How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Detain Keyword Not Fully Explained

    The Detain keyword isn’t displaying it’s fully text and is missing large gaps from what the tabletop version is, completely failing to explain that there is a duration. Additionally, detained creatures are not displaying any text about the status.

    This is on IOS.

  3. Spike shell servo pet does not respect mute setting

    The new Spikeshell Servo pet has a very annoying zoom animation and loud sound. Every other pet can have its sound muted and movement stopped by muting the other player. (Even fairies with their constant high pitched fluttering.)

    But its zip sound and screen crossing animation still play even when the other player is muted.

    Even better, add a gameplay setting to totally disable pets for all games. They are more annoying and distracting to me, than I enjoy tapping them.

  7. Planeswalker UI bug

    The match runs smoothly on iOS with app version 2025.44.50.2035.1111663, but as soon as an opponent casts a planeswalker the art gets stuck in the stack area and any spell cast after that doesn’t go to the field. Screenshots below are either on my turn or while my opponent resolved other spells/abilities

  8. Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.

    Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

  9. Scuffed/worn border visual effect applied without me choosing and unable to turn off

    I was versing an opponent in best of 3 single match standard ranked. They had the scuffed border visual effect. I had normal borders. Something happened during the game and suddenly my borders became scuffed, and now it's like that for all my matches and I can't find the option to turn it off.

  10. Busy Visuals Needing Alternatives

    I am concerned about the busy backgrounds that include flashing, spinning, bright, or otherwise erratic animations on the playing field for matches.
    These types of animations, while being enjoyed by some, are also unwelcoming to parts of our community with forms of neurodivergence, visual impairments, and neurological disorders.
    These make gameplay at times hard to focus on, and the solution to this would seem to be a straightforward option where a “simplified visuals” option would allow a calming background while disabling animations for a player.
    Given that these features are not a part of player expression from the opponent, this…

  11. full screen

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

    Scenario 1. When joining games
    Step 1. Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
    Step 2. Click play to wait for a game
    Result. Game gets out of Full Screen

    Scenario 2. When leaving games
    Step 1 (in game). Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
    Step 2 (after the game ends). Leave game
    Result. Game gets out of Full Screen

  13. Game reverts to windowed mode (from fullscreen) after match end

    Game started in windowed mode, when it should have started in fullscreen. I switched it, but it would revert to windowed mode after every match

  14. Arena freezing

    Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
    I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).

    This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.

    Please, hurry up solving this bug.

  16. Waiting For Opponent

    Endless "Waiting For Opponent..." loop (able to cancel after waiting for 1:10-1:20) during Midweek Magic: Gladiator Community Spotlight event.

  17. Arena freezes after any action

    Arena freezes if I try to do anything, e.g. re-roll quests or access the store. I'm using windows 10 and restarting didn't help.

  18. Notification badge on Store tab never disappears (new bug introduced in v2025.46.20, 18 March)

    Since updating to v2025.46.20, the notification badge is always displayed on the Store button on the top menu (i.e. the orange dot doesn't disappear even if I click through every tab).

  19. Crash on load after Bloomburrow update

    When the startup sequence finishes "loading initial scene" the application immediately quits to desktop. This has only occurred since downloading the Bloomburrow update a few minutes ago.   20. Stuck waiting for opponent

    Cannot play the game, whenever I open the app it immediately goes into a screen with the text "Waiting for opponent".
