How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Emmara, Soul of the Accord Convoke duplicate triggers

    Emmara, Soul of the Accord is bugged when used to convoke cast a spell. When using Emmara to convoke, the triggered ability creating tokens produces multiple triggers instead of the single trigger.

    Recreated in Bot Mode, with just Emmara on the board and Aerial Boost which produced 8 Emmara triggers.

  2. Elvish Refueler (different bug)

    My opponent used Perilous Snare on my Elvish Refueler. I used Broken Wing on the Perilous Snare to get my Elvish Refueler back a couple of turns later. After I got my Elvish Refuler back, I was not able to use her exhaust ability on my turn after I had used her exhaust ability on my opponent's turn.

  3. Game ended in a draw when I had clearly won

    I was playing with Angel of destiny was well over the 35 life total needed to win, attacked, ended turn and the game result was a draw, no drop out, lag or other issue at either end that would have normally resulted in a draw. Is this a new issue?

  4. concede button , Bloodthirsty Conqueror

    Regarding the combo of "Bloodthirsty Conqueror" that will lose life until the end of the game. Why is the "Concede" button not available? If there are many lives that need to be lost 1 life at a time, do I just have to wait?

    the cards ability "scavenge"
    -on android there is no description of what the ability does when u select the card
    -this also occurs when in deck builder or looking through collection

  6. MTGA Crashes When Casting Koma

    Hello, as the title says, MTGA crashes on every cast of Koma, Cosmos Serpent. This issue occurred while playing on my iPhone and in the Arena Cube Draft. Thanks!

  7. Game Crash After update

    After the update to arena on 9/12/24, the game asks to download additional data. I clicked the download button and the game crashes and never downloads anything. Android, Samsung galaxy s22. I have powered the phone off, and tried again. It still did not work.

  8. Chitin Gravestalker cannot be embalmed by "Cursecloth Wrappings"

    Unable to to cast Chitin Gravestalker via embalm through Cursecloth Wrappings.

    Correct mana avaialable.

    "Action cannot be completed due to unpayable cost"

    Cost me some games in a sealed event.

    Missing mastery pass rewards for level 6,7, and 8 Duskmourn

  10. Mastery rewards not given

    I'm not getting any rewards from Mastery. Unlocked it and got every reward until that lvl as it unlocked. After that, levels didn't give any rewards at all (Missed 2000 gold coins, 2 mythics and a duskmourn pack currently)

  11. missing mastery pass rewards

    not getting all my mastery pass rewards from duskmorn, am missing at least 2 packs, 400 gems, 3 orbs and 1 pet, it started at level 34 and i just leveled to 40 and only received the bonus pack for the level but none of the rest of the rewards for the level

  12. Emrakul + Heist Not working

    I controlled my opponent with Emrakul, heisted myself with Grenzo, was prompted to choose a card, was not shown the cards, timed out. :(

  14. Game crashing when clicking to refresh rewards after update

    The game is continually crashing when clicking to refresh rewards after installing the latest update. It has crashed 5 times in a row and continues to crash even after rebooting the PC. Will be attempting a full uninstall and reinstall of the game but it is in an unusable state after the update.

  15. Network errors

    Unable to enter the game at all since this afternoon (10/24/24). Please see screenshots. I'm on Android 14, on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

  16. Eerie Ultimatum Doesn't Work

    Eerie Ultimatum is bugged when played with both Mizzix Mastery and Omniscience. Only shows 2 targets not the full graveyard. Causing the deck to become unplayable.

  18. Best of Three Sideboard View Battlefield Bug

    After the recent update when playing a best of three match, after round one when sideboarding you can no longer click on the "View Battlefield" button to view the state of the game before the end of the game.

    Now the only thing you see is a black screen. This is on a Windows 11 PC.

  19. Still crashing on PC

    Still crashing after most recent update, attempting to access the event screen for any current events causes the game to freeze and crash. Status website says all should be good but is still broken

  20. WoC....WoC....WoC and Hasbro

    Voyons Messieurs, il serait temps de rendre ses lettres de noblesse à ce mythique jeux de carte et de mettre un frein à votre cupidité maladive en truquant le matchmaking et la pioche pour faire gagner de pauvres crédules qui vous ont donné quelque dollars et qui s'imaginent savoir jouer et construire des decks car avec leurs QI de reptiles, ils sont incapables de faire la différence entre un bon deck et une pioches favorable défiant toutes les lois de l'aléatoire et des probabilités.

    J'ai une pensée toute particulière aux employés de ce groupe qui, par une obligation alimentaire d'avoir…
