How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug
The cards and the decks are black, there aren't ghaphics.

Cant see booster cards during Pack2pick1 onwards
During a MTG premier draft Avatar TLA all of the sudden during Pack2P1 I couldnt see the carda anymore, see attached image.

5枚目以降のカードがデッキに入ってしまっている問題
デッキ編集で数枚カードを削除し、同枚数の別カードを追加windows追加したカードは現れず、追加前に４枚入れていたカードの５枚目を観測ローカルでデッキ編集しようとすると、５枚目を観測したカードを一度減らすと、４枚目を追加できないスクショはありませんが、任意のカードを４枚入れられない時点で困りましたローカルファイルの更新で、一旦の解決をしました。

Assests not loading
I am playing MTG Arena on PC. For the last few days I have not been able to load any card assets. All the cards in the game have a black face and will only occasionally tell me what the card is. As you can imagine it is difficult for me to play the game if I can't see what cards are in my hand. I have attempted to repair the game files through the app but has made no effect. I am not sure what to do to fix my game.

Karn, the Great Creator
Had an Artifact card exiled with Thought-Knot Seer and wasnt able to get it back with Karn, the Great Creator. The - 2 ability says clearly "own in Exile".

Paradox Engine Not working
Paradox Engine is not untapping anything when I cast spells

Spending Orbs is a waste of time
I think spending orbs is a waste of time, just give me the prizes randomly.
I have not written anything here that has been done, but if I am only given this, I believe we can significantly improve the quality of life for players.

Can't convoke and pay phyrexian mana at the same time
I couldn't simultaneously pay phyrexian mana via k'rrik's effect and tap k'rrik to convoke Pile On here. When I tried to tap everything manually, it would only let me use k'rrik to convoke or let me pay phyrexian mana, but not both. I could tap the other creatures for convoking Pile On just fine, just not k'rrik.
(Note I'm at -1 life in the screenshot but I was at 6 life when I attempted to do this)

Top bar is all white and unreadable
Sometimes after finishing a match the top bar (Profile, Decks, Store, etc.) is all white and unreadable.

Ban starscape cleric, Bloodthirsty conqueror, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, and Enduring Tenacity
These cards enable instant win combos. Instant win combos are just bad game design.

token created by helm of the host don't have a color
was facing a guy who played an 11/11 trample and eqipped it with helm of the host, i used my cartel aristrocats ability to give it protection from green, the token created by helm should had been a green copy of his 11/11 trample but it killed my aristrocat still

quick draft
After winning 5 games, you returned to the home screen, the match result screen was reset, and the game started.

quick draft dissapeared
My quick draft dissapeared, i was starting a game, then my game crashed, after that i had an update, after finishing the update my quick draft dissapeared

Baneslayer
If baneslayer is supposed to have protection from dragons shouldn't that go for dragon fire and Bolas also! The dragon deck is already overpowered!

Thing in the Ice, changeling, and secret identity
I've had this interaction twice in slightly different situations.
The first time I had a Silent Hallcreeper imprinted with Hidden Strings and a Thing in the Ice on the board. I attacked with Silent Hallcreeper, targeted with with Secret Identity, then dealt combat damage. I chose the draw a card option, then Hidden Strings was triggered. I can't recall what I targeted with Hidden Strings but it removed the last ice counter from Thing in the Ice, causing it to transform. When it did, it sent Silent Hallcreeper back to my hand.
The second time, I had the same setup on the board with hallcreeper and thing but also had a Bloodline Pretender (I chose horror). I targeted Bloodline Pretender with Secret Identity, dealt combat damage with Silent Hallcreeper, triggered Hidden Strings, and flipped Thing in the Ice. Bloodline Pretender was returned to my hand.
I'm not exactly sure why but I assume Secret Identity is making its target a hero and only a hero but the card does not state it loses other creature types. Even if it did, it doesn't remove changeling from Bloodline Pretender.
Thanks for all you do! This might get lost in the noise of complainers but you people are awesome.

Wastescape Battlemage Wrong Indicators on Screen
During one of my Arena Direct runs I cast Wastescape Battlemage with double kicker. It was the perfect card at the right time against my opponent Eken. He is one of the best limited players on 17lands so I was being extra careful in my plays. He had a Artifact creature(Wurmcoil Larva) and a 3/3 zombie token from Mindless Conscription. On the screen the green kicker was Highlighted and I chose The Wurmcoil Larva to exile. Then the blue kicker was highlighted on stack but said to target an artifact or enchantment to exile. I double and triple checked and it wouldnt let me bounce the token. I am not sure why the kickers were exchanged or why the wrong kicker was highlighted on the stack. I ended up losing that game because of it and it felt wrong because you only have 1 loss to give in these events. I spend a lot of time and money on Magic and feel cheated on this one. Not sure if it was a visual bug or what but it was definitely a feel bad moment.

Ulalek/scion/tusker priority override
On casting Warped tusker, I had ulalek in play with one mana from sage of the unknowable. I ordered priority to receive the scion (to sac for one mana) before Ulaleks copy ability triggered.. once the scion was created Ulaleks trigger passed without allowing me to pay for it to resolve.
