How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I went to open my new packs for my ranked. then i got an error and all 4 disappeared. no cards no gold please advise course of action.

Scrolling on Mac has been broken for years, and never fixed
As multiple sources show (like https://www.reddit.com/r/MagicArena/comments/u47dfi/am_i_missing_something_or_is_the_macos_client/) and despite the questionable closing of similar reports (https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/50835080-scrolling-doesn-t-work-on-mac), and of course in my own experience of many years with MTGA, scrolling has never worked on macOS. You cannot scroll in the store as the most minuscule move on the wheel/trackpad will jump to one end or the other, leaving as the only option to try to hunt for the dark-on-dark scrollbar and drag it, same when browsing card in the deck builder, even though the arrows are an acceptable, but not comfortable, workaround. "Connection Lost"
I can't get into arena since about 4 days ago. When I start up it says ‘Connection Lost’. The only options are ‘check status’ (which indicates the servers are fine), ‘reconnect’ (which does nothing), and ‘exit game’. I've restarted the computer and exited and restarted the game, but it makes no difference. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no difference. I asked about this with the normal wizards customer service, and they said they can't help and sent me to you.

day 5 of not being able to update
still having issues of getting x amount of megabytes downloaded and stopping and no progress... and really not wanting to do any third party stuff to fix the issue.

report cheating
there is no in game report function for bugs or cheating. i feel like this is basically accepting that cheating and bugs exist and requiring a report outside of the game makes the gameplay capturing and reporting much more difficult and feels bad. i feel like too often players cheat and get away with it because there is no ingame reporting function. i have seen so many times that players look at their own decks and look at my deck and may even be reordering cards but using some sort of glitch to cheat by activating card mechanics on the…

Unable to Connect to MTGA Servers
First noticed that MTGA would not connect to the server when The Hobbit set released. I’m (not) playing on IOS 26.6. Force quitting the app helped at first, but not any more. All things that I have tried since: force quitting and reopening the app, restarting my phone, fully powering off and turning back on my phone, deleting and reinstalling the MTGA app (5 or 6 times now), trying to play on data instead of wifi, restarting my modem and router, and various combinations of all of these. Fix the white bar BO3 pls
Every time I use the sideboard in BO3, the white bar appears. It's been like this for years on Windows PCs. It's really annoying having to restart the client several times until it goes away, and then it comes back soon after. If you fix the client in windows pc that would be great! Thanks for reading!
PD: No, Restoring or repairing the client doesn't help remove that white bar either; sometimes restarting the game does it, but then it comes back.

Whenever I enable "Hide Alternate Art" and leave the settings page, the setting is disabled when I go back into settings
Put simply the "Hide Alternate Art" setting doesn't work. When I enable it, as soon as I leave the Gameplay settings screen, the option is disabled again.
Further to this, this settings does not help with the readability of cards that have alternate printings rather than alternate art. The Final Fantasy bonus sheet cards are a prime example where the cards not only have alternate names, but the templating makes it almost impossible to actually read what the card actually is. There needs to be an "Always Show Simplified Version" options, and further to this, every single card without exception…

De-bounce failure on command zone & remove perpetual buttons
When my commander dies with a perpetual effect on them, I get two buttons in quick succession: return to the command zone, and remove perpetual effects.
Sometimes, I want to leave my commander in the graveyard so I can use a graveyard perpetual effect. But if they are exiled, I want to return then and not remove effects.
But the "return" and "remove" buttons are in the same location, and aren't denounced properly on the iOS app. So when I return them to the command zone, sometimes the perpetual effects are accidentally removed as well.

Spark Quest not working
Spark's quests keeps bugging out. I just started a couple of days ago and eventually spark told me to play spark rank. After I did, she said to go buy a pack. When I got to the store, I bought a pack and opened it and she didn't respond and the Store tab stayed blue. I restarted the game and she told me I got a wildcard and to follow her to use it. Spymaster’s vault should utilize “select cards to keep” interface
When conniving for large values (say, x=43) while performing a certain combo I often run out of time selecting which cards to discard. This wouldn’t be an issue playing in paper as I usually only care about keeping one or two pieces necessary to close out the game rather than manually selecting which 43 cards I don’t want. Updating that section of the UI to reuse the end-of-turn discard logic would be a big convenience.

Chrome mox card it says is mythic, I have 4 mythic wild cards to exchange but it ask for rare , if you filter you will see that is mythic but that not what is ask for redeem wild cards

Missing images and descriptions for several events
Many of the events are missing images and descriptions, both on the main screen, when you are looking for events using the Play button, and when you click in to the event. I figured this would resolve quickly, but it's been going on for weeks now - I first noticed it with the new, plane-rotating cube events. But it extends to other events (including the current MWM Phantom Bot Draft).

Client desync bug
Platform: macOSBug: Client-server desync prevents casting Ajani, Caller of the Pride ({1}{W}{W}).Situation: I controlled three visually untapped Plains during Main 1. No opposing effects restricted my spells. Three {W} mana should fully cover the cost {1}{W}{W}.The planeswalker remained grey and uncastable. This matches a recurring sync bug where lands look untapped, but the server marks one land as tapped internally. Opponent’s Hydro-Man (turned land) is irrelevant to my mana resources.

Unable to add/remove the fourth card in a playset
During editing I was making some changes to a deck and wanted to bring a card up from 3 > 4. When I tried to do that, the interface would not let me do so. When I looked up the card itself, I had the full playset and so I removed them from my deck list and despite having none in my deck, according to my collection I had 1 in the deck still.
I tried repairing the files, restarting the client, but was unable to fix the issue.

iPadOS Experience is B.R.O.K.E.N
The iPad experience has had so many issues for months, I have reported it several times but nothing is getting fixed. You can’t search for cards, the search box is unresponsive. You can’t rename your decks , totally unresponsive. Now with the latest season rollout it won’t even prompt me to download the update, just perma-spins without any prompt or feedback, so now I can’t play on iPad at all. FIX YOUR PRODUCT PLEASE AND DO BETTER QA… so frustrating…
