How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Issue viewing the deck from the new collection
When viewing the card list for the new collection, the cards do not appear. You can see the issue in the attached image. Please fix this bug.

Deck builder bug
Add button doesn't work on some cards like Firebending Student or Burst Lightning. You need to search for them on the collection and add from there.

Place of Legends Achievement
I have used my Favorites on all of my local stores I am near I attend, which includes two stores that have the Legendary store title. Despite this, the achievement has not been unlocked on my account. I have attended an event at one this week which unlocked the 'Be Legendary 1' Achievement, yet still has not registered my Favoriting the store.
I am using a PC and have tried to un-Favorite, exit and restart the client, then tried re-Favoriting again to no avail, and would appreciate any insight or help if it's something I'm doing wrong that has caused…

When attempting to craft Bitterblossom as a Mythic wildcard, I receive a notice that it is Rare. Currently, only one of the card styles is considered as Rare, while all of the others display as Mythic. The card also comes up identified as mythic when you filter for mythic via the deck builder. Please correct this error as I am unable to craft it as a mythic wildcard and do not currently have any rare wildcards. I'm finding this bug on iOS.

Duplicate Protection triggered while I am still missing rare cards
I am missing 20 rare and 19 mythic rare from Reality Fracture. I gained one normal pack from Set Mastery and open it, it gave me 20 gems instead of a rare. Then I tested the situation by buying a normal pack using 200 gems and opened it. Again it gave me 20 gems instead of a rare card. I checked using "-?booster" to see if my missing rares are non-booster cards, they are not.

Didn’t recive my cards from opened packs after the game timed out. Broke the app.
Opened a few packs together, and was looking through each of the new cards slowly. Got caught up with something outside of the game and locked the screen. Came back and continued looking at them and they were still there. So I continued looking at them and got busy again. This was a while ago so I don't remember the details of when it bugged out and didn't have the time to bug report at the time, but I might have closed the app or it might have just timed out, but when I came back again, it threw an…

Set names on cards
It is extremely ridiculous how the set names are not included on cards, or in the reminder text tooltips. Not everyone has the set icons perfectly memorized, Especially for things like special guests and where those special guests are from.

mythic wildcard lost
I was crafting a Mythic card with one of the two wildcards I had available and a network message appeared.
So I restarted the game and when I tried to craft the card again, it worked, but both of my wildcards were used, for just one copy of the card. Unfortunatelly I don't have a screenshot to prove it that I had two wildcards. I can only show you that now I only have 1 copy of the card and no mythic wildcards left.
Have it ever happened to some of you before ??

Bug when opening booster
A short while ago, whenever I tried to open a booster pack, a black bar with just a "0" written on it would appear in the center of the screen; a disconnection message would then pop up, sending me back to the main menu. I decided to restart the game, and the booster pack was gone. I haven't been able to determine if the contents were added to my collection—or even what I actually opened. If the items were added, please let me know what was in the pack. Otherwise, I request a replacement booster pack.

I am not receiving the Reality Fracture Packs I have unlocked on the mastery path
I received the opening packs, as well as six from attending a pre-release event, but none of the packs I have earned since have showed up in my Packs tab.

Cid
I have crafted two copies of Cid, the Artificer for the Final Fantasy deck. The game is not registering that I own these cards. It still shows that I own 108/109 uncommon FIN cards.

"Craft All" button in the deck builder not adding the cards to the deck when they're crafted
Tried to craft a new brawl deck with several new cards from the reality fracture set. When I pressed craft all, the cards in the deck were still greyed out. Initially, I thought I didn't have enough wildcards so I removed some rares and then pressed craft all again. Still greyed out. This time I was sure I had enough wildcards so I pressed it one last time. It turns out I have crafted 3 separate copies of the cards that I only needed/wanted 1 of.
I do have untapped.gg installed, if that matters.

Can't see search/filter on mobile Android
In deck building I'm not able to filter cards in my deck eg t: cre. The search bar disappears when I the deck is maximized. I've added two screenshots 1. Before the deck is maximized with a visible search bar and results for t: cre 2. Maximized deck and missing search bar.

Mind Sculptor title disappeared
I opened a ticket because my Mind Sculptor title disappeared from my collection. I still have the Jace the Mind Sculptor avatar. Instead of any attempt at resolution, I was pointed to this feedback forum. I explained to the support agent twice that I'm missing a cosmetic that I previously owned, but to no avail. So let me offer this bit of feedback here: Cosmetics disappearing is bad. Customer support not caring is also bad.

Cursed-Marred Demon is bugged
The card Cursed-marred Demon is bugged. Getting Unholly annex from the deck with the card consecutavely discards Unholly annex right away. This should be discard a card at random, however no matter the hand size, it always discards annex.

Won packs, they are not available to open
I won a few matches today and got two packs. I claimed them but when I went to open them they were not there.
