How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Card tracker

    What has happened to the card tracker in draft events? During draft events the alt/command keys no longer track selections versus personal inventory. Initially I thought the issue had to do with bluetooth keyboard connectivity, however I tried on a desktop with a wired keyboard with the same results.

  2. Another Draft Playing Against Mana Flood

    17 Lands in the deck and I'll surely get my 3 losses watching my opponents build their board.
    16 Lands and I'm never seeing them.
    Still here though, a complete ******* idiot I guess

  4. Got both a win and a loss at the same time.

    I suspect this may have something to do with the queue. I entered the matchmaking queue, realized I had to do something and hit cancel. Came back 2-3 minutes later and entered the queue and got paired. I won the match, but when I got back to the draft screen my wins/prizing had increased, but so had my losses and my event was now supposedly over.

    I really wanted to play this deck more. :-(

  6. Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game

    I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
    However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
    I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
    This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…

  8. Quick Draft Ranks

    Hey friends,

    It occurs to me that in the current system, you allow the quick draft to switch in the middle of a ranked season. If you're going to track ranks and follow a skill-based matchmaking system, which you recently posted about, you should definitely consider the fact that once the set rotates, players may not know it as well and thus shouldn't be matched in a similar fashion.

    I was just matched with three individuals with a near-instant pop on the queue, so your matchmaking system deemed them within my skill level. However, the matches were complete stomp fests.…

  10. LCI Quick draft not working

    LCI Quick Draft is not working.
    When I press PLAY, the game says "Currently Waiting" for tens of minutes and never starts.
    The same thing is happening to my friends.

  11. No Sealed Reward After Connection Issue

    I briefly disconnected from the server while receiving my sealed reward and as a result didn't end up getting either my packs or my gems. (I went 2-3). I was playing on PC.

  12. Traditional Draft Resign

    After losing one match in Traditional Best of Three Bloomburrow Draft, I was no longer able to play in the event I drafted for, despite that being only my second match of the three I should have had. I would like to be reimbursed if possible.

  13. Metamorph Garruk flip bug

    Chromatic Cube bug with metamorhed Garruk, it didnt flip, but bugged out and game resulted in a draw, even though I was way ahead and winning with 3 PW on the battlefield

  14. Quickdraft matchmaking doesn't work

    Matchmaking for quickdraft doesn't work. When starting a game it makes you wait for the opponent for about a minute and a half. Then when the game finally starts it's a draw.

  15. Cube Draft TriLand cant use

    If you try to use Tri-Land card (Ex:Raffine's Tower) in a cube draft, it will look like this image and you won't be able to use it.
    Refund the participation fee.

  16. Limited - Player going first being imbalanced

    Players pay real money via buying Diamonds to play Limited.
    The cards they get assigned via the boosters already limit their options to create decks. If players are forced by luck to have to play an Aggro-Deck, it is vital in which player goes first. At the same time luck is already a part in drawing the right cards.
    It thus cannot be that players only go 2nd 4 times in a row increasing even more the luck of BO1 limited events. At that point the game is closer to gambling than actual deckbuilding and needs better organization in matchups…

    i was playing a match in a Premier draft of BloomBurrow from my PC, today 2nd of August 2024 at around 15:12, i was winning the match, i just had to click on the attack button, but the waiting for server started, and didn't intend to make me keep playing while i could see th timer ticking away, so i closed the mtg Arena and reopened again, just to see my opponent swinging at me with all and i had no chance to click on the blockers so to lose the game.   18. Unexpected loss in arena ends event early

    I was in a quick draft and I was given an unexpected loss after I had won, which ended my event early. I believe this is a bug on iOS.

    1. Queue for draft.
    2. Phone goes to Home Screen.
    3. I reopen app. A match begins.
    4. I win the match, which is awesome.
    5. I get a loss and a win after the match and my event ends unexpectedly
