How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Seven packs disappeared as I tried to open them
I just completed a 7-0 Hobbit Premier Draft and proceeded to collect my reward. As i tried to open the 6 packs I won (plus 1 I got through Mastery Pass progression) by clicking on "Open All", I got a "Waiting for the Server" message, then I got a black bar in the middle of the screen, like the ones for communicating errors, only I didn't have any error messages displayed, just a black bar with an "Ok" button to click. Store pack buying bug
I had 2 issues when attempting to buy packs from the store with credits. First 3 of the 10 pack bundles I purchased did not award me with the mythic bonus pack. Second I was inly trying to buy 1 of the modern horizons 3 pack bundles but after attempting the transaction and hitting claim nothing showed up in my inventory nor did my credits reduce, so I tried again, and again nothing showed up, then upon restarting my game it had taken the credits for both attempts. Bought card from store, not showing up in my inventory
This morning, I went to the store and purchased a card named Valkyrie’s call, which was on discount. I purchased it for gold, around 1,800 gold. When I purchased the card, it disappeared from the store but I cannot find the card and it’s not showing up in my inventory. I performed an advanced search and it is not showing up. Would like to have the card :). Help!!

Wrong Vraska style acquired via Orbs
As already explained here:

Instead, I received the Vraska, the Cutting Glare Card Style (which I never bought).

Mastery Orb Random Uncommon Alt. Art Not Showing Up After Purchase
I purchased the random uncommon with a mastery orb and ended up getting Traxos, Scourge Eternal alt. art. When I went to my collection to check it out it is not there. I tried restarting MTGA and checked again, still not there.

Some of the new RF voicelines are silent
"Consider all the outcomes..." from Jace, "Oh, I liked tht game" by Liliana, "Are you gonna go?" by Garruk. The voicelines are silent in the store menu, and Jace's one is also silent in the customisation menu(since it is the only one I've purchased)

All of the voicelines should have an audible version, but those to do not, in fact.

Vraska’s Avatar missing from the store and Mastery Pass orb lineup
It would’ve been nice to have a Vraska avatar available to purchase with this set. Her and her alter have more importance to the story than some of the other available characters. I’m confused as to why she isn’t available.

duplicate cards in pack
Opened a pack purchased from the store and received two copies of the same card. Expected each card to be unique within the pack. See attached screenshot.

Reality fracture prerelease packs for MTGA not delivered
I see that everyone who went to prerelease got prerelease packs in MTGA. I did not receive anything and have linked my same email I entered the prerelease with for MTGA. How do I get this fixed?

Daily Deals misinformation.
It's 2026, July 23. Daily deals, single card offer; Liliana, Dreadhorde General is showing "Collected:0" when I have 4 collected.
I have the tempting option to buy this card for the one-time, bargain price of 800 gems or 5280 gold, over 4-5x the price of a booster, and NOT add it to my collection.
If someone actually clicks this, believing they 0 as displayed, forgetting that they have a set of 4 already, they have no way of proving that fact after the purchase, and they themselves can't be sure how much they really had before buying, as they'll still…2 votes -

The dropdown menu for selecting a different pack set falls behind the option to purchase a pack.

Bought the Daily Deal Lands but only two of them are working
I bought all five of them, Plains, Island, Swamp, Forest and Mountain., only Plains and Island are showing the new cosmetic, the other three just shows me random normal bordered basic lands as "new".
