How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Maintenance notice in app
It would be immensely helpful to all players if there was some indication that the servers are undergoing maintenance whenever players fail to login/authenticate during server maintenance.
It causes confusion for myself, the many people that post on various forums, and those that ONLY post on forums when they're experiencing this issue. It makes the game seem like it's broken when you are attempting to login and are just getting a generic message back that makes it seem like there is just a problem happening and not a controlled situation (i.e. scheduled maintenance/patch deployment).

I cast Dragon's Fire and the game stopped presenting me things to do
The game appeared to freeze without prompting me to choose whether to reveal a dragon (the additional cost to play Dragon's Fire, optional). Log attached.

I am not getting the reward for purchasing forgotten realm mastery.
I purchased Mastery of the Forgotten Realms on PC at level 80 for 3,400 gems and tried to receive the rewards for the purchase all at once, but some of the reward acquisition staging does not play and it appears that I am missing out on some rewards.
Specifically, the "versus draft entry ticket" and "10 mythic rare cards".
It was a quick thing and I forgot to get the log, but I can confirm that 10 mythic rares have not been added to my card collection.

The process of reporting a bug should be a process of reporting a bug and uploading log files to help diagnose the issue
The process of reporting a bug must be separate from product suggestions.
This allows the user to confirm that the bug itself has been correctly resolved.
On an aside note I do like the voting system for product suggestions - though I think better categorisation would help you user based to vote for product suggestions.

Balancing Cards Digitally
In today's B&R announcement (great decisions all around!) it was mentioned that in the future, cards that exist in paper but are banned on Arena will likely experience digital balances to make them playable. I believe this is a terrible idea - this game is complicated enough, and as long as a card is legal in any official format, it should not have its text changed to avoid further confusion and unpleasant moments in game.
As an alternative, please make cards that are digital only, heavily reference the original design, but have a different name (e.g. Oko, Crown Robber). This…

Friend tab is not working on iOS
Ever since the update making the friend tab reappear it is just not working on iOS (phone & tablet).
Friends are not appearing in the tab, it is not possible to set status to offline or busy, message cannot be received or displayed.Despite not visible it was still possible to challenge friends and the actions were working fine before the update.
The issue does not seems to occur on PC as the friends are properly displayed and message can be sent.8 votes -
Higher Resolution Card Images for iPad + Native Refresh Rate
Hello. These are two suggestions/requests to improve graphics and playability for iPad:
1) The ability to toggle higher resolution card images. The current card artwork for iPad looks very blurry and muddy. It might be fine for iPhones, but iPad screens are much larger.
2) The ability to toggle native refresh rate for higher FPS. I'm running the game on iPad Pro and it's still very clunky and jittery compared to other games.
I hope you address these issues. MTG Arena is a fun game on PC, but on iPad it doesn't look as good or run as well. Thanks…

Jumpstart Horizons deck lacking ways to trigger delirium
After playing a couple games I looked at my deck list and noticed that I only have 4 card types in my entire deck and only one artifact (no sorcerys or enchantments). Half of the decks theme was suppose to be delirium. This means that in order for half of this deck to do anything productive and fun I have to just get lucky and draw my one copy of Chromatic sphere. I payed for this and didn't expect an over site in something as simple as putting easy delirium enablers in the deck.

Allow Events Playblade Customization
I like the new playblade, however I noticed that there are some events at the very top that I will never play (ie, Color Challenge and Jump In).
I would like to be able to click and hold the image for that event, and drag it to the bottom of the list. The events that I do want to play (ie, draft and traditional events) I would like to drag up to the top.Thank you!

failed to receive rewards as month ends
I open the game and I was assigned some rewards for the end of the month, but the rewards were not actually added to my gold count.

Bug
The Challenge mode to play friends doesn't work, I am trying to play with my new historic deck and I continue to encounter an "unable to submit deck" error. Also getting Network error messages. Also, can we ban all these horrible cards like the 0 mana red counterspell combo, or the new white creature that keeps coming back forever. not very fun.

Tiger Tribe Hunter ability not working properly
Tiger Tribe Hunter not working with tokens. Also it doesn't count boosted power, as with +1 ability of Zariel, Archduke of Avernus. It made me lose a game in a draft.

Lurking leeches should change zones when it is a creature
Curse of leeches should change zones when it is a creature. Paper magic has a rule about creatures not being hidden. . . Like the forest dryad.
