How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

"you haven't acted in a while" message won't let you select creatures through it.
Accidentally let my laptop battery die, and switched to my Android phone. Loaded back into the match and had a "you have acted in a while and will forfeit the game" message waiting for me to declare blockers. But there was no way to close the message And I couldn't select creatures through the message. So I just had to sit and lose my draft.

Pc -1 error
I can't log in. It just says error code -1. Uninstalled numerous times. Restarted pc. Unplugged router for 10 minutes. Nothing works

Saga cards not appearing correctly on the battlefield.
Saga cards on not appearing correctly on the battlefield. I have spent the money/gems to get the nice card styles and they look like doo doo on the battlefield. I'm on Mac, and have troubleshooted this with Chat GPT to no avail. Certain saga cards appear on the battlefield with the text inlay extending down the side of the card beyond the card edge. "Unable to Login: Exception Occurred"
Prior to the Strixhaven update, I was receiving an error message when logging in that stated the connection was timing out. However, now the the reason I am not able to login is an exception has occurred. This happens on my Samsung Galaxy S26, my up-to-date Windows 11 laptop PC, and my fiancé's Window's desktop 10 PC. Sparky Persists after closing Codex
I accidentally clicked on the Codex of the multiverse on PC, and now Sparky is just staying on the screen no matter what other screen I go to. The attached picture shows me on the home screen with Sparky awkwardly pulsating there still.

Add option to turn off sound
Please add a user option to turn off sound completely meaning do not interfere at all with Bluetooth on the device. I often want to play with no sound while listening to something else on Bluetooth. Even if I lower all of the sound options to zero, the game still interferes with Bluetooth.

New set packs are still locked on the unlock date
The Secrets of Strixhaven I received for pre-release participation say they are available on April 21st, 2026.

Etali, Primal Conqueror visual glitch
Etali, Primal Conqueror's transform ability is showing as double the cost (18 colorless, one green, one green or 2 life). It still allows you to cast it for the correct cost, so it seems to only be a visual glitch.

Friend request interface
Friend request not working for myself nor my friend. Also can’t direct challenge one another. We just sit at the matchmaking screen waiting for the other to accept/challenge. Game says friend request successfully sent yet neither of us are a friend request to accept.

Why can't avatars be uploaded to MTG(WotC)-Account?
One of the most basic functions for decades in profile ad accout settings was the uploading of avatrs, for user's to personalize their profiles. Now that websites and services are maily governed by UNDERDEVELOPED AI, not even such basic functios are working in an acceptable manner anymore. I DON'T WANT TO EVER SEE A AUTOMATIC PROMOTIONAL VIDEO EVER TO START AGAIN AFTER CLICKING ON AN INBOX MESSAGE (IN-GAME). ESPECIALLY, WHEN THOSE VIDEOS (LIKE TODAY 16th Apr.) CANNOT BE ABORTED BY ANY (USER) MEANS:

I am seeing the card "Run away with me" appear as new each time i pull it from a pack.

MTGA doesn't connects (connection lost error)
I'm using Steam version an quite often it fails to run displaying “Connection lost” error when Reconnect not helps at all, Check Status opens a browser where all servers are okay so I'm exiting game and executing Steam's “Verify Integrity of Game Files” option which finds an error with at least one game file, redownloads it and game runs. This happens quite often reinstalling game not help, my SSD is okay.

Game running unplayably slow on Android since Feb 26 update.
Since the February 2026 update, Arena has been running unplayably slow on my Android - as in, simply entering a game took so long that by the time I saw the opening hand, I'd already timed out. I've tried restarting the phone but this hasn't helped. Other apps and games on my phone are running fine.

I don't like that I have to log in with my email and password every month it's very annoying and your user experience suggests to me that you're not even an application but a ****** product that I use where I'm guaranteed to struggle with remembering my password and using it every time I have to login. Why even have an app if I'm not logged in every time that I open it I might as well use the browser version of what your magic the gathering arena does. I got discconected during a powered cube draft, without the game informing me (cards could still be moved, timer was still running, etc.) When I understood what happend, the game was already lost. In Addition tp potentially losing Gems(It was the last game in BO3, after having won against the first two opponentrs - in this last game, the scorewas 1:1 when I was discconected). Scrolling issue on Mac
On Mac, the store page doesn't allow correct scrolling. The slightest motion on the trackpad gives the bar an epileptic seizure and sends you either at the beginning or at the end
