How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to Sideboard Properly in top over bottom view

    How to report a bug
    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug: play a Bo3 match and go to Sideboard after each game. When trying to Sideboard in the view where you can see cards better (top over bottom), can not remove cards from main deck. Repairing game files doesn't fix this issue.

  2. Formatting of the “stack” on the right cost me a game

    Formatting of the “stack” on the right cost me a game. My opponent played a fight spell that gives their creature a plus one plus on counter on their creature second most to the right from my perspective (they had a lot of creatures like 6 or something) and the creature all the way to the right had increment. So when they selected their creature the arrow showing which one was selected got covered by the stack on the right and since the increment happened first it appeared that they selected the increment creature which would not have been powerful…

  4. FDN Collection Display

    According to the Set Collection screen under profile, I should have 79/80 commons from Foundations. As I am trying to complete this set, this is understandably frustrating. However, when I attempt to find what common card is missing, by typing into the search bar set:fdn r:c ?booster, and selecting not collected, no cards appear. When I subsequently removed ?booster from the search, 24 cards appeared. I redeemed wildcards on random cards in this set until I ran out, but the seeming problem card was not one of them.

  5. Crash on opening the game: Mac Tahoe 26.5

    Hello,

    I'm reporting a crash that occurs every time I launch MTG Arena on my Mac.

    System info:
    - App version: 2026.59.20
    - Device: MacBook Air (Mac15,13) – Apple M3, 16 GB RAM
    - OS: macOS 26.5 beta (25F71)
    - Architecture: ARM-64 (native, not Rosetta)

    The app crashes approximately 20 seconds after launch, after the "loading initial screen", before reaching the main screen. The exception type is EXC_CRASH (SIGTRAP) on the main thread, originating in UnityPlayer.dylib and GameAssembly.dylib.
    I attach the mac log error. And the log found in the wizard of the coast folder.

  6. Invalid email

    I am attempting to create a new account on MTG Arena. When I put in my email address ending in @gmail.com, it says it is an invalid email. I tried with my second email and that also said invalid. These are my email addresses I use everywhere. Why is this happening?

  7. Auto pay function when casting Compulsive Research

    2 issues on Compulsive Research:
    1. auto pay function uses mana rocks instead of lands to cast this spell
    2. it's not possible to tap lands when Compulsive Research is on the stack, forcing mana loss

  8. I can't connect to the game at all

    I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S23 and as soon as I click on the app to open it, it loads a little bit then tells me that an error has occurred and gives me two options. One is to try and reconnect which just gives me a black screen. The other option is to check status, when I click on check status, it brings me to the MTG Arena Status Page on the website which says that everything is operational. 

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now and the bug occurs everytime.

    The furthest I'm able to get on…

  9. Scrolling issue on Mac

    On Mac, the store page doesn't allow correct scrolling. The slightest motion on the trackpad gives the bar an epileptic seizure and sends you either at the beginning or at the end

    O jogo fica me informando que estou desatualizado, porém na App Store não tem nenhuma atualização, me impedindo de abrir o jogo, eu clico para verificar a situação do jogo, ele informa que está tudo certo, não sei o que fazer, dois dias já nesta situação.

  12. thank you emote

    Please allow Thank you as an emote to always be there as an option. It's not even possible and yet you have all these other emotes available. It tries to contextually swap out with nice, but it reverts too quickly. Let users swap out another emote for "Thank you" if they so wish.

    You don't even have to remove the Nice/Thank you. Just add a custom emote option that will always be available as "Thank you"

  14. tutorial

    Add an option to quit the tutorial. I clicked it thinking I'd be able to back out, and now I'm stuck in the tutorial with no way to exit. Even exiting the application brings me right back to the tutorial when I load up again. I've played for decades, and in no way need a tutorial. I just want to play

  15. Alernate styles not showing correctly

    There's a bug with alternate styles not showing correctly when in token form.

    Overlord of the Mistmoors doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.
    Dollmakers Shop doesn't show alternate artwork on the stack when casting.
    Donatello, Gadget Master doesn't show alternate artwork in token form.

    I'm on mac and iPhone.
    Expected results are for the alternate artwork to always be present during gameplay when selected in the deck.

    I have not found a workaround.

  17. Check Status

    Whenever the website is down the check status option always reports that systems are functional even though they clearly aren’t. My suggestion is that you fix this issue so i actually know when I’m just disconnected from your **** server or because the server itself is down for maintenance again. It gets old waisting my time turning off my laptop just to connect to your server, then find out I can’t connect anyways but with no real explanation. It’s 2026 people, with as much money as WOTC makes off MTG you’d think they can afford to improve issues with server…

  18. Set stats promotional email is likely displaying the incorrect mastery level for each set.

    For every set going back to Final Fantasy, my mastery level has been displayed as 65 in the generated stats email/image, in the promotional email that has the most-crafted cards for the set. Given that the 5 sets in that time have had varying lengths of times, I find it unlikely that I actually hit that number exactly in every set. Additionally, another player who posts their stats in a group chat has also had their level remain the same going back to Aetherdrift. I've attached my stats images for reference, all pulled today, though I checked my group chat…

  19. Ui turns White and Unreadable

    After Sideboarding or after editing a deck, the top screen ui where all the option menu are shown turn white, unreadable and sometimes stops working. this has been a problem for over 2 months, hopefully its something you'll fix soon.
    Happened on pc, client arena, windows, from march to may 2026.

  20. Game not starting

    Since the last update, I just can't start the game anymore. It gets stuck at the retreiving manifest step, telling me there was an error updating data. Even tried reinstalling.
