How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Disconnect / Crash During draft

    I was playing Foundations draft, mid game I got disconnected returning me to the Draft Page but it did not count as a loss. It happened again, crashing mid game, did not have the usual notice/choices of "Reconnect. Exit Game, Report", returned me to the draft page, and it counted as a loss... I'm not sure if it's a connection issue... I attached the log of the incident

  2. Loss of connectivity registered as a 'loss' during event

    Hi, I am user 'Mage you look #14859'

    Today I have taken part in an event 'Premier Draft Aetherdraft Alchemy'

    I lost connectivity during the third game I played and it was recorded as a loss. I haven't clicked 'claim' yet. Could you please delete the second loss so I can continue playing or credit me with a token so I can start again?

  3. Disconnected Mid-match

    1. Be in a match. Lose connection even momentarily
    2. iOS
    3. Get kicked out of the match. Sometimes restarting the client enables me to reconnect. Other times it does not.
    4. Not get kicked out in the first place or at the very least make it easy to reconnect.
    5. Not much to show. It brings me back to the match screen and only records it as a loss later.
    6. As mentioned, sometimes closing the game and reopening it allows me to reconnect.

    All in all, a very frustrating experience. Makes me not want to play the game at home.

    I fought a Mythic player while being a Silver Tier 4, how is this possible ?

  6. Worst Midweek Magic event in some time

    The "Into the Future" Midweek Magic event of 2025-03-04 was the worst that I've played in quite some time. Hated those Alchemy decks. Miserable play experience. Please, no more Alchemy. The only good thing was it had no cost.

  7. Achivements not being completed in Starter Deck Duel

    I played Starter Deck Duel. But achivements was not being completed about the below.

    • Ooh, Shiny! : When I use "Ancient Discovery" deck, I have controlled 12 Artifacts at the beginning of my end step. There is "Tinker's Tote", "Attentive Sunscribe", Gnome artifact creature tokens, Treasure tokens.

    • Touch of Death : When I use "Saddle Up" deck, I have damage to "Ankle Biter" an opponent controls by "Throw from the Saddle".

    • No Takebacks : When I use "Outlaw Posse" deck, I have taken opponent creature by "Laughing Jasper Flint" then sacrificed it by "Boneyard Desecrator".

  8. No xp given after completing daily mission

    Completed daily yesterday and was given no xp. Logged in today to see if the server needed to catch up and still didn't get in. Was playing on PC when this happened

  9. Booted from Quick Draft and given an immediate loss even though there was plenty of time to reload and rejoin the game

  10. waiting on server

    During draft I receive a waiting on server error during matches, which kicks me back to the main event screen and shows no losses until I exit the game, restart and go back into the event. This has been consistently happening over the past few weeks.

  11. Arena Open Day 2 Crash

    2-0 in Day #2 Draft #1. Client crashed every time I tried to connect to the game, tried 10x times. (See video)

    Eventually tried to connect on my wifes tablet, got stuck on waiting for opponent for 10+ minutes then received a loss

    I was playing draft, the game freezed and kicked me off the game saying that I’m unable to login..

  13. Suddenly Returned to Between Match Screen

    Five times this has happened. In mid-match the game will lag. I get the "Connecting to server" pop up. Then it fades to the between matches scene. It says i still have three matches remaining (Bo3). This also happened all the previous times, so I thought i still had three matches and the one I was just in didn't count towards my total. I played the next match, then it went to one match remaining. Several members of my Discord have experienced the same issue lately. At this point I cannot even get through a match.

  14. game crash

    Was playing in a quick draft event, went to late game, and used a max speed exhaust ability from my graveyard at the end of turn. Graphics removed the shiney border on the card and game complete hardfroze. Logeed out and back, and game I was in was nullified, even if I was winnng and deleted. Entered back with no record of the game and a loss on record.

    Hier (26 février 2025) , lors d'un draft rapide Aetherdrift, il y a eu un bug pendant une partie et une attribution de défaite m'a immédiatement été attribué alors que la partie était encore en cours.

  17. Extra loss in premiere draft

    I was playing on PC then switched to mobile and picked up an extra loss somewhere. I was 0-1 in my current premiere draft run, switched to mobile and won a game and it showed me 1-2 instead of 1-1. Any way to erase the second phantom loss?

  18. Jumpstart Foundations

    Jumpstart Foundations was launched on Arena while "missing" many cards. It was later discovered that the differences from paper were intentional. This was not clearly communicated at the beginning of the event. Ok, mistakes happen.
    Then over a week ago some people received compensation for this oversight, in the form of the missing cards. Ok, that's great. Obviously they're going to compensate everyone, right? It's just a slow rollout due to Thanksgiving.
    Now it's been over a week, the event is over, and support is unable to provide a clear answer as to whether the rest of us are going…

  19. I have not received Qualifier Token.

    I was playing Qualifier Weekend Day 2 in november. My record was 4-2. The reward was 2000 gems and Qualifier Token for the next month(dec). I got only 2k gems. How can I get Qualifier Token? Thank you.

  20. プレミアドラフトで強制敗北

    ※後で確認したら、敗北回数が1増えていました。
    切断後に、プレミアドラフトの画面から再参加できないというバグかもしれません。

    プレミアドラフトで対戦中に突然リロードが入って、数秒後に敗北した扱いになっていました。
    特にタイマーも余裕があったし、数秒の出来事なので時間切れでは絶対に無いはずです。
    ジェムの変換を求めます。よろしくお願いいたします。
