How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Settle the wreckage
Hello wizards of the coast. Just a couple weeks ago I crafted my second " settle the wreckage" and have been using both in my angel deck for quite some time now. So tell me why , when I logged in a few moments ago I now only have one, and the one I have doesn't work. What the heck. Please solve this please and thank you.

error in the middle of draft picking
i was picking and in the middle of the draft a bug happened and didn't allowed me to pick the card i wanted and automatically arena selected one for me. the message was this "an error ocurred during your draft"

Wrong reward Mastery Pass level 13 Marvel
I just reached level 13 of the marvel mastery pass (paid version). The reward should be an orb and 3 mythic cards. I received the orb and only 1 mythic.
I checked my collection and confirmed this was not just a visual bug.
I restarted the game and confirmed this was not a timing bug.
Your bug website kept crashing when attempting to add my log files, so I zipped them. Please change the extension of the attached file back to .zip to see the enclosed log files.

"Rare and mythic card are not added to my collection"
I've played many times "Jump into Marvel Super Heroes" yesterday. At the end of each event, common and uncommon cards picked were added to my collection, but none of rare and mythic. Please fix it and give me back my cards, I've spent too much golds for such a paltry reward. The same is happening for the rewards of "Avengers Assemble" achievements: in that case I'm not sure if I've received uncommon cards too.

Cannot use some collected cards in decks
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the game client, go to Decks, create a new deck.
- Select the Standard format, filter for collected cards.
- Some collected cards will appear dulled out (brightness is reduced like they are not collected).
- Hovering over the counters above a card in the list will display "Owned" in a tooltip.
- Add a collected (dulled out) card to deck, then save the deck.
- A warning message appears saying the collected card is not in my collection.I have tried:
- Restarting the game client and the Steam client

Wraith, Vicious Vigilante/Margot, On the Case unable to be commander
Previously, Margot was a valid commander, but after the Spider-Man update I cannot play my Brawl deck with Wraith/Margot as commander because I am told that the card is not a legendary creature, Vehicle or Spacecraft with a printed power and toughness, even though it is.

Card from pack not in card inventory
I opened a pack that gave me a card called "Raph's Jitte" with the subtitle of "Umezawa's Jitte." I cannot see it in my card list at all, no matter what filter settings I define. This card appears to be banned in all formats that are available online in Arena - but there should be a way to view it in the card list. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is intentional. Also, any card that is banned to the point that it is unplayable and unviewable should not be offered in the packs on…

Missing cards
Every time I receive a card via spending orbs or from completing an achievement it is missing from my library - if I get cards from opening packs or crafting them then this is fine and they appear in my library, its only when spending orbs or acheivement completion that the cards are missing.

Show deck change history
Hi! I would love to have a feature where we can see a list of cards removed from our decks. This would be especially helpful for Brawl where you can't have a sideboard. Rather than having to comb through all the cards again to make changes or write them down externally it would be nice to have a way to view the ones we removed without leaving the app. :)

Please adjust/revert collection search changes.
A recent patch introduced changes to collection search functionality when combining search terms/filters for quantity owned (collected/not collected, q<4, q=1, etc.) and set version (e:sos, e:msh, etc.) so that the number set specific printings are displayed.
This has the presumably unintended consequence of greatly degrading quantity searches that include reprints, since you will only ever own 1 copy of a specific printing of a card if you already owned 3+ copies in different printings before collecting the new version.
See an example in my screenshots. I own 4 copies of Thwip!, originally printed in SPM. When I search for common…

tutorial brawl deck fail
My account hit Silver 4 during the tutorial. The tutorial quest disappeared, and I received empty 'Example Brawl Decks' with 0 cards. Please manually grant the Starter Deck card packages to my account.

Quest not counting Kills correctly.
Whenever I have a Quest that says "Kill XX of your opponents creatures" it never counts my first game. I have had this quest twice now where in my first game I killed exactly one of my opponents creatures and it isn't counted.

BUG craft cards /IDEA alternate art for Tyrox
fails to craft cards with enough wild cards also it says i only need two common cards but i need a rare and some uncommons too.

Cards keep blocking the whole screen so i cant see
when building my deck for a limited event, whenver i go to the screen where i can customize my search for my limited card pulls, i cant see anything because some dumb a$$ card is always blown up and in the way. it takes up the whole screen. how has someone not complained about this yert?????
and when i tried to post this, this dumb website made me sign in againt,for the 3rd time. who ever runs this is really bad at their jobs.

No cards rewarded for completing the Spectacular I/II or God of Thunder achievements
Even though I completed the Spectacular I/II and God of Thunder achievements I got no cards rewarded for it.

Jolly
Hi,
During the creation with jolly card the system told me to try again later, but when i did i again it created multiple cards while I only wanted one, erasing my jollys.
Could you please give me back 1 mythical and 2 non-common jollys, deleting the duplicated cards?
