How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Match stops in middle of game and just resets

    I was playing traditional draft and in the middle of a game it just stopped it and went back to home screen. When I got back to traditional draft shows I never started a game.

  2. Draft win recorded as both win ans loss

    I was playing premier draft for Duskmourne.
    I was 4/2 when I won a game and suddenly I was 5/3.
    I have captured the log on mobile and will try and find the log file.

  3. Arena Hangs trying to join draft

    Trying to join a Duskmourn Premier draft using a draft token. First time it came up with me as only person in the queue, then hung. After a minute or so, I clicked out of and back into Arena - showed the Microsoft "Not Responding" error message. So I selected Close the program. Re-booted and tried again. Application starts fine, click on Duskmourn Limited - I see that there is a Resume option for Premier draft. Click on it, then click Start Draft, and the program just hangs "Waiting for the Server". Have to force quit (tried multiple times now).…

  4. cannot spend orbs

    Cannot spend orbs. There is nothing to buy. I am pretty sure there was things to buy earlier (duskomourn) but they dissappeared. In the new Foundations, I cant buy any mythic or rare cards with my orbs.

    Clicked "claim" for the top250 qualifier token, didn't receive. The claim button is now greyed out.

  7. extra loss in a premire draft

    I should be 3-2 after a loss in a premire draft. But I got an extra loss. It beacme 3-3.

  9. Sire of Seven Deaths Card Style

    I won a cosmetic for one of my favorite cards in the Midweek Magic event. I couldn't believe it. Sire of Seven Deaths! Such luck. But... Instead of the alternative look, I got the exact same one. Please fix it :-(((((((((((((

  10. Mastery XP not adding

    I played 6 games this evening, winning four of them, and completed two daily quests while playing.

    I should have received a total of 2100 XP for this:
    4 x 250 for weekly wins
    4 x 25 for daily wins
    2 x 500 for completed quests

    However I only got credited with 275 XP, and therefore missing 1825 XP

    1. Search for game in Duskmourn Draft, cancel search
    2. PC
    3. Search for game is canceled and nothing else
    4. Search for game is canceled and I recive game loss

  12. Prairie Dog multiple activations don't work

    I activated my prairie dog twice before end of turn, but it only got 2 counters instead of 3

  13. Auto quit out of game

    While in a sealed event on an Iphone, Arena dropped me out of the current game I was in with no warning and returned me to the home screen of the app. I hit play and started a new game, arena did not connect me to the game I was bumped out of. After that new game was complete the game I was kicked out of was recorded as a loss. This may be that the Wifi shut off shortly but I had cell service with data the whole time.

  14. Guidance on birth certificate translation services

    I need to use my birth certificate for official purposes, but it's in a language that's not widely accepted. I've been told I need to get it translated. Can someone recommend a reliable birth certificate translation service? I need your help friends urgently.

  16. missing/no rare in a jumpstart packet

    Jumpstart 25 packet Armed had no rare or mythic in it. The paired Clerics had an extra rare. Unsure if this is intentional or not.

  18. I'm just bad

    I've tried to earn blue gems to play a premier draft of the new edition, and eventually got to 1450 gems. So i launched a quick draft, and lost, and lost again and now I'm at 740 or something. I'm just bad.

  19. I won match in standard meta game challenge but it sent me to claim rewards instead of going to next round

    Idk what happened but I jut recently won my match in meta game challenge but it told me to claim rewards and I did not press resign. Pls help

  20. Guidelight Pathmaker Allows Dune Drifter to Reanimate Anything Without Paying X for Dunedrifter's Mana Cost

    During a Premier Draft my opponent cast a Guidelight Pathmaker and search for a Dune Drifter placing it on the battlefield. They were then able to reanimate a Possession Engine that cost 5 mana, despite the fact that the X value for Dune Drifter was 0. This allowed them to take possession of my Terrian Worldeater, swinging the game. This should not be possible because they did not cast the Dune Drifter to pay an cost.
