1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Marvel Jump In Claim button Resigned event
I just got my second win in the Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes event. I clicked CLAIM to get my cards, but I got 3 cards and was resigned from the event instead.

Draft Timer Glitch
There was a problem with the draft timer in the final pick of the second pack and first pick of the third pack in my draft today. The final pick of the second pack seemed to pass instantaneously, and I was given only seconds to make the first pick of the third pack. This seemed to affect other players as well, as I experienced no delay in getting the cards passed to me.

Draft Network Connectivity Issue
During a pick 2 draft for reality fracture I got frozen on a network error screen and was unable to pick cards for the rest of the draft resulting in getting a bunch of random cards. I would like to be reimbursed for my draft if possible.

Draft picking bug "force pick a card"
During a Reality Fractured Premier Draft, while picking cards from the third pack, I was forced to select the card "Loot, the Nexus." Although I tried to pick a different card, the new card wouldn't register; "Loot, the Nexus" remained selected instead. This occurred at 20:14 (UTC) on PC.

Dropped mid-draft
I was in the middle of a draft and there was an error which caused me to seem to drop in the middle of the draft. When I went to try and rejoin the draft it started me in a whole new draft instead, but charged me for the new draft as well. I was particularly bummed since I had a really good start to the first draft.

In person rewards
Not getting my rewards for attending a prerelease, attending in person events, and attending events at a legendary store. I did a prerelease, looks like that reward is not there, attended 3 events since this started, a prerelease sealed, prerelease draft, and a regular reality fracture draft. The store i go to is legendary and that looks unfulfilled as well.

During my recent gameplay, I encountered the following bugs which severely ruined my gaming experience.
When I disconnect mid-game due to poor network and reconnect afterwards, I am unable to sideboard and swap my desired cards in BO3 matches.
When I cast spells with abilities like Harmonize, or Rottenmouth Viper, spells whose casting cost can be reduced by certain means. While I am selecting how many of my non-land permanents to sacrifice or which of my creatures to tap to pay for Harmonize, if I click undo, I can neither complete the payment nor revert to the pre-casting state. Ho preso due obiettivi, ma non me li ha segnati.
Negli obiettivi di "Frattura della Realtà" ho preso i seguenti obiettivi:
- Tre Talismani sono meglio di uno: in una partita ho giocato due Talismani di Teorix e uno di Pennarguta;
- Lancia Winter, giocatore di squadra senza pagare il suo costo di mana per lanciarlo in una partita abbinata: L'ho giocato dal cimitero con la carta "Zombificare" (quindi senza il costo di mana).Potete assegnarmeli e risolvere il problema?

Draft Rápido no permite pick
En el día de ayer, miércoles 7/10/2026, entre las 11 y las 14:00 horas jugué dos drafts rápidos, en ambos me ocurrió el mismo bug: en una iteración no me permite coger la carta elegida y además no selecciona ninguna en su lugar. El sistema informó del error. uno de ellos fue el pick 1 del segundo sobre. La experiencia fue muy desagradable ya que me desconcertó para el resto del draft, al perder la opción de coger una bomba que encajaba perfectamente con el arquetipo que estaba construyendo. Espero puedan resolverlo.

"Standard Conqueror" challenge not registering wins
I'm stuck at 4 wins despite having wins with the a main deck (attached) with 21 nonland FRA cards. I was at 4 before the big update, so maybe that broke it?

Error durante draft
ya van varias veces que a la hora de elegir una carta durante el draf, el juego marca un error y me aparece el mensaje "Esperando al servidor" por el cual tengo que cerrar el juego y volver a entrar ya que de no hacerlo nunca conecta con el servidor, esto ocaciona que no pueda elegir bien mis cartas durante el draft condicionando mis partidas

Product Suggestion
Arena Direct prize/i-Payout requirements are not clearly communicated
The current Arena Direct information regarding i-Payout is confusing and gives the impression that players need to create an i-Payout account before entering the event.
The Arena Direct information states that receiving prizes requires a Wizards account and an i-Payout account. As a player preparing to enter the event, I naturally interpreted this to mean that I should create and verify an i-Payout account before paying to enter the tournament.
However, the actual Arena Direct process appears to be that players cannot set up the Arena Direct i-Payout account in advance. If…

Maintenance scheduling
Could you reconsider scheduling maintenance windows outside midweek magic events? This week there's an 8 hour maintenance taking the whole evening (UTC+3). I won't be able to play my favorite format, historic pauper, this time at all. I'm sad :(

Draft bug
I was in a draft, i made my deck no problem and then i clicked on done and nothing happened, try to log off log on nothing i had to resign and lose my 5000 (hard earned) gold for nothing :( i want a refund

Third to last pick in a pack crashes draft
Since Reality Fracture officially released (didn't happen during Early Access), I have had at least 4 drafts crash on the third to last pick in a pack. Sometimes it's the first pack, sometimes the second, sometimes the third, but always the third to last pick. Arena then crashes, and I have to restart to get back into the draft, but those three picks are auto-picked, and I can't see until restart what was picked and have no knowledge of the cards that I could have picked. I have filed for reimbursement for one of these drafts, but it's really irritating,…

Pick 2 draft card missing
I did a pick 2 draft and drafted the mythic ‘Earth’s mightiest hero’s’ card. I’m building my deck and there are an odd number of cards drafted, so it got edited out somewhere.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild non-land wipe exemption
Ashaya, Soul of the Wild makes all of your non-token creatures into forest lands which should negate any destroy/exile target/any/all non-land permanents. I just played a game in an event and this mechanic did not work properly and all my creatures were wiped. Please correct this flaw.
