How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Missing Edge of Eternities packs
Edge of Eternities packs disappeared while opening other packs. I opened my packs one at a time and halfway through they just all disappeared including my unopened mythic pack. Resetting the game doesn’t help and there are no new cards in my inventory suggesting they disappeared entirely.

Unable to reach edit deck screen
Unable to go to edit deck screen for a few days now. Once I tap the blue edit button it stays on a waiting for server screen and I have to hard close the app.

Balanced Card Shenanigans
I woke up to balanced cards GONE from my decks, and I NEED TO PURCHASE THEM AGAIN?!? I'm a big fan of rebalancing cards, I really am. I want to keep the game fair and playable for and against all deck types. But, the fact that when you rebalance a card, you remove them from a collection is one of the greediest things I can think of. If you rebalance a card, and a user has copies of the prebalanced card, you should simply add the rebalanced cards to their collection AUTOMATICALLY. invalid deck
I'm getting an "Invalid Deck/This deck contains the following issues: Deck contains cards not in your collection" error. I've used this deck as recently as yesterday and I haven't changed anything. Please help.

Bug / Wildcards lost
"Yesterday, I used wildcards to craft 3 copies of Kona, Rescue Beastie for a new deck and played several matches with it. Today, the game is telling me that the deck is incomplete.
Upon checking my collection, the 3 copies of Kona are missing, even though my wildcard count has decreased accordingly. Could you please check my account logs and restore the missing cards or the spent wildcards? Thank you!"

deck builder - Bugged decklist checking
I have my client open and I noticed at the bottom of my selection of decks that on of my decks I have used in the past suddenly says I am missing a card and it is no longer in my collection. I go into the decklist to find the card but it still shows 100/100 for the quantity. No recent ban changes that I can see have affected this list. See attached

STARTERSTYLES code not working
When i put the code in it says its redeemed already but i dont have the plain black traditional MTG sleeve as a sleeve option in my profile.

Land
You know what's really awesome? Land! Running over 50% lands and can't get more than 2 out per match, yet the opposition draws 6 plus. What gives??? Literally destroys the joy of the game!

vault rewards isn't working
Vault icon is lit up and rewards are at 102%. When going to click on "vault rewards" icon to receive rewards. Game goes to loading screen and then just spins back to home page. No rewards received. Icon still lit up to display rewards are available.

Brawl deck not working
I decided to try Brawl out and saw a deck in the store that looked like a fun one to start with. I paid about 8000 gems for it. The problem - it is bugged. I can't edit it, there is a problem with the format (says brawl but also says only 60 cards?) and most of the card are bright red like they were banned. issues with client functions while editing decks
- create any deck, choose format add between 1 or maximum amount of cards and save (optional but will lead to same issue). 2. Edit a deck (can be the one you just created or any other you already have). 3. click on deck's details. 4. click on change format. 5. Format options-list will appear behind deck stats. Im on PC (windows 11), but i have tried to change deck formats on mobile Iphone as well and have had the exact same issue. Basically they in conjunction render any deck unable to withstand discard stress pressure.
And with "No Where To Run" included - there is no possibility to win. Its same as card Viv combo combo was. Causing any deck to loose.
Either take action to purge Planewalkers wholesale, including new ones like Kaito
Or take action to provide other colors (green and red specially) to use proper quick non-counter spell'able cheap removal of Planewalkers.
This just gets too ridiculously overpowered for Black

invalid deck & network error when building my draft deck
Joined a Powered Cube draft, towards the end of the second pack, my internet disconnected. Rejoined and the autodrafter had taken over, I was now in the 3rd pack. I finish the draft and edit my deck, but when I click to submit my deck, it gives me two errors (screenshots attached): "Invalid Deck" and "Network Error". I closed the game and tried again a few times, still gives me the same errors. At no other point does it say I'm offline, I am connected to the internet again. Legality Standard format issues
I am trying to create a deck, and using an AI to help me flush out some ideas faster, it’s telling me that there are SIGNIFICANT discrepancies on what is/ not legal, specifically for standard, like Sheoldred the Apocalypse the AIs, 3 now, say it IS legal, and yet, when I try and have those in my deck, they’re highlighted red= non-legal…who’s right? I’m in Arena, IPhone edition, and also, go for the throat too…these are VERY frustrating things to have happen, is your list online up to date on the legality of said cards? I’m sure it is, but…
