How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. add the ability to add opponents to a "no play again" list

    While it is possible to place those annoying opponents that spam "Your go" and "opps" ignore, the opponents that really bother me, are the ones that, once they start losing, start running the timer down, every turn, while doing nothing. They haven't gone afk or developed a bad connection, because they always get an action in just before the timer kicks them. I would love the ability to put these immature time=wasters on a "do not play with" list. That would go a long way towards making this random opponent game play more palatable.

  4. Stop using planeswalkers as commanders in brawl

    please, if you are going to enable ranked brawl, just don't allow planeswalkers as commanders.

    In a 1v1 format having access to so many habilites as soon as it comes down it's unfair. there's removal for planeswalkers but it's not that common.
    it's not like creatures with summoning sickness, if they caught you with no creatures on the table that means that the planeswalker get's free rein, and whatever creature you can put on the table to try and lower the points is going to either get blocked, destroyed or disabled. i'm not even talking about commanders like ugin that…

  5. Brawl mode without Perpetual and Conjure

    Can we get a brawl mode that doesn't include cards that are arena only printed? Playing against decks that just abuse perpetual and conjuring mechanics when I never use them it tough. It's purely out of choice just because I prefer paper magic and play arena when I can't, but getting my commander perpetually altered for the rest of the game kind of defeats the purpose of him being my commander, no? And conjuring cards are basically just free tutors and "a deck can have any number of" over and over again in a cheesy manner. I'd just prefer to…

  6. Claim Rewards - Show what rewards were for

    After a match where awards are given (such as daily achievement awards), it'd be nice to know what the reward is from- this text should be displayed with the "Claim" screen.

    Example: I have 2 daily achievements, one for playing creatures and one for playing a number of colored cards. After completing a match of Jump In, I'm presented with a Claim screen for 500 coins. But which achievement did I complete? I have no idea. I have to leave the Jump In page, go back to Home to view achievements, then go back to Jump In to continue playing.

    ranked brawl is impossible to play at my standard rank. I dont have 99 mythics and rares like everyone else seems to have. Honestly a terrible idea making them a combined rank.

  8. time out while opponent adds counters

    1- reproduce the bug by having your opponent have the horn of gondor, 2 roaming thrones, mondrak glory dominus, 2 soul wardens, and heliod sun crowned to apply the counters, activate the horn to produce a large amount of human soldier tokens, 3rd round in a row, start applying +1/1 counters.

    2 - this was on PC

    3- i should be able to wait him out as its not my turn to be active, and my opponent should have a faster and more efficient way of distributing that many counters.

    4 - faster games, less time outs for no reason

  10. Bug

    Erma part time mutant had a bug happen when I had her turn into Michelangelo weirdness to eleven
    Her ability txt as the copy turned faded and no longer worked during the next combat or even when giving plus ones. The opponent played no cards that stopped my card

  11. Sigarda's Aid and Colossus Hammer Bug

    I was playing competitive brawl and I used sigarda's aid and casted two equipment spells, the first one, sword of war and peace worked just fine, however the second equipment, colossus hammer did not give me the option to equip to my creature.

  12. Baron Helmut Zemo does not track graveyard devotion

    Baron Helmut Zemo requires 15 black mana symbols in your graveyard to activate his ability, however he does not have a numerical tracker or indicator. Collect evidence cards have a counter, Ketramose the new Dawn has a counter, as does Devotion, and Delirium. Please add a number tracker on him that displays the total number of black mana symbols in your graveyard!

  13. Fix your game

    Magic: The Gathering Arena’s shuffler is the digital equivalent of a spiteful toddler being handed a 60-card deck and told to "make it hurt." What used to be the gold standard of strategic card gaming has been reduced to a rigged slot machine that fundamentally refuses to simulate reality. The sheer statistical impossibility of the "Arena experience" is breathtaking.

  14. "Mana Sculpt" not working

    I did not get Mana by the countered spell. I used Mana Sculpt to counter a spell. But i did not get the mana of the countered spell in my next turn.

  15. Game Length to "count" as a game in Timeless

    Games in the Timeless format are frequently over in 3-4 turns, sometimes in 2. I have won some games (and lost others) and they are not being counted towards the "number of games played" related achievements. As a result, I will stop playing Timeless until this bug is fixed, because I get no "credit" for paying them. Please fix this.

  16. Ronin

    My opponent has a Ronin, Shadow Stalker equipped with Stolen Stark Tech. I use Evil's Thrall on Ronin to gain control of Ronin for the turn. Once the spell has resolved, I gain control of Ronin and it gains haste. The bug is that Ronin's second ability is not able to be used, although I should be able to sacrifice the attached Stolen Stark Tech to give a creature -4/-4.

  17. New algorithm

    All algorithms need to be redone. Matchmaking algorithm needs to stop setting players up against direct counters to their deck, and the land/card draw algorithm needs to be adjusted. Every single game I play i almost never get more than 2 lands without at least 2 mulligans (i average 40 lands in a 100 card commander deck plus mana rocks) this should NOT happen as often as it does, and after that it is either a direct counter to my deck, I get absolutely nothing but lands all game, or I can’t get a single land to literally save my…

  19. Oversold Cemetery Bug - Checks Too Early

    Oversold Cemetery is supposed to check if you have 4 creatures at the 'beginning of your upkeep'. It either needs to be fixed or errata'd specifically for Arena. If you have 3 creatures in your graveyard at the end of the opponent's turn, and there's a Mesmeric Orb in play, your untapping of land might add more creatures to your graveyard before 'the beginning of your upkeep'. Let's say 5 creatures flipped into your graveyard at the beginning of your turn during your UNTAP step. Oversold Cemetery will still think you only have 3 creatures in your graveyard instead of…
