How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Adjust Cindercone Smite and Rising Chicane for Alchemy

    Cindercone Smite is widely considered to be comparatively worse than Burst Lightning in the same format. No other red damage spell is only able to do 2 damage exclusively to creatures. I think buffing it would do well to get more non-starting-player bonuses into decks. I love those cards and I think they should be ubiquitous in alchemy.

    My suggestion for Rising Chicane is that it be should be able to be a creature during your first main phase. This would make it work much better with all the equipment that just released with Final Fantasy.

  2. bug:Summoned: Fenrir placed the last Indicator not immediately be sacrificed

    The FF Chronicle Barrier Creature (Summon: Fenrir) produce additional mana when placing the last Chronicle indicator due to other effects (Enduring Vitality). As a result, it is tapped and will not be sacrificed immediately after all abilities are resolved. The page will freeze and wait for my operation. At this point, the FF Chronicle Barrier Creature is tapped, with three Chronicle indicators, and all ability entries are grayed out. Other spells are cast later, and only then will the FF Chronicle Barrier Creature be sacrificed.

  3. open pack screen improvements

    1/ have a link to the collection from this screen so that I am able to see quickly the new cards in my collection.

    2/ I would like to see how the packs complete my collection when I open them thus to see how many copies I have now of the cards that are in the pack. You have implemented several ways to track the count of cards: on the "open packs" screen, there is the "first" reminder which could be extended to other numbers; on the collection screen, you have the diamonds count; on the draft screens, you can…

  4. ability words treatment

    With ability words, players can shortcut the rules text (for exemple "if a nonland permanent left the battlefield this turn or a spell was warped this turn") with their ability word (void). But the longer the rules text is, the more you want to skip it.

    I would suggest that you apply the same treatment for that text than the one you use for reminder text of other keywords or mechanics (italics) so that players can focus on what is specific on the card vs what is generic

  5. several builds for limited events

    Have the ability to craft different decks from your limited pool (sealed or draft) and to swap from one to the other between round or matches, like you can in MTGO

  6. Make MTGA more frugal

    MTGA is very resource demanding, particularly on the GPU. Batteries are drained extremeley fast and you cannot assume that a default laptop graphic card will run the application fluidly (even when not using an external screen and with minimal settings).

    From what I see, the game is mostly static so I wonder what is taxing the resources. I hope you can come up with ideas lighten the load to or to speed up the program start (which can be reaaaallly long)

    Maybe some background animation can be disabled as an option

  7. Wrong effects trigger and damage assignments

    Playing arena on iphone.
    1. attacing with 2 heros, each has an equipment on it that gives +2/+3 and has tremple. My opponent blocked with 2 2/2 cats. For some reason, all 4 cats died.

    1. I had the FF black creature with the ability (whenever one of the creature or equipment you control dies, you get 1 life and the opponent lose 1 life). I played a sorcecry that creates 3/3 blue robot and then played it again from the graveyard (flashback). The creature ability triggered 3 times.

  8. Just a suggestion from a MTG fan.

    I have a suggestion for both Magic: The Gathering Arena and physical card collecting. I love buying and collecting authentic MTG cards, and I also enjoy playing MTG Arena online.

    It would be amazing if there were a way to connect the two—perhaps by adding a feature that lets players scan their real MTG cards so they can be added to their Arena collection. This way, I could purchase cards from stores or other sources, scan them, and immediately play with them in Arena.

    Maybe each card could have a unique QR code or a similar identifier to make this…

  9. End of Match Survey/Poll

    At the end of a match sometimes one is surveyed/polled: "did you like the match or did you dislike the match." Can you add: "did the match make you angry?" Many matches are far beyond "dislike" because of how unbalanced and unenjoyable some of the abusive decks are. I think Wizards of the Coast might be surprised how toxic many of the matches are. (BTW the toxic mechanic is one of the problems).

  10. Ban all cards with landfall from standard and stop printing them.

    2013 was 12 years ago. Landfall should stay in that year and not be in the standard in 2025.

  12. Ban Voice of Victory from standard

    Unfun and gamebreaking. Creatures that cost less than 4 mana should not have more than one ability and if they do they should have a serious drawback such as an upkeep cost.

    Voice of Victory lacks such balancing costs and hence should be banned.

  14. Ban Timeline Culler from standard

    It does way too much for it's low mana cost being a 2/2 with haste and the ability to bring it back from the graveyard and attack immediately and then play it again after exiling it is gamebreaking.

  17. Tasha, Unholy Archmage emblem not triggering on Mobilized Soldier tokens.

    Tasha, Unholy Archmage: The Unholy Archmage emblem is not triggering on Mobilized Soldier tokens.
    When you +1 on Tasha and gain her emblem, "Until your next turn, whenever a creature attacks you or Tasha, put a -1/-1 counter on that creature". Based on the wording, the tapped and attacking soldiers are attacking me and/or Tasha, so a -1/-1 should be applied to them, even though they weren't declared; they are still attacking me. This, however, did not happen in arena, as when they spawned in I expected their "attacking" status would trigger the emblem, but it did not.

  18. Issue on order resolution effects

    I have see a bug in effect order resolution. Android version.

    I have ordered effects to do this:
    Create 2/2 token
    Add +1+1 on a creature
    Double +1+1 counter.

    Order resolution was wrong. Creature was created as last effect and not as first one.

  19. Karakyk Guardian Permanent Hexproof

    I was just playing a premier draft event on Arena on PC in which my opponent played a Karakyk Guardian. Despite dealing damage to me multiple times and even to a creature I controlled when I attacked knowing the Guardian would block in a desperate attempt to resolve the bug, the Guardian never lost hexproof. This was incredibly frustrating because I had a kill spell + sage of the skies and the mana to cast both in my hand. The guardian was my only issue.     Did you have fun? is useless. I have given the unhappy face just to get the same issue the following game that made me unhappy in the previous. If this feature is just a click something to make yourself feel better, remove it. If it is actually there for game improvement, adjust it so it can be an improvement tool. I suggest having a multiple choice for those who choose unhappy. I suggest the following is asked when someone chooses unhappy:
