1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

game play switched from standard ranked to historic ranked
There is something wrong with the ranked system of the game. When I click ranked standard I am given a standard opponent for the first match. Then if you were to click the quick "play" button that is supposed to save the last type of game style you played IE if you were playing a brawl match then clicked on quick play it would start another brawl match with the same deck, well if you start with a standard match ranked then click the same play button again, you get a historic opponent your second match. Premier draft disappear
Around 20 minutes ago I joined Premier Draft Omenpath. After selecting cards and winning 2 games I don't see it anymore. There was no message, no rewards given. It simply disappeared from game so I lost my coins to enter it

Draft failure, Timeout
Tried to start an Across the Multiverse pick 2 draft, failed to find a draft table, and upon restarting client got a timeout error message. Would like my gems back please.

Endless queueing for Omenpaths/Final Fantasy events
On Mac, Ranked Pick-2 Omenpaths & Ranked Premier Final Fintasy Draft build queues but never ready up. In the queue building screen for the Final Fantasy event, the draft pod displays four spots only.

Disconnection from premier draft - asked to updated 11 gbs when reconnectting.
Disconnected from premier draft during picks - after closing and attempting to reconnect, Instead of just reconnecting, Game is forced to download 11gb update again.
All picks were then auto-selected, wasting 10000 gold

The Clutter Cluster Enweb Bug
I went to enwebb my clutter cluster twice in the same game and it wouldn’t allowed me to do it. Both times I should have had enough mana since I accepted to add a 1+1 counter on cheering crowd. Both times the mana was no given to me, but the counters were added. As you can see in the pictures included I had more than enough mana had the mana was given to me. It’s aggravating to have so many issues with arena and only during drafts.

let me play the game
I payed 20 dollars earlier today to play 4 vintage cube drafts, my gems are gone now. Next time I queue up for vintage cube I guess I'll jam an aggro deck so that I can coin flip whether or not I get to play again - yay. Always punished in the wallet for trying to have fun. This is one of many reasons why people don't play Magic.

Draft issue
I disliked the pick 2 format rewards of drafting Through the Omenspaths and decided to try the Traditional version since it clearly states pick 1 card at a time. It’s also pick-2 but mislabeled. I’d like my draft refunded. This was bad information.

Traditional Draft OM1 is pick 2 with 8 people
Traditional draft in the description says it’s “pick one card at a time” not a pick-2 draft, but it’s making you pick 2 when drafting.

Quick Draft Quest No Progression
I decided to spend some of my gold to do the Quick Draft Quest (the blue one) and started a WOE Quick Draft event. After playing 3 matches I went to check on my quest progression, since I didn't get the reward prompt, only to find out that it's still at 0/3. Immensely disappointed as I won't have enough gold this month to do another draft and get the Halloween pet, so I'd have to wait a whole other month to attempt to do this quest again.

Update 8 JULY 2025 not connecting with iOS
I receive a “lost connection” on an iPad. Saw message earlier about update needed, but still no update in Apple Store.

Premier draft
Purchased a premier draft for Edge of Eternities which has now disappeared. I entered the draft and picked cards up until about 3 cards from the end and then it disconnected, and now there's no draft available. Requesting refund, I spent 10,000 coins to enter.

Unable to check Color Challenge deck
Whenever I attempt to check the deck for a Color Challenge, I get stuck on a loading screen that says "Waiting for the Server...", which forces me to restart the game. This occurs on both my PC and my iPhone. I note that I have already completed all of the Color Challenges previously, I believe years ago. Matchmaking doesnt work
Matchmaking doesn't work after latest upodate. Even with Sparky bot.
Paltform: PC
Had this exact issue when matchmaking was at matchdoor-mtga-production-2025-49-20-3.w2.mtgarena.com.
It has been fixed at your side somehow after ~2 weeks
What I've tried then and now:
1. Restarted computer
2. Restarted router
3. Tried 2 different networks in 2 different locations
4. Tried turning off the firewall
5. Tried disabling the antivirus on the windows machine
6. Tried with and without VPN proxy
7. Tried flushing the DNS cache and perform a winsock reset using your guidetelnet matchdoor-mtga-production-2025-51-0-1.w2.mtgarena.com 30003

taste of power
Taste of Power Achievement not getting credited: I am trying to get the Taste of Power achievement. I bought an Oracle of the Alpha, the only source I know of for playing the Power Nine. In Historic Play que, I cast Oracle, found Timetwister, and cast it. The spell resolved, my opponent refilled his aggro deck hand, and finished stomping me. I thought at least I would have the achievement but no, progress still 0/1. What am I doing wrong? I believe I should have gotten the achievement. Win recorded as loss
I was playing OTJ draft with two losses and 0 wins. I won my next match but the app recorded both 1 loss and 1 win. Since that totaled 3 losses, I’m not able to continue.

I just completed a Midweek Magic event, but it didn't count towards the achievement.

BUG - game crashes when selecting deck in color challenge
Give us the steps to reproduce the bugnavigate to "Color Challenge" event
select blue challenge (with all 5 challenges complete)
click on the deck above the play button that says "aerial domination"
