How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. starter decks loaded withour rarers

    After logging in today I had the new starter decks. Weirdly the orzhov and boros ones loaded in without names. More importantly they were without the rares. Now I currently own these rares from earlier sets. But that just means that I am punished for being a returning player. That seems unfair.

    Everyone should get all the cards in the starter decks. IDK if this was intentional or accidental. But I am deeply annoyed.

  2. Waiting for the Server for modify a deck

    When I select a specific deck to modify it, Arena is stuck on "Waiting for the Server". This does not happen with other decks.
    The list of the deck is attached.

    Trying to complete your achievements stop matchmaking based off what's in a deck stop it just cause mind skinner is in a deck doesn't mean I need to play 300 card decks every game just cause it's voja doesn't mean I should always play narset and slivers quit it it's making the game extremely frustrating

    i launch the client but i cannot log in becuase im not able to get collection or there was a problem when communicating with the server: Network Error.

  5. Suggestion to Ban "Mana Drain" in Brawl format

    I am a player of Magic: The Gathering Arena, and I would like to raise a concern regarding the card "Mana Drain" in the Brawl format. I believe this card is currently too powerful, negatively impacting the gameplay experience.
    "Mana Drain" counters a target spell, and during the next phase, it adds {C} to the player's mana pool equal to the spell's converted mana cost. This effect gives the player a significant mana advantage, which can be overwhelming, especially in the more diverse and creative decks typical of Brawl.   6. Lost my mastery orb

    So I spent my mastery orb that I got from shop on a red enchantment room for the new duskmorne set and it used my orb and never even gave me the enchantment room I had to craft it myself and still lost my orb I'm very upset about this my username is monster00315

  7. Sideboard not displaying / displaying incorrectly.

    All decks, all formats, viewing previously built decks or creating new decks; the sideboard is not displaying correctly.

    Examples: Shows "15 cards" in the subtitle of 'Sideboard'. Only displays 4 cards.

  9. Receiving gems for packs when rares are still available (Pioneer Masters)

    I am receiving the 20-Gem card for having collected all the rares when there are 6 that I have not collected any of:

    Hallowed Moonlight
    Part the Waterveil
    Dark Petition
    Radiant Flames
    Rakdos's Return
    Unexpected Results

    All 6 show on the Card Image Gallery as being available in MTG Arena Store Packs.

    I initially received 5 of the 20-Gem cards since I was opening 10 packs at a time. I didn't think I had collected everything, so I tested it again by opening only 1. I used the "Repair Game File" function and tried once more with a single pack,…

  10. Tri lands cube draft

    Tri lands cube draft.

    If you try to use Tri-Land in a cube draft, it will look like this image and you won't be able to use it.
    Refund the participation fee. I did draft Golos, but I can only make all five colors with my two tri lands.

  11. Achievement - Party of None is bugged

    The Achievemnt doesn't unlock after winning the game. The game was won by killing the opponent with direct damage. The opponent did not concede. His life total was -4 before his avatar explodes.

  12. "INVALID DECK: Deck Validation Failed."

    Crafted cards for a brawl deck, now when attempting to play the deck I receive the error listed above. I did craft wildcards to make this deck, so I would hate to think those cards are wasted now.
    I've attempted changing some of the cards around to make certain it wasn't related to a certain deck weight bug from a month back.

  13. Bloodletter of Aclazotz and rush of dread instant kill

    this card combo is another exploit of the Bloodletter which should be banned from all play. It's basically 4 swamps to instant kill an opponent.

  14. Opponent was about to gain up to around 150 health in std game

    So basically it feels like allowing an infinite number of Hare Apparent cards feels overpowered with a Hinterland Scantifier. So maybe there should be a cap on those or maybe these are just better cards then what I'm playing with and that is life. But being able to get up to around 150 health feels a very OP.

  15. Lae'Zel githyanki warrior specialize deck building bug

    I select lae'zel as my commander in 100 card brawl deck building. The games tells me to select a color for specialization to specify my color restrictions based on my commander.I chose black. Nothing happens. The black mana symbol is darkened as if it were being pressed(there is a wheel with each mana symbol for you to choose from, press a mana of a color and you commander is treated as that color type for deck building,or atleast it's supposed to) after 5 seconds the whole app closes and I'm back on my main screen of my phone.   16. Mastery Pass paid rewards not received

    Have not received packs from from the mastery pass reward pass for multiple levels . Have previously contacted customer service but issue still unresolved

  17. Nyx lands parallax styles not working

    Since the Duskmourn update the parallax styles for Nyx lands are not working. If I select the non-parallax version, and "apply styles" it "changes" into a version that has a black strip for the text background, but is still not parallax.

  18. sideboard

    Sideboard-view on iOS is broken after latest update. You can see 7 cards and nothing after that. 🙄
    It's annoying. Fix it. It's impossible to build BO3 decks because of it.

  19. Deck builder scrolling

    I play on IOS iPad and when I’m using the deck builder it is unresponsive when scrolling. It’s buggy and when in vertical mode it doesn’t let me scroll down my card list most the time, super buggy. Same when in horizontal mode trying to navigating around the deck portion.
