How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. MTG Arena switches to windowed mode constantly for ultrawide aspect ratios

    As of 2024.40.30.6688.1090994, everytime my client enters or exits a match the game switches from fullscreen mode to windowed mode. The issue only happens when I'm using an ultrawide resolution (3440 x 1440).

    The cause of the bug has actually been found by nexus mod user skebbZ, attached is his explanation. (His mod actually fixes this issue)

  3. main screen bug, What an adventure

    every time the main screen loads I get the "what an adventure! You're well on your way to becoming a planeswalker" etc etc tutorial audio. every time. whether I'm first logging in, returning after a game, or just changing tabs it always plays. It happens on both steam and android

  4. Toph Profile Picture not showing up

    I’m using the mobile platform. When I equipped the Toph profile picture for my decks, when looking at my player icon in game, it should show the Toph icon for the player in game, but it shows the Vivian profile picture, even though it shows the Toph profile picture on the deck selection and game intro icons. I tried repairing the game files but that didn’t fix it.

  5. Back button in Deck Info screen (premier draft) is non-functional

    When in the Deck Info screen within premier draft deck building , there’s a glitch where the back button does not go back to the Deck Builder screen. I’m on iPhone iOS 18.6.2. This happens consistently to me since the Avatar release. The only way to get out of the Deck Info screens is to exit the draft and restart the “Build Deck”.

  7. Sparky shows up after update even for players who have the tutorial complete

    Sparky shows up after update even for players who have the tutorial complete
    Its not fixable by uninstall install and it's not the equipment I use. I use a android 15 mobile phone and this occurs to me in mobile I haven't check in pc but from what I see here other players same issue with pc. Fix when you can please arena IT team. It seems to be on your side.

  9. iPad: draft confirm pick button behind other ui elements

    On iPad, in a draft I saw some broken UI elements:
    Confirm pick was only shown if sideboard is open until a card was behind it
    Confirm pick had card text in front of it when a card should have been behind. Button also had margins cut off
    Player view (see who was at table) not working at all
    Unable to scroll when deck view was on right instead of bottom

    Restarting client did not help. First seen after update today. Version: 2025.53.0.3450.1203862

  10. emote is missing from my profile

    Emote is a white squre in my profile as well as in the game. This should be the emote of the gold visor/halo being raised above the eyes. Instead it is a big white square.

  11. Aether Tiger Companion Particle Error

    Since the newest patch, the Aether Tiger has an error with it's particle effects (See attached screenshot and log). I have repaired game files and problem persists.

  12. Historic Mage III Achievement Bug

    Historic Mage III Achievement is not progressing. I have played games casting many spells, taking many turns, winning, losing, and using standard decks, historic decks, and timeless decks. Still no progress. Other achievements are progressing normally.

  14. Lost connection

    When I open the Arena app on my mobile IOS device, I immediately get a connection lost message and the option to reconnect. When I reconnect or restart the app, the message returns immediately. Usually the app takes several seconds to load, but this error is immediate.

  15. lost connection to server

    Lost Connection to Server. Internet is fine, app is up to date and still I cannot connect to the game. Log in details are correct and i can only check status (Which says it’s fine), reconnect (that never works) or log out which is pointless. Why is this happening?

    Omniscience doesn't apply the "you may" therefore i cannot use my mana to cast a spell with X in the mana cost. Where is my option?

    Impossible de se connecter.
    Aucune nouvelle dans Arena Status.
    Vraiment la pire expérience de jeux en 2025, je savais pas que c'était possible de puer autant la merde.
    J'ai attendu exprès la release avant d'acheter et j'ai bien fait. Vous n'aurez pas un euro supplémentaire de ma part tant que vous continuiez à en avoir rien à foutre de votre communauté.

  18. Store Indicator Light

    The light indicating new products at the store does not ever go off. I have paged through all of the tabs multiple times. It used to turn on for no reason whenever I got an Orb, but it would go out when I entered the store. Now, nothing I can do turns the light off.

  19. Can't use Ultrawide Fullscreen

    Ever since the last update, ultrawide (and other unsupported screen resolutions) are now resetting to non-fullscreen mode every time we switch to a new scene. I press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, hit Play to search for a match, the game loads the searching scene and exits fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen, the game scene loads, the game exits fullscreen again. It's really frustrating... Before this update, I believe I only had to manually enter fullscreen if I made changes to the video options and only because ultrawide resolution is not an actual option.

    When i try to access the game, i keep getting the message that an error has occurred and to restart or exit the application. This keeps happening and i can't get into the game.
