How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Draft deckbuilding bug

    Using iOS when building a deck after drafting. Click button to view deck stats, then you can’t return to deckbuilding. Pushing the back button takes you to the Name Deck interface. This has happened in my last 2 drafts on iOS

  2. Progress UI not aligned on Desktop

    Premiere limited event progress indicator is misaligned. Fins do not show as complete, and current progress does not match fin alignment.

  3. Creatures on the battlefield do not display prowess icons when they have the ability

    Consider Mai, Jaded Edge (I haven't checked if the same applies to other creatures with Prowess). She displays the Prowess icon (a lightning-bolt hand) while in hand, but then play here. The only icon that appears on her card icon on the battlefield is the Exhaust ability.

  7. Edge of Eternities Draft missing/not there

    I loaded up arena and EotE limited is simply not there, relogged, reloaded, and attempted the "repair file" thing, and still no luck.

  8. Client not launching on Mac

    On the morning of Renewal and the EOE updates, the client is not functioning properly on my Mac. I have rebooted 3 times, both by opening the client directly and by launching through Epic Games. Sometimes the client launches but is very laggy, and sometimes it doesn't launch at all, showing a black screen or a "waiting for server" icon. I've also restarted my computer, reset my wifi, and reset my router, but nothing seems to work.

  10. Cant connect even though Arena supposed to be working

    When logging in, Arena goes through the whole load up then gets to Waiting for Server, this spins for a few minutes before it says, "Unable to get collection. Please try again later" Then it says, "There was a problem connecting with the server. Check status, reconnect, logout" have tried all three, but it keeps saying everything is working correctly, and won't reconnect me. I have tried everything, reinstall, disconnect wifi, restarts the works. Still does the same thing.

  11. Problems in communicating with server

    Everything looks good but after loading inital scene. It takes some time showing Waiting for the Server... befor I get the Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Or alternatively (Unable to get collection. Please try again later. The game has been doing this for a few days now

  13. problème de résolution écran

    le jeu ne supporte pas ma résolution d'écran. Je suis en 3440x1440, avec un 45" et si le force la résolution maximale du jeu 2560x1440 en pleine écran il revient en fenêtré quand je clique sur la moindre icone du jeu. ça rend l'expérience extrêmement désagréable et cache certaines icones sous la barre de tache de Windows. Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

    I got a system message that there's an update available for Arena, but when I re-launch the client, no update occurs. I tried twice.

  18. Springleaf drum does not give priority

    My opponent targeted my creature which can be tapped with Springleaf Drum with their removal spell. I did not get priority (I could tap the creature for mana to spend after stack is empty).

  19. Enlarged card art stick to screen when choosing different styles

    I'm on PC and whenever I click the arrow to change card style in the deck builder. The zoomed out art always sticks to the screen and I have to fidget with the cursor to get it to disappear. In fact in my screenshot the cursor was where the white circle is, but for some reason didn't capture it in the screenshot. What I think should happen is as soon as I click the arrow to access alternate styles. The Enlarged art should disappear. It doesn't just happen sometimes, it happens ever time I do it.   20. Stuck on "initializing localization database" on mobile

    When I open the app on mobile, it gets stuck on "initializing localization database". I am on a Pixel 7 and the OS is up to date on version 16. I have uninstalled, restarted, and reset the wifi connection. I have also let it go undisturbed for hours and it stays stuck.
