How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Reward Orbs spent on two Cards but not received
I earned 2 Orbs in the Secrets of Strixhaven Mastery. I spent them on 2 cards:
Witherbloom the Balancer and
Quandrix the Proofto build Decks with it.
As you can see in the attached screenshots they vanished from the Masterypage but don't appear in the Collectionpage.Thank you for fixing this

On the play on the draw
There is no reason I should be on the draw every single game of a draft. Half the players in the pool were on the play in the last game they played. Your match making should be able to account for this to reduce variance.

Color challenge freeze
In the color challenge event. Viewing the selected deck and then hitting the back button causes a hang on the “waiting for server” screen. The only solution is to force quit and restart the app. This happens consistently with every color deck. Leaving the page by selecting from the menu in the top bar however does not cause a hang. Only the back button.

Blockers
Couldnt choose blockers un quick draft today un strixhaven. Game was running ok, but i just couldnt click in My creatures to.assign them and i Lost due to this issue.

wins not showing in event total 02.03.2026
Anyone else experiencing Lorwyn Eclipsed quick drafts not counting wins today 02.03.2026, only losses? Should be at 4-1, 2 wins yesterday, 2 wins today and 1 loss, only the loss is being counted

2 undifferentiated creatures fractal tender limited strixhaven
My oppo had 2 "Fractal Tender" 1 with a counter +1/+1, my oppo play a 4cmc spell only increase the second "Fractal Tender", before end step i want to remove who received the +1/+1 this turn, but in the game play there are no difference between both, so i play my removal 50/50 but i failed!! and that fractal was important to lose the game

Did not receive event winnings
I just finished a Premier draft on my iPad. I went 5-3, and got the screen saying I would receive the usual gems and packs. However, the prizes did not appear in my account. I was hoping to draft again with those gems, please help me get the prizes I won. I tried to get my game logs, but either Arena won’t save them or iOS won’t show me where they are being saved.

The game froze and I lost the match during a premier draft game. I want my gems back.

Can't claim draft prize - draft locked
I finished a pick-two draft 4-1, but instead of "claim" button i have "home" button. I didn t get my prize for 4 wins, instead got returned to main menu. I restarted the app. Then my win count reset to 0 from 4, and i still have to "home" button in place of "claim" button and get claim my prize or start a new draft

Game was disconnected while I was playing
Game disconnected mid game, looked at a black screen for several minutes. Restarted client still a black screen, restarted one more time and it loaded out of match with a match loss. Can I get reimbursed for that event?

Unable to perform game actions in pick two turtles draft
I cracked a mutagen token to put a counter on a creature and the game froze up causing me to time out of pick two draft

Pick two cards TMNT DRAFT event
I was creating my deck for the event when it suddenly promoted that deck craeation failed. It kicked me out and had to work my way back to that event but when I tried again the same error happened. I opted to exit the app and restart again. When I logged back in it appeared as if my game ended. Because it was requiring me for gold or diamonds to play. I haven’t even built and played the deck I drafted. I lost 1 draft token because of this.

Refund of coins or gems for 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3 in drafts
Hello,
I would like to make the following general suggestion for improvement for MTGArena : The game is very frustrating when you invest a bunch of gems or coins in a draft and then lose those hard-earned gems/coins due to the algorithm, etc., because you go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3.
I therefore suggest that a player be refunded all coins or gems if they go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3. This would improve the gaming experience and encourage more people to draft. This would also attract more players to MTGArena and encourage them to try out unusual drafts that…

Midweek Magic: Jump In! Landbase
The Elves Blighted combination runs 4 Mountains, with no red pips on any of the cards. There are also 4 Plains when only a single card has white, and it is {W/B} hybrid. There are so many games where I just can't play any of my cards because I have unusable red and white mana.

matchmaking
The starter deck duel matchmaking is bad, real bad. I lost 30 to 40 games in a row. Yet I keep getting matched against high-skill players. I am horrible at the game, so I need to be matched with others who are bad at the game as well. Fix it now

Powered Cube Draft Freezing
I spent a draft token to enter the Power Cube Draft and played a few turns. I tried to sacrifice a food token and I thought it was my opponents turn to cast an instant and the timing rope appeared. I thought it was my opponent taking time to disrupt my life gain but it froze. I exited out of the app and when I came back in it registered my game as a loss. Arena Power cube draft bug
I was in a power cube draft, and halfway through the draft I was not able to make picks anymore despite clicking on the cards I wanted to draft. Then the game became stuck in the "Waiting for the server" screen. I want to be refunded the gems I spent to play in this event.

Fighting For My Life In Silver 3
Im in Silver 3. Im disabled but have over 5000 hours in game and have spent over a thousand dollars in this game over my lifetime. As of late Ive noticed drastic changes in matchmaking thats edging me out of the game and making me reconsider my purchasing patterns. Im constantly and consistently getting matched against platinum and diamond players, players up to 3 ranks above me. Id like to point out Ive NEVER been in diamond rank.
