How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Season Pass no XP gain

    Hi Support,

    I've played and won a few games today on Android and completed some quests but I didn't gain any Mastery XP.

  2. Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received on PC

    I've seen this happening intermittently for the last week or so and I thought I had basically prevented this issue from happening again by playing for my daily rewards on my PC instead of mobile, but nope, I was playing on PC just now and I got my daily gold and XP but I did not get the Mastery Pass reward of 400 gems for leveling up to 36.

    This is now at least 2,000 Gold, 2x Mythics, several boosters, a bunch of XP, and I'm sure other stuff I'm forgetting that I haven't received since I bought the Mastery…

  4. EXP doesn't get added from wins or daily quests

    I did a quest and two or three wins that I didn't get EXP for. However I did get EXP for my first 5 or 6 wins.

  6. STORE BUG - Can't enter the store

    1. Clicking on Store Button at the top menu

    2. PC MTGA Client

    3. "Waiting for the server", infinite loading

    4. Expecting entering the store, but it's just loading

    Bought 5 cards in "Daily Deals but not got them, Costs me 5x 200 gems = 1000 gms.

  10. Failed purchase

    Bought a Goblin warrior card of some sort today for 2k gold. Game took that gold but did not give me the card I purchased.

  11. Mazemind Tome - Retro Frame missing after store redemption

    After spending 1500 gold on the a retro frame Mazemind Tome during todays daily deal (5th Sept'24) it does not show up in my collection.
    Of note, after redemption, the card popup showed the parallax frame rather than the retro one but that is also not available in my collection.
    The result is I'm out 1500 gold with nothing to show for it. :(

  12. Bug in Golden Pack progress

    Bought a pack from the Store that was part of Standard (MKM). Did not get Golden Pack progress. Looks like a bug (given the recent change).

  13. No XP given towards mastery pass after the update.

    Playing on IOS. Not entirely sure how to get a log out of my app.

    I won at least 5 games that should have counted towards my weekly wins. I received a notification screen that I had earned gold and XP after each win. Gold was added to my account, but XP was not.

    I wasn't paying close attention to when the issue first arose so I'm not sure how many games worth of XP I lost out on.

  15. Deck Content Display in store

    2 updates ago, the display of deck content changed:
    Before the above section listed the cards missing in collection, now it lists the whole deck content.

    This is actually quite a downgrade.
    While having the deck content somewhere is valuable, there is button on page for that.

    In that page, I WANT to see what I am actually buying for displayed (discounted) price.

    Please restore previous behavior (or put an option in settings)

  16. Champion Deck Not discounting for cards I already own

    If I go to buy the preconstructed Champion Decks from the store, it's showing that it will be charging me for copies of Blooming Marsh (the Kaladesh version). I own 4 copies of Blooming Marsh from OTJ. It would be a bit less weird if it was wanting to charge me because I didn't own the current standard printing of the card, but either way, it shouldn't be charging me for a card I already own 4 copies of.     i bought the alt art for Giada, Font of Hope and it wont let me use it, or craft it. the Alt art is bright like i own it but i cant use it.

  18. Daily Deals tried to sell me a cosmetic I already own

    This needs to be addressed ASAP as it probably constitutes fraud. Today a cosmetic for "Murder" showed up in the store. Its a common card, so I looked up which cosmetics I already had. In my collection, it shows that I have 8 different versions of this INCLUDING the one it listed as on sale in the store. Usually the store will display "already purchased" but now WOTC is trying to sell me the same thing twice. Thank goodness I didn't fall for the scam.

  20. Mastery pass rewards not received

    Today I have not received my mastery rewards for tiers 38 and 39. I refuse to go any farther because i havent received any of my purchased incentives and one of them is the characters in the game. Please fix so this doesnt look like a scam.
