1. New with LE wallpaper lag

   With the release of Lorwyn there is a new wallpaper that is causing tremendous latency issues. The wallpaper looks like a horizontal stone path through the middle. The right side is blue and green. The left side is orange and green. The side shading moves with changes to life totals. It's causing so much lag that it is nearly unplayable. This wallpaper shows up mostly during LE limited events. I don't have any lag issues with any of the other random wallpapers, nor have I ever experienced ANY kind of lag in the past on Arena. Until this is fixed I won't be participating in anymore events.

3. UNADRESSED RACISM AND HATE ON THIS WEBSITE

   I've had enough. Wizards has to act. Racism by the user Spaderman#48650 must not be tolerated. This must not be a place where it is acceptable to repeatedly call people "worthless slanted-eyed chinks".

   Point is, wizards needs to attend to this website better, or else I'll gladly quit interacting with them and their products, and actively tell people not to support a company that can't properly handle their clientele. 4. Evident Error in Advertised Packs for Mastery Pass Level Boost

   When browsing the mastery pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed I noticed the absolutely astronomical pack offerings for skipping 10+ levels. At skipping 10 levels for 2,500 gems, from 5 to 15, it was offering 600 Edge of Eternities packs. Skipping higher levels offered THOUSANDS of packs. I tested the pack offering, skipping the 10 levels, to test this error and received a nominal amount of advertised packs. Please see attached image representing the UI bug.

   1.Steps to reproduce are as listed above. But again, go to mastery pass, engage in the level boost, skip to at least 10 levels and you'll see the error.
   2. Utilizing MTG Arena on Steam via PC
   3. When testing if the packs rewarded were as listed only a nominal number of packs were received.
   4. Expected results were to see whether or not the advertised quantity was real or not.
   5. Screenshot attached showing 4,006 Lorwyn packs offered in exchange for skipping 11 levels.
   6. No workaround, this is merely a UI/display error.

5. The User Interface is degrading with each update!

   It feels like every time I launch this game, no matter what platform it is on, The user interface has just gotten a little bit less functional.

   First, the tutorial wisp began to show up every single time I returned to the Home screen. This happened in the Epic Launcher, and on Mobile, and on Steam.

   Then a short while after that, I found that the menu for selecting my Deck Type in the builder is now hidden behind other parts of the menu and cannot be clicked...

   Then a little while later, I found that I now also cannot select any of the Pets I own in the Deck Builder either, so none of my new decks can have a pet selected to them!

   Even things like the latest advertisements on the Home screen that feature the spirit goblin pet overlapping the quest information when reading the window.

   Piece by piece the user interface is collapsing and the game is losing features and interaction. Please for the love of god! Dedicate some time to sorting out your **** menus so people can play your game without being told "you are well on your way to becoming a great planeswalker" 20 times an hour!! Fix your stupid deck builder screen so people can actually use the things they may well have spent actual money on!! I beg of you! Fix the steadily mounting bugs before I just give up entirely and uninstall the game!

6. Cannot Change Deck Details on Decks, Unable to Use Foundations Decks I Just Bought

   Bought the new Brawl decks and am unable to use them. They come in as "Standard Brawl" not "Brawl" and are illegal with more than 60 cards. When going to change the deck type the menu is unclickable as it shows behind the UI. I cannot, in fact, change any of my decks types.

7. Bug

   Since last tuesday I can’t use MTGArzena in my mobile (Android)
   The last update have failed twice. After success the software worked but il can’t change pages or launch a match or évent.
   It stays freeze on loading the page i clicked on.
   I have a power cube deck but canette play it
   I missed last events
   I miss my goals
   It becomes really annoying
   What can i do to fix it ?

8. "Show Phases" Option Not Working

   After I switch accounts by logging out from the MTGA client and signing into a different one I am unable to see phases as the options disables itself. When I go to click on the option to show phases, it disables itself once I click out of the menu.

9. Black screen when trying to access my account

   Since the last update for Lorwyn Eclipsed, I cannot access my account any more. If I login to my account, I either just get a black screen or a stuck "waiting for server" screen.

   I already tried everything that is suggested. Even tried it on different devices.

   What is interesting though, is that if I create a new account, it will launch the new account and I can play. Just my regular account won't load up at all.

   Now I am really afraid, that all my stuff after years of collecting is gone. Please take a look at this issue, thank you!

10. black screen pc and mobile

    MTG arena does not launch on both PC and android. The servers are up and so is my internet. When i open the application I just get a black screen

    The game will not open, it says error updating data. My connection is just fine and functioning perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and have the same issue.

17. Voices on emotes sound even when voices are turned out

    Voices on emotes should turn off when voices are turned off. I should not have to listen to my opponent spam "secret tunnel" at me if I specifically have voices turn off. Please fix this bug/oversight.
