How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I have been playing this game for 3 hours and only won one match because my opponent quit from being mana screwed. I have lost every match today because I only draw the wrong half of my deck. I have played this deck on paper and I don't get the same results. My opponents always draw more lands than me (even aggro decks).   3. Lunar Convocation still needs an immediate ban from standard and alchemy

    A card that is way too powerful and way to easy to get the trigger still being allowed in game.

    Stop slacking and do your job Wizards of the Coast. You don't playtest cards and you release these extremely unbalanced cards. The least you can do is actively ban cards to help improve the quality of the game in this block.

  4. Planeswalkers need to be banned from standard and alchemy and no longer be printed

    It's a permanent that can do a lot and in many cases just allow a player to win very quickly just because they got lucky and drew.

    Not only that, they take a lot of lucky to be able to deal with. It was bad design in Alara. It's still bad design now.

  5. Heist : Stop mass producing power cards with stupid original mechanisms in Alchemy.

    Whoever thought of Heist is an idiot. I thought Alchemy's attempt was interesting and positive, but with each new release there are more and more offensive cards; Juggle the Performance is a **** that should be banned, but other than that, Heist's cards just make my opponents uncomfortable. Orthanc and One Ring from Lord of the Rings are also in most decks and are tasteless. I've been playing Alchemy since Standard doesn't rotate, but it's a really boring format that ignores Standard synergies just to focus on some original power card synergies.   8. Trumpeting Carnosaur is an example of how MTG creatures should not be designed and should be banned from all formats

    It's a 7/6 for 6 mana that has trample, discover 5, and an ability that lets it do 3 damage to any target for only four mana.

    Just the 7/6 with trample is all that can really be justified on this card. Discover 5 and its damage stick ability is just too much. It should've costed 9-10 mana with all that.

    However, lets get back to the tendency of Wizards of the Coast to design pokemon cards in the last few blocks for its creatures instead of MTG cards for it's creatures.

  9. Casting spells with alternative costs

    You can't cast spells from exile using alternative costs if you do not have the mana open with lands eg: using phyrexian mana or convoke. They only work if you have enough mana open to pay the original casting cost.

  10. Reduce Bo1 Competitive Event Timer

    Arena Direct was a best of one event, however, it used Bo3 match timers (30 min for each player) which was way too long.
    I suggest it uses a reduced timer, such as 15min, which would be more adequate for a Bo1 event.

    This game has become trash. The shuffler is trash, the how you favor those that pay over people who don't is trash. I've literally been playing this game for 30 years, and y'all make me hate it.   12. cavern of souls needs a ban from all formats

    A land should not be able to prevent spells from being countered. It costs 2-4 mana to cast a counterspell whereas this land's ability is FREE. Extremely bad design. It should never have been printed in the first place.

  13. Tasks Quests Achievements

    This is a pretty big one in my eyes, but an option to add users or to display the opposing players full tag when playing them is one suggestion.

    My second suggestion was to add a lot more tasks or challenges to dailies and maybe instead of rerolling give the user the option to which they get to pick in order to complete. Some of these could also perhaps earn rare or mythic wildcards?

    My 3rd suggestion is add more challenges to Sparky. Sometimes players are burnt out from the intense competetive scene and prefer a cpu opponent, but that…

  14. Advanced Filter in Collection for Commander Sets

    It would be great if there was a set filter for the various commander sets on Arena in the advanced filters of the collection/deck builder. As things are currently, it is very difficult to find the various cards from commander sets that are available on Arena. Either a separate filter or just including the cards with the primary set their commander set is attached to (i.e. Ulalek, Fused Atrocity in Modern Horizons 3) would be ideal.

  15. Insidious roots needs a ban from standard and alchemy

    Yet another poorly thought out combo card that

    1. should have been printed at it's low mana cost, it should've cost 8
    2. should have been legendary

    And it breaks the game whenever one gets put into play and is not fun for the other person who's not playing it because they just sit there while the other guy just runs all the cards that can be removed from the graveyard to combo off with it and you just sit there waiting for a topdeck to deal with it.

  16. Tired of botters.

    You need to prove you are actually there before the game starts. Right now you can create a bot to start games automatically and do nothing hoping people concede before the game starts. It takes just over 3 minutes to collect my win when my opponent does this. It takes on average less than 2.5 million to reduced my opponent's life to 0 if they don't play slowly.

  17. Why does the selection for keeping cards work differently than sacrificing them yourself?

    In most instances where you are asked to sacrifice, or remove cards based on effects you select the cards you wish to sacrifice or remove.

    In the case where an opponent triggers an effect that would have you sacrifice cards it asks you to select the cards you wish to keep, but given how rare this is compared to the other option, it is unintuitive.

    Could you standardize this to just ask for the cards to remove, and not suddenly switch to cards to keep?

  18. Have the game work?

    So the lovely waiting for server bug that sometimes rears it's head when you boot up this **** of a piece of software, is now just popping in in the middle of my games! Feel ******* awesome in ranked when you have to alt-f4 and hope to **** that you can get in before your timer expires. Spoiler alert, you can't.

    WOTC only makes some ******* 40% ebit or whatever the *, you can afford to put more than a * intern on maintaining your software.

  19. New way to play MtG (100% compatible with every other format)

    Magic was the original TTC. Others have tried to make something as popular, with varying success.

    One aspect of Magic no other TTC has borrowed is the way land and mana works. Pokemons way is similar but still very different. The reason for this is that it's flawed. (Also copyright?)
    The mechanic of drawing land and needing a certain amount to do anything in game is not always a fun way to play because luck determines if you get the land you need to use your deck to its full potential.

  20. lare of fortitude X disa the restless not working correctly.

    disa the restless X flare of fortitude

    After using flare of fortitude, the creature disa the restless, created a token even without having caused damage to the player.

    opponent attacked with the creature disa the restless attacked, I used flare of fortitude, disa the restless did no damage to the opponent but still created a creature token.
