How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Draft network errror
during a premier draft a network error occured leading to server issues. I would like to be reimbursed for the draft.

traditional sealed UI bug

When playing traditional sealed and going into the sideboard phase after a match then the UI sometimes bugs out and it persists through the game into the main menu as well

Network Issues during premium draft
I was doing a premium draft and in the middle the pick started sticking. Then a network error screen came up then the draft reset and it had automatically made my last few picks.

game crash
game crashes in the middle of a draft and auto picked on mac then after the draft finishes just kept the black screen with the message ''waiting for the server'' so my draft basically was a waste..

face jace achievement
Just like other players reported, I've empowered Jace in a match against another player (timeless play) past 10, and didn't got the achievement.
the match was on my account and ended at around 22:00 GMT+1, i can't share anything else besides I'm on Android

Pile of cards
In game, i lost a match of draft because of this, i could not see what an opponent had because our cards all piled on top of each other on my side. Images provided. I could not tell the power or select many of the oponents units when trying to use removal because of this bug

Dragging a card while the draft pick times out prevents future picks
- Join a draft event.
- Click on a card and start to drag it. Keep holding it and let the timer run out.
- In the next pack, you won't be able to select cards. If you click "pick now" it disconnects you from the draft. You have to restart the client entirely.
(As a bonus, when I restart the client and reconnect to the draft midway through, it seems like the arrows that show up when targeting a spell are broken. I can see the point of the arrow but not the line.)

Duplicate Card in Draft Pack
I noticed two copies of [[Proft, Cosulting Detective]] in the same draft pack during a FRA draft event earlier. I know there's supposed to be duplicated identities, but I don't think this is intended! See attached screenshot to see the extra detectives.
My best guess is that this is related to the extra non-mirrored legend that seems to be the norm in packs. (i.e. you get both versions of Jiang Yanggu and 1 version of Massacre Girl - In this case I seem to have gotten both version of Proft and also 1 version of Proft)

Bonjour,
Dans mes tentatives pour débloquer le succès "Face à Jace", aucune d'entre elles n'a fonctionné :
J'ai lancé plus de 10 sorts avec "Renforcer Jace" : échec
J'ai créé un Jace avec directement plus de 10 marqueurs de loyauté sur lui : Échec
J'ai lancé plus de 10 sorts différents avec "Renforcer Jace" : Échec
J'ai augmenté mon Jace jusqu'à 30 marqueurs de loyauté avec divers sorts/effets : ÉchecJe suis dans l'incompréhension
Est-ce un bug ? Ou bien il me manque une info sur comment obtenir ce succès ?

Limited Rank going backward instead of advancing with Quick Draft Victories

- Win the game in Best of One
Result vs. Expected Result
Get Victory Screen, but instead of the Limited Rank band advancing a segment towards the next level, a segment disappears (as it does when you lose). My rank is going backwards with wins.Note: This is happening even with successive victories.

Duplicate Draft
During a Reality Fracture premier draft, I noticed that the indicator that tracks where the packs were around the table was showing that I had multiple packs at my seat, but I didn't see them. I decided that I would exit back out to the main menu and then rejoin the draft, hoping that it would fix the issue. Instead, it joined me into an entirely new draft, with the cards I had put in the sideboard for the first draft still in the sideboard for this one. I was playing a premier draft during the last day. The queue was not able to find me a table and I waited until the last minute. It means that I just spent a Draft token for nothing? unfair

Starter deck duel event is currently broken.
Start deck duel deck selection currently shows that all decks are invalid. While I can still enter the event and play with the last selected deck I cannot switch decks as all are shown as invalid. It looks like perhaps new decks are cycling in but they failed to launch the new decks before invalidating the old ones.

Issue with Jump In Rewards - Receiving 20 Gems Instead of Rare Cards Despite Incomplete Collection
Hello Wizards of the Coast Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I experienced with the Jump In event for the Marvel Super Heroes set.
I recently played the Jump In event using a ticket. I won my match, but the rewards I received were 20 Gems, twice. As you know, 20 Gems is equivalent to only about 0.10 USD, while a single Rare Wildcard is sold for about 4.50 USD (4 wildcards for 1800 JPY). The value difference is 25 times, which is extremely frustrating.

woodland weavemaster draft bug
Entered a paid draft today and in my draft woodland weavemaster would just pass the option for me to use its mana producing ability for thrandrull sindarin liefge or silvan revelers return. Just lost gems for nothing other then a card that passes priority on the platform or doesnt work as it reads :/
