How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Duskmourn release crashing Arena

    This enormous 9 GB update is crashing my computer. I had to restart it 3 times, and by the end, the whole program was glitching out. Uninstalling and redownloading Arena didn't help. Do you people not test these releases with an average computer?

  3. Mutate bug

    I tried to mutate onto my own creature, and an opponent cast invert polarity, and they got heads. But instead of them choosing the order in which the got mutated on-top of they stole my creature and the effects.

    I have been working on my Instagram account and posting regularly but my followers are not growing. I have heard that buying Instagram followers can attract more attention to my profile. Can anyone recommend a reliable service to help me get real, organic followers?

    Not receiving XP from daily win or weekly win rewards. Log file not downloading also. IOS on iPad.

  7. Penalties for Scooping

    You should penalize the people that quit early in matches somehow. The "scooping" culture on Magic Arena is toxic and really leaves a bad taste in players mouths. I've heard from several players that Magic arena has become an unenjoyable experience because you can never finish a game without someone quitting early for no reason. A lot of times what happens is they see the type of deck and immediately quits.

  8. Crash while downloading update on Android

    The menu loads as normal, until it asks if you would like to download an update. When you click download, the game closes, though the window remains open. It does not update while closed, and reinstalling the app did not fix the issue. This started happening after downloading an update from the playstore today.

  9. Count all versions of cards for store deck discounts

    The decks on sale in the store are great. The big problem is choosing the oldest or arbitrary printing of rares, like Kaladesh fast lands instead of OTJ ones, then not applying discounts because the buyer lacks that version. I was ready to buy three decks today, but instead will buy none, solely because I don’t want to waste currency on cards I already own.

    Please apply discounts for any existing edition of a card. Your company will sell more and appear less greedy if you make this change.

    I've recently become fascinated with sourcing Italian vintage clothing and have been thinking about the possibility of buying in bulk. I would like to find trusted sources where I can purchase quality vintage clothing from Italy.
    If anyone has experience buying in bulk, I would appreciate tips and recommendations! What companies or online platforms can you recommend?   11. Brawl without Alchemy cards

    I really find the Brawl format interesting and from time to time when there are some Brawl events offered on MTGA I play them and enjoy them very very much. But then I try playing Brawl outside these events (Historic brawl??). It is the worst experience of my live. I hate Magic. There are some idiotic cards, too powerful, that cannot be interacted with, very oppressive and very unfun!!

    Mythweaver Poq, Rusko Clockmaker, Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer, are only a few of these... Especially the Poq, whenever my ooponent presents it as their commander, I scoop.

  14. Window switch to windowed from fullscreen. Hundrets of Bug Reports on this site but no solution.

    Window switch to windowed mode, out of fullscreen mode. Since the latest patch. When do you fix that, its annoying as ****.

  15. Crashing after latest update

    Got prompted to update today 12sep2024. After update when I click download for the 3.06 GB it closes and if it hapen multiple times my phone says that it keeps stopping. Phone is s23fe samsung

  17. Vault system overhaul

    There should be a way to grind up bulk rares/mythics to turn them into wildcards. I've had my account for a couple years now and I often pull cards that I never use because they either don't fit in my decks or they just aren't that good, but it take a really long time to grind for wildcards to get the cards i want. I think that if you have 4 copies of a rare or mythic card you should be able to exchange them for 2 wildcards of the same rarity. Alternatively, if you pull 4 extra copies of…

  18. Pay for Arena Open with Play-In Points

    There should be an option to pay for MTG Arena Open entry with play-in points (e.g. for 25 play-in points).

    Limited-Only players accumulate a lot of play-in points but have few options to use them. This would give them an additional outlet to use play-in points.

  19. Looking for quality pedicure scissors

    Hi everyone!!!

  20. Detailed log missing the Pack 1 Pick 1 entry

    Platform: PC, Win11

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Enable detailed logging in the Settings under Account > Detailed Logs (Plugin Support)
    1. Join a Premiere Draft Event
    2. Progress through the drafting process
    3. Open the player log located at "C:\Users<Username>\AppData\LocalLow\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA"
    4. Note that the "Draft.Notify" entry exists in the log for all draft picks except the first one.

    Actual: "Draft.Notify" entry is missing from the detailed log for pack 1 pick 1 of the draft.

    Expected: "Draft.Notify" should be present in the detailed log for all packs and picks of the drafting process.
