Game is freezing often in the middle of matches
After the the newest update on Feb. 24, 2026, the game is freezing in the middle of matches. This is happening in at least 1 out of every 3 matches I play. Lucky for me, I haven't payed for entry to an event or I'd be livid that this happened and gave me a lose. Sadly for Hasbro, this means I have no intention of spending money on entry until this issues is clearly fixed.

Daily wins and ranking not working
I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).
