How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

lurrus
I am playing Brawl on PC and I have built a "Winter Soldier, Icy Assassin" deck. All cards meet the requirement to have Lurrus of the Dream Den" as companion but it will not validate it as such in a game. I have insured that no cards WHATSOEVER are mana value 3 or more despite Lurrus only caring about permanents 2 or less. I have included the decklist below just in case that I am missing something. Please Help!

Cecil Dark Knight is not shown in the search bar for competitive Brawl
When I go to my collection I can find cecil ( I do own 4 copies).
But when I go into my comp. brawl deck, i cannot find him and therefore cannot add him to my deck.
My commander is Crucias (Red and Black) so I should be able to add cecil to my deck

Deserted Beach Card Style Bug
I purchased a card style bundle from the MTG Arena store that includes the "Deserted Beach" card style, but it is not showing up in the game.Could you please check the purchase status for me?
I believe I purchased the card style circled in red in the attached image; why is this not being reflected?

Cold-Blooded Killer starter deck missing 3x Sengir Vampire cards after color challenge
This bug report infinite loop is so disrespectful. I don't want to post a new idea, I want support.
I completed all 5 colors in the Color Challenge event, but my black starter deck (Cold-Blooded Killer) is missing 3x Sengir Vampire cards. It wants me to use wildcards to craft them, but I thought the whole idea behind that challenge was that I would get all 5 decks and their cards upon completion.

Ferocity of the hunt
I couldn’t play this as an instant and lost my last game due to this glitch. Also, why can’t I automatically be logged in when I go to report a problem? I’m already upset that I’m losing gems to bad coding and now I have a ****** link that doesn’t give a log in feature? But I have to log in to report my problem. Fail.

Duplicate Drotection not working
Duplicate Protection not working.
I'm relatively new to MTG Arena and I thought duplicate protection was about rewarding gems once a playset was collected, but I just learned it's supposed to replace the card with another of the same rarity in the same set. This hasn't been happening for me for any sets since I started getting higher amounts of some sets, well before completing mythic/rares. I don't have pics since I didn't know there was anything to be suspicious of but it's definite.

Please add a button in the Collection tab to export my full collection as text or CSV, in the same format as deck export (count, card name, set code, collector number).
Why:
- Deck export already exists, but there is no way to export what I own. Building decks outside Arena means guessing which cards I have.
- The only current options are third-party trackers that read log files, which require desktop and do not work on mobile at all. The main one-click export is behind a paid subscription.

Not getting cards after spending Orbs.
Been spending all my orbs for the new set, and have spent most of em, but did not get the cards.

Mastery Pass Reward Gandalf, Party Guest Cards Not in Inventory
The mastery pass level said, "4x Gandalf, Party Guest," but they are not in my card list. I use both Windows and iOS, and it is in neither.

Saving Decks - Bug
Once I finish editing a deck and go to hit done nothing happens. It makes a slight noise to indicate it has been pressed, but it doesn't leave the editing page. If I try pressing the home page, it brings up the “You have unsaved changes” menu, and when I try to press save and exit nothing happens, but when I press undo changes, it works.

Can you obtain duplicate copies of the same card style?
Can you obtain duplicate copies of the same card style? Is there no compensation at all for getting duplicate card styles?
I was supposed to receive three card styles, but only two showed up in the system at that time. I contacted customer service, and they explained that two of them were duplicates. This is completely unreasonable.3 votes -

Says deck is invalid but no red cards and the reason for invalid deck is blank.. Apple phone, everything is updated, Deck is MiniMe. I've played this same deck for years, I don't want to lose it.

Favorite Cards (Feature Request) - Useful for Filtering
Please allow us to mark our favorites cards to facilitate filtering/deck-building. I often reuse certain cards across decks, and sometimes I just want to review my favorite cards, not all cards that exist. My current solution has been to have an invalid deck with my favorite cards, but this doesn't make it easy to build new decks (my current solution doesn't leverage the other great combination of filtering tools that deck-building already has).
Even better, allow 3 sets of favorites so that I can have an "I always use these / high utility" separate from "these are extremely cool effects",…

Didn't get my wildcard
I win a match and got a random card as a reward as part of the daily rewards. It was Innkeepers Talent. I already have 4 of those so I should have gotten a rare wildcard, which I need desperately. I never got one.

No match for mice
When I try to play with my Boros-mice deck, it seems there's nobody willing to play with me.
It happens each and every time, in Standard, Historic and Alchemy mode, and just with Boros-mice deck.
So I end up by never playing with this deck.
I also play with more than 60 other decks, and none of them is affected by such a curse. Can you fix it?1 vote -

I acquired the queen of dale card from the hobbit event using one green orb, but i cant find the card in my collection
