How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Played 2games had 3 losses

    Started a game, we were in turn 4 or 5, then it said reconnecting, and within a few secs I was in my draft main page with 0 losses. All cool.
    Then i lost 1 match i had a loss. All cool
    Then I lost my second match and my draft said 3 losses... Not cool...
    Please do something as this happened already several times in the past but I wasn't sure of this.

  3. Game crash while entering draft

    Every time I try to enter my draft (which I have l already paid for), my game crashes. It's not an issue connecting with the server because I can play other types of games access the store. This bug has happened to me in the past, but it fixed itself after relaunching arena a few times. This time it hasn't stopped. This has only happened for premier draft for me, not quick draft.

    To reproduce:
    Buy a draft
    Click "Enter Draft"
    Watch as your game becomes unresponsive

  4. Your matchmaking is ********.

    Matchmaking and shuffler in draft is trash. Mirror matches happen FAR TO FREQUENTLY for it to be random! Also, there is rampant hacking and draw fixing in draft, people are drawing perfect answers at a rate that is, again, far too consistent to be random.

  5. Not receiving mastery xp correctly

    2 issues. On arena.

    When I hit my daily rewards today (40 lands played) the reward was supposed to be 750 gold and 500 mastery XP.
    It popped up as 800 gold and 25 XP. But wasn't added either

    Picks as shown. 4 wins. 125 XP. Win a game. 25 XP.... Still 125 XP accumulated

    BUT my mastery XP has not increased in the last 2 days (1000+ XP) whether it's the daily or from wins

    So I'm behind at least 1 full mastery level

    Mastery is not progressing.

    Please check the two attached PNG files.

    Number of wins has increased from 4 to 5.
    But Exp is not increase. 950 to 950.

  7. game abruptly ended, recorded as loss

    ranked draft match, first "loading" screen appeared then ended abruptly, back to main screen. game recorded as loss. i did not concede.

  8. XP not being awarded after completing weekly wins on win 11

    XP fails to update after daily and weekly wins. I'm missing all XP accumulated from both following the update which I installed first thing this morning. (08/20/2024)

  9. Game disconnected mid game - Played another Game - Won said game - Got a loss (Wilds of Eldraine Quick Draft)

    So, I'm currently doing a couple of runs in premier draft of the wilds of Eldraine set. I think the game before my last game I got disconnected in the middle of the game and get returned back to the page where I can start a new game, I was like - okay then... no biggie I'll just play another game. I end up winning the match (I'm certain of that, I dealt lethal damage to my opponent). I come back to my quick draft page I see that I got 3 losses... (which should be impossible as I won…

  10. Burst Lightning

    I was just facing a player named Lackey in Standard Ranked. I had 20 life and was nowhere near close to decking out. I hit him for lethal with Burst Lightning, and the game bugged out and gave me a draw when it should have been a win.

  11. Matchmaking in DRAFT is really wonky

    The matchmaking in draft feels very very rigged. I played a dimir artifacts drain deck and fought against 4 mirror matches in a my draft. In the past, I would rarely go up against one or two dimir artifact drain decks over the course of two or three drafts...now suddenly I go up against 4 in one draft? That is super lame, super jank, and feels like it was done on purpose to prevent players from reaching 6 wins in draft. By putting people in mirror matches, you can dictate the draws to ensure one player wins or loses and…

  12. Draw Recorded Instead of Victory in Color Challenge

    For some reason the moment I reduced my opponent to -1 and won the game, the game ended and told me the result was a Draw, it wasn't. Hopefully this is a bug only in these low-stake matches and not something that renders the entire game unplayable.

  13. Game loss after game win

    Start a duskmourn premier draft on pc. Win three games, lose 2 games. Win 6th game. Results show win. Draft progress shows I am 4-3 and I can only claim my rewards even though I only have 2 losses. :(

  14. Crash anytime I try to enter draft waiting room

    Unable to enter waiting room for draft. Anytime I attempt to start a draft after (after the pay step), I get the spinning wheel on the "waiting for server" screen. At this point the screen freezes and the program arena. This occurs for any draft event. I do not have this problem for any other game type or arena feature, nor did this happen until after the most recent update.

  15. Won the game in Arena Direct, and PC client pops up with error post game and I have no additional win logged

    I played and earned my fifth win in the Duskmorne Arena Direct. Saw the opponent explode after a lengthy game, no disconnecting or anything. After the game, pop-up shows there was an error and my event progress indicates no win. This was on PC, and the game completed at about 12:30 AM -EST on January 27th. Game logs should show I won this game, on account b0uncer52#62819. I won the next game, so I'd have earned two boxes.

  16. Forced termination of a match

    On 3/14/2025, I was forced to quit during a Quick Draft game. I tried to rejoin the game as soon as possible, but could not resume.

    I'm on smartphone android, i have compleated a Jump-in event but in place of "Play" button i have "Home", also there is not the button to leave the event and chose other deck.

  18. "Play" and "Resign" buttons are not displayed in Jump In! event.

    When I accessed Jump-In! event, "Play" and "Resign" buttons are not displayed.
    Thus, it is not possible to play or resign from the Jump-In! event.

  19. iOS Game Crash Cost Me Game in Arena Direct

    Played match against opponent who was not making game actions before the game cut to black with no victory or loss screen and returned me to the event screen with no notice of a loss. After my following game, I came back to the results saying I lost twice despite only losing once. The game that cut out on me ended at 5:13 PM, the attached screenshot is the results screen after it kicked me out. This has happened previously on my iPhone 15 Plus, resulting in the “4 Losses” screenshot from a Foundations draft

  20. GreError

    Keep getting GreError when trying to join a match for Foundations Jumpstart event. Wasted 200 crystals for nothing.
