How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Locked out of Ranked and some play modes

    I was playing a Ranked match, I unlocked Quick Draft at the end of the match. Now I can only access 3 modes: Jump In, Jump In Final Fantasy, Quick Draft Final Fantasy. My dailies and weeklies work fine. The Quick Draft quest is bugged (already upvoted that idea). So either I have an issue with my account and I'm locked out of Ranked and some other modes that I had already unlocked or I need to complete the Quick Draft quest (which is bugged) to gain access to my other modes again (including RANKED).   4. The program shuts down unexpectedly and I miss my game

    The program closes unexpectedly, then I have to open it again, and when I log in, I've lost my turn or the game.

  5. Can not get past loading screen

    Game freezes at loading screen then displays message Can not retrieve assests please try again. It will not progress past this screen so no I can not click on gear icon and down load any files to send or anyother thing tha tmight be a log. SO it begs the question if I cannot even get in game how am I suppose to send logs you ask for. And before you ask I have done everything possible from uninstall and reinstall.   7. Please address the macOS bugs

    With each new patch, the support for macOS seems to be going backwards:

    • MTGA is currently unplayable in fullscreen mode, due to cropping of the left and right edges of the screen (which hides most of the stack and graveyards), plus there not being any support for high resolutions.

    • MTGA causes Silicone machines to run extremely hot, and a full MacBook Pro battery is drained flat within an hour (compared to 8+ hours of play on other games).

    • Scrolling within the menus is wildly inconsistent (some menus scroll slowly and smoothly, and others fling across the screen with the slightest…

  8. The action triggered when Velomachus Lorehold attacks isn't functioning properly and doesn't allow you to select a spell to cast.

    When attacking with Velomachus Lorehold it allows you to tap on your deck to reveal the top five cards, which isn't how it normally works, and yet it won't let you select any spells to cast without paying their mana cost.

  9. In a match while still in the home screen

    Started pioneer bo1 queue, had to cancel briefly for irl reasons upon hitting cancel it returns to home screen as is normal, but when I re-queue it immediately loads me into a match on my 2nd turn. So the server put me in a game while my client believed I was not. Most likely this is a desync cause by the game finding a match at the same moment I try to cancel it which is not a huge deal on match queue but could be pretty serious in an event queue.

  10. Cursor moves on its own

    While playing a match in the Omnipath draft event my cursor began to drift on screen. At first thought it was an issue with my mouse but after tabbing out saw that wasn't the case, and as the game progressed it periodically got worse and worse until it was impossible to play at all as my clicks didn't register anymore, and as a result cost me my first loss out of three I'm allowed in the event, very frustrating overall as I've tested it out in bot matches after and saw the issue persisted both in game and in the…

  11. Randomly kicked back to last menu

    Happens often that I will be playing a match and the game will either kick me back to the Main Menu or whatever the last game mode launch menu was.

    The only way to get back into the match is to kill arena with Task Manager and relaunch the game.
    And this will sometimes happen multiple times per match. This has happened in just about every game mode and has been an issue for months. It is very frustrating in general but especially when it happens during a ranked match.

  13. App crash when doing anything on pixel 9 since today's update

    Since the last update 2025/07/09 I can't play or can't go to the store without the app crashing.
    My phone is one of the more extensive (pixel 9) and could handle arena before the update.

    repeat 3.44 gb redownloads 6 or so this week, i started anhour ago its disconnect 4 times and is less than 1/4 done. this is ridiculous. by the time this **** gets done i wont have time to play. useless. honestly im wishing i never got reinvolved, how is this easier or more conveinant?never had to wait 4 hours a day for an opponent to load. this has only been a repeat issue since this last set update. glitches, redownloads and an even worse jacked shuffle. leave it to wizards to introduce garbage for improvements, and gaslight us into think…

  20. Update 7/8/2025 Causing Crashes

    The app has been crashing anytime it needs make a server transition, going to a draft of any sort; trying to open the store or even trying to play a game just causes a soft crash with a black screen.
