1. cannot purchase packs

   cannot purchase packs, I get on to 'claim' but then nothing happens after pressing the claim button, coins are not deducted and packs is not in the pack page. I tried with a mithic and a standard pack from Turtles serie. Not a big problem top me but a bit unexpected honestly.
   I started playing online few days ago so I wanted to report this for a small contribution.

2. HASBRO and WoC

   Avec un peu de recul, on ne peut que constater que ce jeux et sa communauté sont le parfait tableau de ce que l'humanité a et fait de plus médiocre, non?

   Dressons un tableau de la situation, si vous le voulez bien, qu'avons nous en face de nos écrans?

   • Une entreprise qui a commercialisé un jeux de carte il y a cela plus de 30 ans et comme toute entreprise américaine qui se respecte, a une notion simpliste de l'économie par son interprétation capitaliste, dés le début de la commercialisation de ce jeux de carte, cette entreprise a misé sur la frustration pour s'assurer la rentabilité de leur commerce.

   Dés le début, la frustration des joueurs se traduisit par l'achat compulsif de booster pour obtenir les cartes tant désirées avec un probabilité de chance d'obtenir ce qu'ils désiraient extrêmement faible car par un savant arrangement avec les imprimeurs en faisant imprimer un nombre considérable de booster avec des cartes de base et un très faible nombre de carte rare, cela assurait à cette entreprise une quantité de vente confortable, jusque là ce n'est pas méchant, mais retenez le paramètre de frustration.

   Ces décennies passèrent avec des hauts et des bas et la licence de ce jeux fût revendu à un groupe financier, pilier dans l'économie du jouet pour enfant, groupe financier à la cotation en bourse aussi énorme que peut l'être son appétie financier don son désire insatiable de capitaliser des ressources financières dans des proportions inutiles, décide de créer une version en ligne de ce jeux de carte.

   Donc c'est à partir de ce moment là que ce groupe financier s'est dit:
   " vue comment la communauté de joueur de ce jeux sont capable de lâcher des fortunes pour des bouts de cartons avec des Mickey dessus juste pas frustration, pourquoi ne pas pousser plus loin pour s'enrichir toujours plus avec une version en ligne qui nous coutera moins cher que l'impression de cartes…...pourquoi?"

   Et là les actionnaires ont tous répondu en cœur:

   "BINGO!!!, ces pauvres geek décérébrés vont nous rende encore plus riche!!...."

   Alors comme un dealer de fentanyl, ce groupe financier s'est attelé à la tâche en mettant en ligne une version de ce jeux mais cette fois-ci avec sa dose de frustration multipliée par 1000..... grâce à l'appuis de programmateurs peu scrupuleux tous à fait conscient qu'ils écrivaient des lignes de code pour facilité l'extorsion des clients, rendant la pioche des cartes à des années lumières d'une quelconque ressemblance aux lois de la probabilité mais aussi en programmant sciemment un matchmaking qui fait en sorte d'opposer des decks de façon que le gagnant est désigné avant même que la partie commence pour ainsi choisir les joueurs chez qui ils veulent créer le maximum de frustration, comme le petit dealer du coin de la rue qui fait attendre sa clientèle pour être sûr de vendre au prix fort son poison, cette entreprise entend faire en sorte que sa clientéle face un maximum d'achat sur le jeux.

   Si cela ne s'arrêtait que là, on pourrait sérieusement douter de l'honnêteté de cette entreprise, mais ce n'est pas de leurs faute car pour trouver des pigeons à arnaquer, il faut qu'ils en ai et il y en a par millier voir million, on les croise lors de convention avec leurs petit sac à dos rempli de bout de carton achetés pour calmer leurs névroses et compenser l'inutilité de leurs insignifiante petites existences et leurs obésité croissante, ou sur les réseaux et leurs chaîne youtube pour faire l'apologie d'une entreprise qui les arnques mais cela on au moins un minimum de bon sens car il touche une rénumération, mais le plus gros du paquet des pigeons sont ici sur cette version en ligne.

   Tous ces être humains inutiles qui remplissent les poches de ce groupe financier pour des 1 et des 0, qui s'achétent des victoires sur un jeux virtuel en s'imaginant savoir jouer, persuader que si toute les cartes leurs sont distribuer dans l'ordre de la synergie du deck, c'est parce qu'ils savent jouer, les même demeurés qui trouve normal de gagner une partie en 4 tours avec un deck de 250 cartes parce qu'ils sont incapable de se rendre compte que c'est les centaines de dollars pour des booster virtuel qui les font gagner et qui font un caprice comme un toxicoman quand leurs dealer est en ****** en abusant du sablier quand ils perdent une partie, les mêmes qui arborent des titre comme "le vertueux", "le puissant" pour jouer des deck "Lapin" et autre deck vert qui démontre simplement leurs complexs d'infériorité en produisante des créatures 138/138 avec une stratégie pour enfant de 10 ans et j'en passe alors qu'ils n'ont de vertueux que l'argent qu'ils donnent à cette entreprise et c'est aussi les mêmes qui viennent pleurer ouvertement sur ce forum de se faire arnaquer par ce jeux sans jamais avoir une seule réponse d'un soi disant service client qui en réalité n'existe pas.

   Donc pour conclure, oui le monde est rempli d'entreprsie et de groupe financier qui ont pour simple but de s'enrichir à outrance en arnaquant des gens, mais beaucoup font preuve d'une grande suptimité pour le faire alors que l'entreprise qui gére cette licence n'a trop à réfléchir pour se remplir les poches, vue la médiocrité intellectuel des joueurs à ce jeux de carte.

3. Vampiric tutor is not legal in standard but I can still run it anyways

   I am able to run Vampiric tutor in standard for some reason even though it is not legal. i do not know what to tag this with so i am putting it under deck building/collection. I can play. the deck fine and even use Vampiric tutor.

6. Balance de economía comodines/ Wildcards economy balance (english/spanish)

   English:
   I am writing to express my strong disagreement with the commercial and management policies that the corporation has implemented for some time now. I consider the mandatory investment of mythic and rare wildcards in cards that have reprints at lower rarities in other physical formats or editions to be a systematic abuse. Furthermore, the drastic alteration of power levels within formats without equitable compensation for users is deeply concerning.

   Below is a comparative analysis of the current state of the formats:
   - Timeless: Initially conceived as a format with a power level similar to Modern (the Counterspell environment), it has evolved into an ecosystem akin to Vintage, or perhaps even beyond, given the lack of effective restrictions on cards such as Strip Mine, among others (I propose the addition of Wasteland).
   - Historic: Originally the highest-level format on the platform, it is currently perceived as an undefined blend between Modern and Pioneer.
   - Pioneer (formerly Explorer): Perceived as a transitional format with purely commercial ends, where users were "forced" to spend wildcards on cards that lack utility in the current meta game.
   - Alchemy: A format designed exclusively to house its own digital mechanics and cards—or at least, that is how it should be.

   Restructuring Proposal
   In order to balance the game's economy and respect the investment (time and money) of the players, I propose the following measures:
   - Segregation of Alchemy: Prohibit the use of Alchemy cards in any format that is not strictly its own.
   - Wildcard Restitution: Refund mythic and rare wildcards spent (while allowing users to keep cards obtained from packs) in cases where the card's original edition, or at least one of its physical versions, is common or uncommon. In these instances, the lower-rarity version should be provided for free.
   - Regulation of Rarities for Commercial Purposes: The inclusion of cards whose only means of acquisition is through rare or mythic wildcards, when said cards have historical editions at lower rarities, shall be considered an abusive practice.
   - Acquisition Alternatives: When a card is implemented solely via a special illustration, the system must mandatorily provide a standard version without alternative art, with a wildcard cost that is lower and consistent with its rarity in other editions.
   - Unification of Ban List Criteria: Synchronize ban lists proportionally with their reference formats in tabletop play.

   Incentives and Sustainability for the Corporation
   Understanding that a financial equilibrium must exist, this proposal includes advantages for the company:
   - Valorization of Special Art: Cards with special illustrations (borderless, retro, anime, etc.) will maintain their maximum rarity status and can only be acquired using mythic wildcards, thereby justifying the additional work of the illustration and development teams.
   - Management of Restricted Cards: All cards that are part of a restricted list in any format must be acquired exclusively through mythic wildcards, given their high power level and impact on the game.
   - Non-Refundable Monetary Policy: Wildcard purchases via real money or gems in the store will not be subject to refunds; user compensation will be limited strictly to the adjustment of the wildcard economy due to rarity disparity as previously outlined.

Considero un abuso sistemático la obligatoriedad de invertir comodines míticos y raros en cartas que cuentan con reprints en rarezas inferiores en otros formatos físicos o ediciones. Asimismo, resulta preocupante la alteración drástica en el nivel de potencia de los formatos sin que exista una compensación equitativa para los usuarios.

   A continuación, presento un análisis comparativo del estado actual de los formatos:
   - Timeless: Concebido inicialmente como un formato de potencia similar a Modern (el entorno de Counterspell), ha evolucionado hacia un ecosistema propio de Vintage, o incluso superior, dada la ausencia de restricciones efectivas sobre cartas como Strip Mine, entre otras (Propongo la adición de Wasteland).
   - Historic: Originalmente el formato de mayor nivel en la plataforma, actualmente se percibe como una amalgama indefinida entre Modern y Pioneer.

   - Unificación de Criterios en Ban Lists: Sincronizar las listas de cartas prohibidas de forma proporcional a los formatos de referencia en el juego físico.

   Incentivos y Sostenibilidad para la Corporación
   Entendiendo que debe existir un equilibrio financiero, esta propuesta incluye ventajas para la empresa:
   - Valorización del Arte Especial: Aquellas cartas con ilustraciones especiales (borderless, retro, anime, etc.) mantendrán su estatus de rareza máxima y solo podrán ser adquiridas mediante comodines míticos, justificando así el trabajo adicional de los equipos de ilustración y desarrollo.
   - Gestión de Cartas Restringidas: Todas las cartas que formen parte de una lista de restringidas en cualquier formato deberán adquirirse exclusivamente con comodines míticos, dada su jerarquía de poder y su impacto en el juego.

9. Newly aquired cards not being added to inventory

   I've had this issue for a while but I wasn't entirely sure but I've just confirmed it now. I collect cards from boosters that dont actually end up in my inventory. I confirm this when I collect a SECOND copy of said card in a later booster. E.G. Zombify from the new Strixhaven. I opened a copy on Arena from a reward booster last week with the new mystical archive treatment but my inventory didnt update. I then aquired a 2nd copy just now from a booster on arena, this second one also noted it was a 'First Time!" pull and it Finally updated my inventory. This has been going on a LONG time but it was hard to pinpoint an exact exmaple because I didn't believe it was happening for a while and when I did start to notice I played infrequently.

11. Issues In New Update

    • I tried to craft a Force of Will with a Mythic Rare Wildcard, but it bugged out and didn't craft a card. Still, it consumed a wildcard.
    • I earned two strixhaven packs through the mastery progression. I couldn't open them. When I tried to open them, they simply vanished, and I was prompted with an empty user dialog that I only had an "Ok" option on.
    • I bought a strixhaven pack that I similarly consumed without getting any cards, but the gold was nonetheless used up.

13. Affaire du destin délaissé - impossible de récupérer les créatures depuis le cimetière

    L'effet de récupération des cartes dans le cimetière après le sacrifice de l'enchantement "affaire du destin délaissé" ne fonctionne pas. J'ai beau cliqué sur une carte de créature que je souhaite récupérer depuis mon cimetière, rien ne se passe. Je suis contraint de passer à la phase de fin et perd l'effet du sort.

14. Not received 2 Mythic card rewards after reaching level 9 of Mastery

    After reaching level 9 of Secrets of Strixhaven Mastery, I did not receive the 2 Mythic Card Rewards. I got the 2 rewards at level 12, but never got the ones at level 9.

15. Missing uncommon in the Edge of Eternities

    I've been trying to get the complete set for the EoE and it keep saying that i have a uncommon missing, I try to search for it and use my wild card but nothing comes up. I don't know what card Im missing

17. Multicolor cards apearing when I search exact color

    So, I'm building a MonoGreen deck. I put "c:g" in the search bar without the quotation marks. Mosswood Deadknight apears in the results. How do I filter my collection to only include Green cards no matter where other colors appear in the card. Mosswood Deadknight is a green creature with a black sorcery-advenure including in the card. I wont be using black in the deck so i don't want to see anything other than green

19. Collection count Report Error

    Under Profile -> Set Collection -> Final Fantasy | Uncommon is report that I have 108 out of 109. But when I add one of every uncommon to a deck build I have 109. I believe there may be a bug in the Set Collection count bug.

20. ギルドの印鑑シリーズがタイムレスで使用不可になっている

    ギルドの印鑑（アズリウスの印鑑など）がタイムレスで使用不可になっている。
    デッキ構築画面で検索をしても表示されず、既に入れているデッキは使用出来なくなっている。
    禁止制限リストには該当カードは無い。
    半年近く待っているが改善される気配は無い。
    使えるようにする気が無いのであれば、アリーナアンソロジー１を購入した者に対する補償をしてほしい。
