How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. UNADRESSED RACISM AND HATE ON THIS WEBSITE

    I've had enough. Wizards has to act. Racism by the user Spaderman#48650 must not be tolerated. This must not be a place where it is acceptable to repeatedly call people "worthless slanted-eyed chinks".

    He posted this recently:

  3. Won't load

    At the title screen just keeps saying initialization inventory database and won't go oaa that. Never loads up. I have tried waiting 30 minutes and resetting but no change. Started after the stupid new update.

  4. Tutorial on every time I open the app and no autofill password

    Stupid tutorial fairy on every device every time I log in, the app already doesn't work most of the time and you guys can't even get autofill to work right on android

  5. App crashes on startup (Android)

    Steps to reproduce:
    - open the app

    Platform: Android 16

    Expected result: there's a loading screen then the landing page opens

    Actual result: after the loading screen displays "Loading initial scene" for a few seconds the app crashes

  8. Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main

    Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main interface of the client, where the quests are, telling me to complete them. Other people reported this and this bug persist after 2 months. Please, fix that, because it is extremely irritating every single time we opne the client and finish a match for this to happen.

  9. time out for token triggers

    There are a lot of posts stating that there is an issue when token doubling causes an exceptional amount of stack triggers.

    I have a proposed solution in your coding:

    You should treat any trigger that is
    -a duplicate
    -repeated more than 10 times in a row with no interceding trigger
    -stacks on top of such a trigger
    -the 250 token limit has been reached

    Then, ask each player in succession of priority whether they want to break the "infinite loop triggers", acting as if they are infinite.

  10. Sparky is still around

    Despite today's (09 Jan 2026) patches, Sparky is STILL around every time we open the home page telling us about quests,etc. This is extremely annoying: this bug happened in the past, it has always been fixed, please, please do so AGAIN

    It seems like after the last patch Spell Snare stopped working. Multiple times a 1or2 mana spell was cast and Spell Snare was not given the option to counter.

  15. MTG Arena Status - not working

    The website https://magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io/ is not working probably. When i go to the website, it tells me "All systems operational", even though they are not. The Avatar Premier Draft game I was just playing crashed, and now I cant enter a new one. I have seen others complain about it. Still the website says that there are no problems...

    I did not receive the correct mastery pass rewards for Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass. I got the wrong 3 packs for the 4th level, I received a different standard pack and not the Lorwyn packs that are advertised, and I only got 1 mythic card for the 8th level, despite it advertising that I should have gotten 3.

  19. Sparky is Back

    I have been playing for well over a year now and completed the tutorial long ago, but despite this Sparky has started giving the 'What an adventure -- you're well on your way to becoming a great planeswalker' talk every time I go to the home screen from anywhere on my Android. I have tried repairing the files and there have now been at least two updates rolled out since this problem started and still nothing so I am making a post about it.

  20. TextMeshPro abuse with WOTC DisplayName = 100% win rate against Desktop and iPad opponents

    MTG Arena does not sanitize user Display Names. A nefarious user can create a Display Name with TextMeshPro markup to have an unfair advantage (100% win rate) against players using Desktop and iPads. This can cause frustration with other gamers and lead to loss of revenue if paying customers decide to leave the platform.

    However, in performing this abuse, a player has lost a lot of game functionality themselves. For example, they must also play on mobile only or play with a modified client on an affected device.
