How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Couldn't choose modes when using Kolaghan's Command

    I felt very angry and frustrated because I lost a game in Arena Cube seemingly for a bug. It happened when I used the card Kolaghan's Command but I found it worked as before. I chose the first and the second modes and the interface showed me “return target card from your graveyard” but I couldn't choose even if I clicked, and then time fuse run out and my turn automatically passed. For that I lost the game.

  2. Sephiroth, Didn't Trigger

    Sephrioth did not trigger when sacrificing creatures. I believe it is an interaction with crystalline barricade. This cost me a ranked match

  3. Hitting "Z" to undo land tapping deleted creature mana from my pool

    Hello, in one of the last games in Powered Cube Draft I played on this account just now, I ran into the following situation:

    • I had “Urza, Lord High Artificer” in play, and I used his ability to tap multiple creatures for blue mana

    • I then tapped some of my lands for mana, and realized I had tapped for the wrong color

    • I hit “Z” to undo the tapping of my lands, but this also deleted the blue mana generated by Urza from the pool. The creatures remained tapped however.

    This of course wasted my entire turn. Hopefully this information…

  4. Delney and Fear of Missing out

    Delney, Streetwise Lookout does not double the Fear of Missing Out Trigger when attacking with delerium. I should get to untap two creatures with the ability, but I only got to select one. I should also technically get two combats, but I only received one additional. I recognize the two additional combats are not relevant due to the untap trigger happening only before the second combat of the turn, but it is still important for certain triggers. You can reproduce this easily by just having FOMO with delerium attack whilst Delney is on the field.

  5. fix your shuffler

    You are so worried about players money , the the **** shuffler and you wouldnt have that worry. In a real game 16 card land runs just dont happen. If you shuffler doesnt work then nothing works as that is the foundation of the game.

  6. Pay for Mythic Confluence, doesn't work

    Opponent castsMythic Confluence with 2 +3 mana. I pay it with a Sol Ring and an Eldrazi token and land. But the spell doesn't resolve.

  7. Issues with Tokens of Room Enchantment permanents produced by Taigam, Master Opportunist

    To reproduce:
    1. Control Taigam
    2. For your second spell of the turn Cast Unholy Annex // Ritual Chamber as either room

    -- As expected the original becomes exiled with suspend and later allows to cast it with either half unlocked for free
    -- However, the token copy is invisible on the board, and only shows card text when hovered over, albeit with no card art, just the frame.
    -- Additionally, when casting the Ritual Chamber half, its token copy doesn't trigger after entering, and no 6/6 Demon token is made, invisible or otherwise. The Unholy Annex half works just…

  8. concede button , Bloodthirsty Conqueror

    Regarding the combo of "Bloodthirsty Conqueror" that will lose life until the end of the game. Why is the "Concede" button not available? If there are many lives that need to be lost 1 life at a time, do I just have to wait?

  9. Pact of negation trigger with Consign to Memory does not work

    Arena does not allow consign to memory to counter the trigger of pact of negation on the stack. please fix it talking about the pay 5 or lose the game trigger. this can be triggered by the likes of consign to memory stifle etc. replicate

  10. Aclazotz, Deepest betrayal - regain disregarding transform demand

    1. Not sure what caused this... God was destroyed with 'Blasphemous Edict', so it was sacrifieced. Then upkeep for opponent and regain/transform even though I had several cards in hand.
    2. Using PC.
    3. Results were loosing due to this.
    4. I would expect the cards to function as intended.
    5. Screenshot added.

  13. Jump in Quest won’t progress

    The complete jump in 3 times quest will not progress. I have tried winning jump in then resigning ( repeated 3 times over). Then I had tried winning 3 matches on each jump in then resigning and did that 3 times but it did not progress so I have been stuck with out being able to progress for months now!

  14. Screaming Nemisis - Not working.

    Yet another instance of Screaming Nemesis not preventing an opponent from gaining life. Nemesis was played turn 3, dealt damage to opponent. Opponent combos on their turn and leads to gaining 12 life. Opponent continues to gain over 20 more life over the rest of the game. For a card that's text is supposed to prevent this, I'd say this is unacceptable. This card has one job, please fix it.

  17. Villainous wrath spell will not cast

    Villainous wrath spell will not cast - I have 5 mana - (3 black 2 blue using murkwater pathway for black mana) Opponent has many creatures and the sorcery spell will not cast on my turn

  18. Server Error

    Hello team,
    During a Thunder Junction draft on Magic Arena, which I was playing on my PC for practice, I encountered a server error. It didn’t affect the match outcome, but it did cause a brief delay. I just wanted to report the issue for your awareness.

  19. Screaming nemesis

    Please ban Screaming nemesis! At least nerf the card. It happened to me 3 games in a row! They just shock screaming nemesis and shut down my deck. It sucks because the games were balanced until they cheese out the win. I invested heavily into my deck. This does not want me to get more cards it makes me want to uninstall. It is just as bad as Vivi and Omniscience. At least make it to where you're opponent has to deal damage not your own spells. This card is rediculous!

  20. +1 on scurry Oak without triggers with Thunderbond Vanguard

    Scurry Oak was triggering for +1 counter and making tokens every time they transformed into Thunderbond Vanguard copies in testing with sparky witrh no way of applying +1
