How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Fix your matchmaking
For a company that has put so much attention into making sure in-person games are fair (what with the whole commander bracket system and whatnot) it’s insane how little effort y’all have put into the matchmaking here. It is abysmal. I mostly play brawl, and I’m consistently matched against vastly higher power decks, toxic players, etc. it is incredibly unfun to play 90% of the time. I have no clue how matchmaking currently works (ie what factors are considered) but the strength of deck people are playing clearly isn’t factored in at all.

Marvel Jump in Stuck
I am experiencing the same issue other have mentioned. I have tried to select both packs for the jump in but as soon as I selected my second pack, I was booted back to the main menu and can no longer select any packs.

Shuffler
Fix the shuffler. I have played paper magic majority of my life. Never have I ever seen hands like I am being given on this game. It is rigged, You can deny it but only true players know. Lets ban together to get this fixed.

HULK SMASH!
The card HULK SMASH! showed up with the mode selection interface, but the button to confirm the modes would not illuminate or be able to be selected.

Your shuffling algorithm is being abused in ranked.
Several times I've faced 250 card decks that are concerningly consistent. The exact answers they need constantly. If this was once or twice, I wouldn't say anything, but this happened to me years ago when I uninstalled because of it.
If your shuffling algorithm is solved this badly then it should really be altered so people can't just abuse it.

Finished a match in the ranked queue. Found myself demoted to Silver and fast-forwarded to July. Image of profile attached. Windows 11.

Claws of Bast Achievement not granting progress
I think this one may be bugged, because I have played 14 games, and earned more than 1 life in each, and the wording implies gaining 50 total life in one game should grant the achievement. As you can see in the second screenshot, Modern Marvel is giving the correct total, but Claws of Bast and Daring Operative are incorrect.

Priority was automatically skipped (when it shouldn't)
Opponent on the play, I am on the draw.
Turn 1: Opponent plays a land, passes the turn, i play a land and Llanowar Elves
Turn 2: Opponent plays a land, has 2 mana open, passes the turn, I play a land, then in detail:
- I play Badgermole Cub (tapping 2 lands)
- Cub resolves, Cub's ETB is added on the stack (i target a land)
- Opponent casts Sear, targeting Cub. I have Llanowar untapped. I EXPECT to tap it for 2 Green mana, because I have 2 mana creatures in hand

Optional "Don't pair with decks containing Alchemy cards" setting
If you won't remove Alchemy at least make a setting where people can opt out of being paired with those using Alchemy. If the proposed setting is active make it so decks can use the unadjusted cards.

Why is this stupidity still allowed?
I'm being forced to watch these clowns go infinite and unpunished for abusing the system like this, infinite creatures, I have to manually click on everything even though I have "Resolve All" clicked, my timer running out while the other player just continues, FIX THIS TRASH. Oh and Alchemy cards? Trash, remove them all from Historic and Brawl already, if you need to create such a trash thing like Alchemy cards then KEEP THEM IN ALCHEMY.

my card Koma world eater does not show its animation intro
Hello, my card "Koma, World-Eater" does not show its animation intro when I cast it, why?? I cleaned the cache, but it still doen't show ... Should I buy a new card style for that?

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. Squirrel Tokens Limited
On iOS, when using Squirrel Girl’s squirrel token abilities, you cannot make over 250 squirrel tokens. This also barred me from making squirrel tokens with other card abilities.

Space Bar stops working to pass priority
The space bar stops working sometimes to pass priority. I have to close and relaunch in order to get it to function again.

Sothera's end step trigger doesn't return a creature if Sothera is no longer on the battlefield
Sothera, the Supervoid's end step trigger to sacrifice itself and put an exiled creature onto the battlefield currently doesn't work if it can't sacrifice itself. If it leaves the battlefield with its trigger on the stack (for example The Mind Stone flickering it or returning it to hand), the trigger does nothing instead of skipping the sacrifice and still putting a creature onto the battlefield like expected. Since there's no "if you do" clause making the rest of the ability depend on sacrificing it, I can't see any reason except a bug that this could be the case.

July Season Bug Fixed but my Rank hasn't been
I was playing ladder in Diamond 2 yesterday and after a match I got the season rewards again (having already gotten them at the end of the May season after finishing in Mythic), got kicked down to Gold rank, and the profile page said it was July season as reported by many others.
The profile page has now been fixed (now saying June season) but my rank hasn't been restored to Diamond where it should be.
