1. Losing a rank point after winning

   After the rank season reset I was put in gold so I just hit gold 3 and after I won a game it showed me losing a rank point. Is this another display issue or did I actually go down in rank from a win?

2. Update too large

   The process of updating MTG arena is my numbingly slow. And boring. I wanted to play last night and had to download a 1.4 GB update, it took up all the playtime I had allocated just download the update. I wish there was something I could do on my account while I waited for that update. Even if I was unable to play a match, I would’ve liked to have explored my collection or open packs or chatted with online arena friends. I could do none of that, and I would hope that the software was robust enough to allow me to even while downloading an update. You could also make incremental updates, Even if these are updates towards a different type of play ability, just update in peace by piece until it’s all there would be great. I logged back in this morning to play since I had the itch, And now I’m writing this because I’m waiting for an 800+ megabyte update as well. That’s 2.2 GB of update before I get to play. That’s pretty crazy.
   At the VErY Very least, scroll through card images on the update screen so we can look at something cool , rather than just a MB display

   I think it would be helpful if prior to redeeming a wildcard a pop-up could be provided to the user and let them know of a card's legality prior to confirming the redemption.

4. Please add Planechase and Two-headed Giant.

   Me and my friends are all huge fans of Planechase, and to a lesser extent Two-headed Giant. I had never heard of Planechase until duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 but it quickly became my favorite game mode. So much so that I bought the Planechase anthology. I took it to my local game shop and now everyone there who had never heard of it before are addicted to it.

   For anyone who does not know what Planechase is, it is a gamemode where there is a extra deck of cards in the middle of the board. At the start of the match the top card is flipped face up. These cards are cards representing the different planes in the mtg lore. Each of these cards have special effects that effect all players (for better or worse), and these effects stay in play until the current plane leaves the board. During each players turn, that player may roll a special 6 sided dice that only has 2 symbols on it. Where the 1 would be is the Chaos symbol and where the 6 would be is the planeswalk symbol. A player can roll the dice as many times as he wants with the first roll being free and each subsequent roll costing 1 more mana than the last roll. If the dice lands with the chaos side up then the special bonus effect of that planes card goes into effect (this is usually a really beneficial effect). However if the planeswalk side lands face up then the current plane is discarded and a new one is revealed from the top of the deck and it's effects go into play replacing the previous planes effects. There are also special event cards called phenomenon that when revealed have a specific one time effect, then are discarded and a new planes card is flipped from the deck. It's a lot of fun and ensures that no two matches are ever the same, even if you and your open keep using the same decks over and over.

   As for Two-Headed Giant, it's just magic but with teams. 2v2. Where teammates share a single life pool of 30.

5. Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite

   I installed MTGArena Mobile on my Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite through apk install and it works really well. Frame rate is very good, no disconnects and no crashes at all.
   My phone has a Snapdragon 730G and 6GB of RAM. It's screen resolution is 2340 x 1080. Android version is 11.

   You may consider to enable this phone or hardware combination for your official download.

   As I said performance is very good. Indeed much butter than on my Honor 9 which is officially supported by you.

6. Swipe Search Library

   Currently, the interface of a search your library trigger features a slider below the cards to look through the library. This is really awkward to use on a touchscreen-based platform and I would like to suggest using a swipe action to search through the library.

7. Some Feedback on My Way Out

   I want to start off by saying that I am deleting MTGA off of both my mobile phone and my computer. I am a strict limited player and there becomes a point-in-time where the game moves from being a fun way to burn time to something that is an active waste of time.

   I however, don't want to leave without offering my feedback because at the end of the day I think that MTG is a great game and there is something here for limited players when it comes to Arena but in its current form it is just not it for me and with certain changes I could easily come back to the client again.

   1: The Bo1 Format Has Got to Be Overhauled

   Getting kicked out after 3 losses is some of the worse feel bads I have ever had in a game and this is coming from someone who is a sub-par League of Legends Player. I would rather get flamed in LoL chat then jump in another Bo1 Que. Being on the draw in Bo1 feels like a death sentence. The format needs to either weight Draw vs. Play losses differently or weight rewards based on overall record after X amount of rounds. Personally I would prefer the later because I want to play at least 7 games to see if my deck was built incorrectly or if it was just variance.

   2: Change the Reward System to Favor the Player

   Look. I get it. As a company you have bills to pay. However, the reward system is unbelievably disheartening. Having to go 3-0 in Bo3 to Draft or 6 wins to break even is so rough that you are left with a feeling of relief that you made it to breaking even and not a sense of accomplishment.

   3: Let us dust cards for limited entries

   I don't like playing constructed formats. I find them boring. One of the appeals of draft is even if I don't perform well in paper I can trade in my deck for a portion of the draft at my LGS if I get some lucky pulls. In arena that isn't the case. Combine the abysmal experiences mentioned above I am paying for something that I can't get any equity back in. Arena is already expensive as is so adding to the cost is not doing anything to help things.

   Anyway, as I bid my farewell to arena i hope that someone reads this and shares in my pain.

8. You've ruined the game i love

   This game used to be about friends and cheap fun. You've gotten way too big, you've lost direction entirely with the game, and as inevitably happens with every huge corporation, you've lost sight of what got you here. Your inability to continue to deliver the game I started playing 17 years ago will be what ruins you and costs your company tons of money, that is until your realize you've left your player base behind, similar to world of warcraft. Keep printing bigger and better cards for 2x 3x the cost, honestly it excites me, because the quicker you lose players the faster we get back to the game I love. We see it already, you're upping the prices partially as a money grab, yes, but mostly because of a fading base. Maddening cacophony, what the actual *? As if eldrazi didn't get bad enough now we have to deal with this *? It's similar to storm imo, major mistake for the game, it's not interactive in any way, it's not unbeatable don't get me wrong. But who honestly wants to sit on the other side of the table ever again against someone who you've encouraged to play this way? These sets make it so I'm playing a game and you're playing your own separate game, neither of us interacting with each other or the board in any way, we don't need to, if we want we can gain 15 life and win the game, one of many side win cons, having nothing to do with anything relevant and has only been printed to make people with lots of money and no brain have a chance to win, not even looking at what the opponent is doing. Idk what you're doing but keep doing it, can't wait to get my game back.

11. Permanent Cheaper option to Play Arena without adding cards to your collection.

    I really enjoy playing Arena type modes in CCG like MTG or Hearthstone. It's really the only mode I enjoy. I could care less about building a collection or playing ranked or etc. I only do daily quests in an attempt to get coins to play Arena more. I don't know if there are other players like me, that just enjoy playing Arena for the sake of playing Arena, but this would be a nice feature. I would even pay a small monthly subscription service to play a Cube draft like this for the current set. I can enjoy the new set, but not feel guilty about buying an entrance fee to win cards I will never use.

    Either always or as a dedicated queue the ability to alternate on the play / draw as long as you don't change cards expect possibly for with the sideboard.

14. More information, statistics, match history

    It would be really great if I could display constructed match history (maybe even replay matches), see win rates of my decks, browse through draft deck history, some progress graphs etc. I would like to see all that directly in arena so I don't have to use some companion software or whatever. Also I am quite annoyed to check my Vault progress in Logs, it would be great to see the progress bar in Arena directly

    I really like the idea of a Foretold deck but I don’t want to be restricted to having to use swamps to achieve it. Could Dream Devourer be changed to a colorless creature or make an artifact with the same ability so I can choose any color combo to foretell? Awesome game btw!     your quests reload every 24 hrs
    no
    i finished one over 24 hours ago and one 10hrs or less and one a couple hours ago.
    they do not load new quests every 24 hours, yet your pregame screen says it does, this has been bothering me for a long time and i thought it would be fixed yet now i felel i needed to say something.

    change your preload screen text or change the way they load so we dont get one new quest (out of three avail) but it could have a count down and reload per slot

17. Real Life Card Integration

    One of my main frustrations is that I feel torn between playing MTG in real life and playing online via MTG Arena. I was wondering if you have considered devising a system by which players could 'scan and upload' cards they own in real life into the game. I realize that there is a profit motive, as MTG as a whole is a business. However, it gets pretty expensive to buy cards to play competitively in real life and then have to spend double that money to have a similar experience online playing MTG Arena. I think it would be really cool if my MTG Arena collection mirrored my real life collection. Obviously, I'm not advocating for removing any of the in-game purchases that already exists. I'm just suggesting that an augmentation that allows some integration between real-life cards and in-game cards would be cool.

    I know there is already a small concept of this in that when I buy a pre-release pack, I get a code to use in MTG Arena for the same number of packs in-game. However, if I spend a bunch of money on singles in real life (which I do in order to build competitive standard decks), it's frustrating to then have to spend an additional sum just to mirror those decks in the MTG Arena game.

20. Match history

    Hi,

    I've been playing for a while, and I'm quite new at MGT both the game and Arena, although I used to play many years ago. It has changed a lot.

    I really think having a match history of played games would be a great tool to learn and understand the game. Many times after losing or winning a game there are interactions which I didn't understand at all. Having the opportunity to rewatch the match would be beneficial for understanding key mechanics and knowledge of the game.

    There's no way for me to rewatch those games or even just watch one I really enjoyed playing, so I'm left without knowing what happened in some cases, which brings me to not learning those things.
