How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Ban Hearthfire hero

    You already made a big mistake when printing this unbalanced mess of a card. A card that constantly gets bigger and then does damage equal to its power while only costing one.

    The only thing you can do now to rectify this mistake is to ban it along with a good portion of the cards in the current standard sets. It's called quality control. You should learn what that means as you seem to have forgotten since at least Zendikar.

  2. Ban Mirrex and all morph lands

    Extremely unbalanced. Has always been so. Especially with the 1/1 with a poison counter on demand.

    Dozens of cards in these current sets that need bans. Yet Wizards of the Coast, showing for the last decade that they are entirely unconcerned with the quality of their game keep printing them.

  3. Reenact the Crime needs to be banned from standard and alchemy. Changes in the card design process and philosophy need a large reform.

    Just had it used against me to see how gamebreaking it is when it is played. Can be used on the end step of the opponents turn which is really not fun to play against as the opponent can just get something like Ertai and then get two big creatures or gamewinning cards for almost free on the board as early as turn four or five.

    This is what cards that should never have been printed look like. Now you need to fix it to make sure standard is balanced and actually fun to play by banning more cards.

  4. Specific card keeps crashing game

    Koma, Cosmos Serpent keeps crashing game. I have galaxy S9, I can't screen record because when it crashes it stops that app too.

  6. Guardian of the Great Door should not be counted as two drop in starting hand

    Guardian of the Great Door was in my starting hand and three subsequent mulligans in my last match, presumably because the game thinks its low mana cost of 2 makes it a good card to have in your opening hand.

    But since it has an additional casting cost of tapping 4 permanents, it is highly unlikely to actually be of use in your starting hand.

    I think this card should be counted as at least 6 mana cost for the starting hand generator, because otherwise it skews your opening hand.

  7. Show cards from new sets on arena before the release

    Once all the cards from a new set are announced, they should be able to view in the arena client before release. It would make theory crafting much better and reading the cards with the in-game filters would be better than reading them on the websites that are available

  8. Several historic cards are using the wrong wildcard type and are classified as the wrong rarity

    For example Inquisition of Kozilek, an uncommon card from Rise of the Eldrazi, requires rare wildcards instead of uncommon. This needs to be fixed.

    Thoughtseize, a rare from Lorwynn, is requiring mythic wildcards instead of rare.

    Doom blade, a common across multiple core sets is requiring rare wildcards.

    Sign in Blood, a common from multiple core sets requires rare wildcards.

    Cards should be assigned the rarity they were when they were first released. Not arbitrarily changed. This needs to be fixed so that the rarity of ALL cards matches what they should be as they were printed.

  9. Shuffler Bug

    IDK what's wrong with your shuffler, but in this one game the opening hand has the ONLY two Portal to Phyrexia in the Deck. I am constantly drawing them either both in my opening hand (as shown here) or somewhere within the first 10-15 cards back-to-back every time. The amount of times it happens is a complete statistical abhorrence

    So, I mulled down and boy does your shuffler like to mainly double up on the same cards and not provide any sort of actual curve.

    Please fix, it's getting out of hand.

  10. Fix graveyard play and go back to the color pie.

    Mill is supposed to be a condition by which one player wins.
    The graveyard should not act as a second hand nor should it be something incentivized to be play around.

  11. All flashback cards need to be banned from standard and alchemy

    Flashback was an Innistrad ability. Now that Innistrad has been out of the block for 13 years, there should be no flashback.

  12. All the bloomburrow "talent" cards need to be banned from standard and alchemy

    They all do too much for too little mana. They never should have been printed in the first place but I see the excess of DEI hires at Wizards of the Coast has really dragged down its design quality.

    Only thing to do at this point is to start banning these cards.

  14. color challange

    The color challenge does not allow you to edit your deck

    however it pins you against other decks that are multi color or way better build.

    color challenge should only allow you to play against other color challengers or it becomes nearly impossible to win against modern decks.

  15. The End not giving the right number of "draw Cards" to the victim

    I have had opponents cast The End on me. It exiles a card, searches for copies of the card in my hand and deck, and then it's supposed to allow the victim to draw cards equal to the number of cards exiled that way.

    I have had it exile 2 cards, and give me no card draws. I have had it exile 3 cards, and give me 1 single card draw.

  16. Fireglass Mentor needs to be banned from standard and alchemy

    Gamebreaking given how easy it is to get its ability to trigger. It's an ability that certainly does not belong on a two mana cost creature.

  17. Case of the Locked Hothouse needs to be banned from standard and alchemy.

    Too powerful of a card. Turn five it's possible to get it off. Not only that, being able to play cards from the top of your library is absurd and breaks the game.

    That's right. It's another game breaking card that needs to be banned. Many such cases in the last three blocks.

  18. Gnawing Vermin Death Trigger Targets on Mobile

    I had two Gnawing Vermin on the field. I used both of them to chump block. I wanted to use both of their triggers on the same slickshot showoff, but they were stacked together, and there was no arc to designate which was being targeted by the first trigger.

  19. Inti, Seneschal of the Sun needs to be banned from standard and alchemy

    It's abilities are too strong. Drawing a card and getting a +1/+1 counter because of it. And then it also has a card that self-combos and also essential punishes anyone making them discard cards.

    A large number of the cards in the most recent three blocks are game breaking. You need to get to work and start banning them.

  20. Draft Bugs and Cannot reinstall

    Draft was extremely buggy with the following bugs:

    Can't hold a card to zoom in side card list view
    Sideboard cards overlapping main deck in side view
    Can't scroll through drafted card list in side view
    Draft timer would suddenly end with 10 or so seconds left, auto-picking a card for me.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now it's saying it cannot finish updating, so I can't even play the game.

    I'm playing on Android Mobile.
