How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. golden pack bug

    Hello, I purchased some packs today for FDN release and went to go open the golden packs that I received and I shortly started getting all gems in the rare slot, but I still have standard legal rares(with the ?booster tag) that are unowned, at 74% complete for standard rares. I'm assuming this is a bug as I thought golden pack duplicate slots protection went same set/rarity-> standard legal/same rarity -> alchemy legal/same rarity-> then gems.

    Edit: this was on android mobile using the open 10 packs button on the golden packs.

  3. glitched card saying in deck but isnt

    i have a glitch where its showing serra reedemer in my deck but the card isnt in my deck

  4. Gold issues

    Have some gold in account. When I completed the level in masterypass that gave 2000 gold, my gold was reset and I was left with only the 2000 received from MasteryPass

  5. DSK mastery pass level 34 & 35 - no rewards

    Didn't receive mastery pass rewards for levels 34 and 35 (DSK). I still got the standard rewards, as if I hadn't purchased it.

    When I purchased the mastery pass I was at level 33 and automatically got the whole backlog. I just haven't gotten any of its benefits since then.

  6. lagging due to new decks added

    new starter decks added causes me to go over the deck limit which makes the game extremely laggy when i open any decks

  7. Cannot add basic lands to a deck (arena cube post-draft)

    After i finished a draft, when I tried to click the little + button while hovering over basic lands, nothing happened and I was not able to increase my basic land count in a deck even though it had less than 40 cards in it

  8. Missing Mastery Reward

    Completed Level 34 of Mastery Pass but, despite purchasing season pass, did not receive rewards (2 Mythic cards). On Windows PC.

  9. Side Deck not displaying/loading properly in Deck Builder

    I'm unable to see my Side Decks in full, and thus can not edit them in the Deck Builder. They still show in full when playing Bo3 matches, but in the editor they show only a partial list at best and only one copy, even if there are multiple copies.

  10. Full Art Parallax Basic lands are missing their styles since the duskmourn update

    Since the Duskmourn release, the parallax lands that I use in my collection have been replaced by their non-stylized versions in game and in the collection tracker.

    The stylized versions seem to be missing from the client, please fix as these are the lands I've used since I started playing thank you.

  11. Bug

    I was playing in a Historic Bo1 event and lost my third match to what I believe is a bug. I had a Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student out. My opponent had two Night Market Lookout and tapped both for convoke to cast Collective Nightmare to kill my Tamiyo. There were 26 Night Market Lookout triggers on the stack and they killed me.

  12. Arena Retro Snow Land cannot be used in Standard

    Recently I bought the Retro snow land set that is offered in the store. However I am unable to add any of these cards to my standard format deck.

  13. Started receiving gems instead of rare cards from FDN boosters, despite not having rare completed the set

    I started receiving gems from FDN booster, instead of the rare cards that I'm missing.
    I am, for instance, missing the scry lands (and many others), along many commons and uncommon (reprints or not).

    Voyont WoC, à quel moment vous allez comprendre que cela ne sert à rien de pourrir l'expérience de jeux d'un joueur comme moi en m'opposant du joueur bien trop crédule pour vous donner de l'argent en truquant la pioche des cartes pour leurs faire croire qu'ils savent jouer alors qu'ils jouent à 80% avec du deck préconstruit....

    Voilà plus de 3 ans que je joue sans jamais vous avoir donner le moindre dollar et je peux maintenant m'offrir n'importe quelle carte ou deck gratuitement donc opposer moi des decks intéressant, arrêter de m'opposer du deck Lapin pour débile mental ou…

    The parallax styles for the enemy fetchlands have disappeared and display the normal art, both in the deckbuilder and in game.

  16. unable to buy Mythic wildcards from the featured section

    When I click the 4 mythic wildcards for $19.99. It goes to the confirm screen where i click the $19.99 button and then it just goes back to the featured page. I have purchased these once before and steam normally opens.

  17. Advanced search terms ('' '') are not working.

    The advanced search terms ('' '') are not working. It's never been working for me and I havent been able to search up any exact phrases. Now I tried the exact example that is provided ( c=R cmc<4 o:''damage to any target'' ), and it doesnt even work with that. This might be a bug

  18. Hare Apparent only 1 in my deck

    I can only have one hare apparent in my deck. I was battling this hare apparent deck. Then after I lost, I also wanted to build a hare apparent deck but I could only have one in my deck. But my opponent could have any number of it.

  19. Deck editor shows only 7 sideboard cards

    The deck editor shows only 7 sideboard cards in decks which are Traditional and have 15 sideboard cards. The cards are in the deck, but they do not show up in the editor. It shows 7, then "Best of 3 only" but below that is blank.

    A user I played again, had 217 cards. How could this be posible?
