How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Hobbit Welcome Deck Duels (PLEASE FIX)
Constant bug steps.
Inspect event decks, view any deck, hit back button, hit back arrow from deck list, get never ending waiting for server... message. Alt F4 and restart game is only fix.

Indovinelli nell'oscurità
Per l'evento dell'espansione Lo Hobbit in italiano, per l'ultimo step dove viene chiesto di creare un mazzo e, in italiano, rinominarlo "Indovinelli nell'Oscurità", farlo non ti fa ottenere niente. Devi rinominarlo in inglese "Riddles in the Dark". Solo allora si ottiene il premio.

Bug in powered cube draft
Powered cube draft cards not functioning properly. A couple of the flash cards I played would pop out but their abilities would not in any way function. Ex : flash Subtlety onto the field nothing happens 2x I did this once using the evoke cost. I should be seeing the opponent send his card to the top or bottomof his library. He had no cards preventing my ability from happening.

Sparky’s Challenge
Piattaforma: iPad
Problema: bloccato nella Sfida di Sparky, impossibile riscattare la ricompensa della 3ª vittoria, di conseguenza non riesco a sbloccare Classificata/Brawl
è un bug noto elencato nella loro “Known Issues List” (“Sparky’s Challenge is disabled before user can claim 3rd win reward”)

Draft pick two the Hobbit
It's becoming quite irritating for some time. The deal is that everytime i'm drafting a pick two suddenly it crashes mid -game and even with fast internet it keeps forever to relog and even after relogging i still get the 1/2 loss ... For 900 that sucks hard

I won 7 matches in Arena Direct, but I cannot claim the rewards.
1.I clicked “Receive Reward,” but Waiting for the Server That message just
keeps popping up, and nothing happens. PC, Android, I use both, but I mostly use Android. . I've won 7 matches, but since I haven't received my Direct rewards, I can't play the next Direct game either.1 vote -

Event participation ended after the update
I was participating in a Premier Draft, but after today's app update,
I was no longer enrolled in the event.

Rank Decay
Since the release of HOB, my last two matches in high mythic ladder (Pioneer BO3 queue) have had me lose rank with match wins. Yesterday I fell from #32 to #33 after my opponent conceded game 1 and then immediately resigned from the match as I presented lethal damage. Today I faced an opponent at 97% Mythic while I was at #33. I won game 1 and upon presenting lethal in G2, my opponent resigned from the match. This caused me to fall to rank #45.

Didn't recieve gems as reward
After completing a draft I only got the packs I never got the gems as a rweard. That is 1600 gems missing.
After final loss going 5-3 I didn't get the gems from a powered cube draft.

Midweek magic event not showing up
I do not have the Midweek magic event in my list of events, I have checked on iOS, Android and Windows platforms. I do midweek magic every week, so this is causing me to miss out on two rares and a cosmetic reward.

Add additional rounds and prizes to MTG Brawl Event
Thank you so much for adding the Modified Ranked Brawl event to Arena! I have been wanting a Brawl event for a while now and I was so happy to see that one was added. Right now, the Brawl event allows you to play until you have one win and when you win, you earn 1000 XP. This is a good start but I feel it would be awesome if you created other Brawl events where you could play several rounds to earn packs and other prices. Since there are prizes involved, you could require a small cost of gems…

arena disconnect
Yet another frustrating experience with Magic Arena. I was making a pick in a hobbit Premium Draft when the Arena server simply disconnected me during the third pack, messing up my picks and ruining my playing experience. I closed and relaunched the game, but when I opened the menu, it looked like what you see in the second image. Note: I was playing while on Discord, as I usually do, and my connection never dropped or lagged.

Network error could not claim prize for Midweek Magic week of 09/08
Won 3 matches in this week's Midweek Magic. Was able to claim the first two prizes, but on winning the third match, when I attempted to claim the prize I received a "network error - cannot claim prize." After I clicked OK, I went back to the event and it did not have the option to claim a prize but did show all wins. Logfile attached.

Received no card from draft pack

In this Hobbit Premier Draft, no card was added to my deck from Pack 3 Pick 9.
Visually, I saw the available cards flash briefly on screen before disappearing and being replaced by Pack 3 Pick 10, which functioned nominally. The options were also captured by the 17lands app, running concurrently on my machine, and are shown in the jpeg.

Hobbit starter deck duels stuck on Waiting for Opponent.
Waiting for opponent endlessly. Cancelling and retrying does not work, nor does shutting the game down, nor does verifying game files.

Edit: another opponent played Badgermole cub in Standard event. I'll like my 2500 gold back please :)
