How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Android App animation freezing after update today

    Android App animation freezing making game unplayable after today's update (Jan 21st). Neither restarting app nor performing repair in game resolves issue. Exact same problem replicated on both my Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy Tab S7. Please fix this!

  3. Planeswalkers Visual Bug

    After the 1/21/25 update on iOS, I’ve had repeated issues with planeswalkers on the field. Every time I cast Tibalt, Wicked Tormentor, the portrait of the card gets stuck on the screen and blocks whatever card is on the stack. In the included screenshot you can see a card resolving behind it. This also means that to activate the loyalty abilities, I have to tap on the stuck portrait, and the lands additionally all get stuck in place whether they are actually tapped or not.     My full screen started canceling in between every load screen so I have to change it back to full screen constantly

  6. I can't edit any decks.

    Since the update today, I can no longer update any of my decks. When I go to edit deck it just stays frozen on the "Waiting for Server..." screen.

  7. Missing Rewards Mastery Pass Duskmourn

    I am missing some rewards from the Mastery Pass, esp. the 2000 gold coins (19) and the 400 gems (27, 38). Maybe some others, which I did not further check. Version 2024.42.10.6988.1099041

  9. Top bar is all white and unreadable

    Sometimes after finishing a match the top bar (Profile, Decks, Store, etc.) is all white and unreadable.

  10. Unable to Load

    Opening the aetherdrift packs the client slows to a crawl and I can't even see the cards. I tried to buy a non-aetherdrift pack to test but the store page won't even load. I'm on a Mac running Sequoia having had no problems on this computer before.

  11. Unable to interact with the game at all except to play matches

    Game crashes if I hover over the quests, try to enter the store, open packs, etc. Essentially all the game allows me to do without it going unresponsive is to play matches.

  12. Large Hand Bug

    When you have many cards in hand, Arena won’t allow you to scroll through them on IOS to let you get to the cards you need.
    1. I used the -8 ability of Kasmina, Enigma Sage to tutor for Enter the Infinite, drawing my deck and putting a card on top.
    2. iPad, IOS
    3. Once my hand is full, whenever I tap on a card to try to drag it out, instead I can only access the middle of my hand, regardless of which card I clicked on. (This is in attempt to play Thassa’s Oracle and win)

  13. updating data

    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.

    I think this is a bug.

  14. Constant crashes experienced when trying to acces or change decks.

    1. Load up MTGA
    2. Using windows laptop
    3. When accessing either ranked or standard play game, should be able to change decks. 3a. When accessing decks section of website, should be able to access all previously built decks.
    4. When trying to change decks on either of the above points an error message is received advising "MTGA.exe. is not responding.

    6. No workaround found, although you can still play the deck that is showing.

  15. Crash every 3 minutes on PC

    MTGA crashes every 3 minutes. I'm playing on PC with win 10.
    When I click on the store, MTGA crashes too

    各クリーチャーの戦闘ダメージがヒットするたびにカウントが増える演出が、正しく行われなかったので

  18. error updating data

    after the last update on march 5 with the relase of alchemy karlov manor i keep receiveng the message of ''error updating data'' i tried to reestart my internet, didnt work, tried to delete and donwload the game again still didnt worked, and this error keeps ocurring in my mobile as well, please solve this problem as fast as you can.

  19. Achievements not being recognized.

    I played a game where I should have received four achievements, mill-licious, down but not out, keyword soup, and going ultimate, I did not get credit for any of them. I am playing on a PC windows 11.

  20. Japanese UI doesn't reveal chosen modes when your opponent cast Three Steps Ahead

    If you are playing under the Japanese locale and your opponent cast Three Steps Ahread, a spree instant, MTG Arena always highlights all three modes (i.e., no modes are grayed out) on the stack regardless which modes the opponent chose. Of course, you could know the chosen modes by examining which lands were tapped to cast it or whether it was targetted (and what is the target if any), but it is very inconvenient (and can be a big handicap) for Japanese-speaking players.
