How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Jugando un draft premier de la expansion aetherdrift,en pc ( windows) lance un hechizo Alas rotas como instantaneo y se quedo al costado de la pantalla congelado sin lanzarse, y sin dejarme hacer nada mas que ver pasar el tiempo. es la segunda vez que me sucede. Si la expansion es inestable deberian cancelar los drafts hasta solucionar los errores.

    I just got "lost" in Arena direct for 5000 Gems!!!!! approximately 35 USD!!!!!!!!! I had a good pool, was playing game no 3 (I was 1-1) and suddenly the game stopped like it was refreshing or some issue with the connection (internet was working fine). It logged back and I was out of the game so I immediately clicked play (I assumed I will be back in the game I was winning). Turned out I started a new game with different opponent.   4. arena.exe non risponde durante la formazione del tavolo draft

    Sul pc dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento durante la formazione del tavolo per il draft di bloomburrow arena.exe non risponde, mentre le altre tipologie di gioco funzionano correttamente. Ho reinstallato il gioco 2 volte ma il problema persiste.

  5. Issue with wins in the Omniscience draft

    I was playing the Omniscience draft at approx 11:00 pm PST. I went into the game 2-2. I won, but it counted it as a loss, and forced s claim.

  6. Arena not recording draft win

    Played Aetherdrift draft and have noticed the game running badly today. I just won a match and at the end the client disconnected me. I logged back in and I am not showing the draft win.

  7. Server disconnected

    The server keeps on disconnecting and I can't reconnect to the game in progress which results in a loss (always seems to happen while I'm winning). Therefore resulting in me losing an event that I should not have. Super annoying

  8. Premier Draft extra loss bug.

    While playing a premier draft, I got to 3 wins and 2 losses. An opponent conceded and then in the middle of my next game I was kicked from the game and given my third loss.

    No rewards from maestry pass.
    Every time I do a new level I don’t received my reward.

  10. Can't resume Quick Draft after 9/12/24 update

    I started a Quick Draft before the 9/12/24 update, but hadn't played any matches with my draft deck. Over the past couple days, I've tried going back into Quick Draft, but the app freezes up on the "Waiting for Server" screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. And it only appears to be an issue with Quick Draft--I've been able to play a couple Standard matches without any problems.

    Also, I'm playing on a PC, in case that info is helpful.

  12. Incorrect rules interactions

    During an OTJ quick draft game... i stole their creature and i did not experience any of the benefits or the attached equipment to the creature . this was very likely to change the game towards my advantage but instead gave my opponent the extra card.

  13. Foundations Jumpstart event

    I went into the event thinking it was the same as paper packets, not realizing the packets were changed for Arena. I'm sure other people did as well. Having people going into an event thinking they were getting one thing but it being changed without knowledge doesn't look good for a company. I was wondering if anything was being done about this?

  15. カードの挙動が正しくない

    １．霊気走破のドラフト
    ２．PCでプレイ中
    ３．対戦相手がガイドライトの道拓きをプレイをし、戦場に出た誘発能力でライブラリーから砂丘滑りを探し出して戦場に出しました。この際、砂丘滑りのマナコストにあるXの値は０のはずなのに、墓地にあった別なガイドライトの道拓きを戦場に戻すことができていました。このアドバンテージ差を覆せずにゲームに敗北してしまい、納得できない結果となりました。
    ４．砂丘滑りの能力が正しく挙動するよう修正を求めます。

  16. Frozen Premium Draft - can't quit, can't re-enter

    Background: the first day of Duskmourn Premium Draft, I tried to enter. It showed the screen that said waiting for others to join the draft, but no one ever did and MtGA became unresponsive. I was able to force an exit from MtGA and restart. All other events that I've tried are availiable to me, but not Premier Draft.

    When I navigate to Premier Draft, the box I select says "Resume." I can get to the next screen, which shows how many games I've won and lost (none, none) and says "Start Draft." When I select "Start Draft" MtgA crashes,…

    Unable to purchase with mastery orbs. Blank screen and 1 leftover orb (1 too many from last release).

  18. Bug /Did not do death touch

    Was in a match and a powerful card was out. I blocked it with a zombie and cast maximum overdrive which gives creature +1/+1, indestructable and deathtouch. Creature (5/5 with ward 2) was blocked and did not die. It also had the ability to search library for cards and put them directly on the battlefield. It did not die and player continued to keep the creature and summon more creatures. No way to win at that point.

    Respectfully request a draft token or gems for the loss.

  20. Major Issue with matchmaking

    My Idea centers around in event matching making creating a system by which people of DIFFERENT brackets would not be paired with one another. I do not mean Gold players playing other Gold players but rather making sure that Silver ranks do NOT play Gold ranks. I think the prevention of this would prevent a lot of anger and frustration among players. I understand that play within the bracket is necessary but playing "up" can be a real feel bad
