How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    MTGA quit unexpectedly
    For the last two updates, the one before Duskmourn, and again after the set release today, every time I close the app on my Mac there is a Problem Report for MTGA generated.

  2. 4096x2160 fullscreen issue

    When in 4k fullscreen on pc, the game drops to windowed.

    The cause is that the loading screens and main menu do not have a 4096x2160 graphics option, so the game defaults to the next resolution down when transitioning.

    The solution is to ensure all screens have consistent graphics options available.

  3. 達成していない実績が達成された

    ログの時間帯頃のマッチがトリガとなり、
    ただひとつの大事なこと
    という実績が達成扱いになったが、
    その実績の条件をクリアするような勝ち方ではなく、ただ戦闘ダメージを与えて相手が投了した、
    のに、達成扱いとなったバグが発生した。

    なんか気持ち悪いな。

  4. Arena keeps crashing since update of march 4th

    Since I've updated my mtg arena android app, it keeps crashing.
    When I want to start a game, when checking my decks, when I go to the store, etc
    I'm using aan Google Pixel 7a with android 15

    FIX YOUR F@$&ING GAME YOU ABSOLUTE FAILURES. HOW DO YOU CONSISTENTLY PRODUCE THE WORST POSSIBLE PRODUCT IMAGINABLE? HOW DO YOU CONSISTENTLY BREAK THE ONE AND ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO WORK ON?   6. MTGA Report Bug/Conduct page broken. Sign-in loop.

    The MTGA Report Bug/Conduct form does not recognize signed in user. Results in sign-in loop. Tested on Chrome and Firefox.

    Outrageous that there is no functional channel to report player conduct.

  7. MTG client freezing after last update (2024.40.20)

    After the last update i cannot play MTG arena on my PC it freezes every time i try to interact with the "home" screen even putting my mouse on the daily rewards will freeze the client.

    Been waiting for 4 days now after multiple reinstalls and restarting my pc no fixes.
    Support hasn't been able to help me yet :(

  8. sideboard

    I was playing Bo3 Timeless and when I go to sideboarding in game 2, my sideboard was not correct. I was playing 5 color with Omnath and the pitch elementals but this is what was shown (the sideboard is from my previous deck I was playing with)

  9. Theros Beyond Death basic land parallax styles do not work

    Ever since the new Duskmourn update, the parallax styles for the Theros Beyond Death basic lands are not being applied despite being selected.

    Platform: PC
    Expected Results: Card style should be applied when selected
    Actual Results: Card style can be selected, but still shows as the non-parallax version, even when in a match.

  10. Game just quit on its own

    Two turns into a Brawl game the game just faded out like at the end of a match, didn't have an end card and just took me to the home screen

  11. waiting for server then the current game just ends

    During the game Waiting for Server is shown.
    Then it blinks a couple of times the screen is black and Waiting for Server is shown.
    Then I am in the Main Menu and the game is lost.

    Mouse pointer is missing since 2024.35.10.5372.1057087 update. Cards, links, buttoin highlight when mouse is moved over them but there is no pointer on screen

  16. Ever since ltest update the Arena client keeps freezing when my mouse hovers over certain items, this morning noticed it over the daily rewa

    Ever since lates update the Arena client keeps freezing on my PC when my mouse hovers over certain items, this morning noticed it over the daily rewards and the other day it occured when going into the store and hovering over the Duskmourn set items about to come out... anyone else getting this?

  17. App craches in open packs

    1. Pack icon glows indicating that i have a pack
    2. press pack icon
    3. window opens, pack shows
    4. interface starts lagging
    5. my operating system informs that application stopped working

    Windows 10.

    App also crashes when buying new pack

  19. Starter deck duel and jump in events in progress

    I've completed these events, yet they remain highlighted on my home screen and under the "in progress" category. Please let me mark this "read" as it's completed, no longer has rewards, and has no business cluttering up my suggested content

    game does not launch. black screen, "an error has occurred" that's it. it was working yesterday. broken on 3 different devices on different connections
