MTGALauncher hangs at startup on Windows PC
The MGTALauncher hangs at startup, cannot install or update the app on Windows PC. I deleted all files and uninstalled. Ended all MTGA related processes and tried a fresh install. Same issue. I can get the installer to create the MTGA folder and the MTGALauncer but the MTGALauncher.exe hangs and does nothing. I can see the process running. Turned off firewalls to verify as well.

Game freeze
This game freezes constantly when I have priority. I’m in the middle of casting a spell and I can then no longer do anything. Sometimes it freezes on my opponents turn and then I miss my opportunity to respond. Don’t get me wrong I really like the fun animations, but what I’d really like is a functional game. After the most recent update it’s borderline unplayable. Ive now lost dozens of games on the ladder due to game freeze or server issues.

Able to access Pre-Production Build
While MTG Arena was down for scheduled maintenance on 7/21/2026, there was an option to change the version on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Changing the value to "PreProd Doorbell by Client Verson" allowed one to change the version of the game.

Still can't login in
even after status says everything is operational today I still get this error.

Why is there a popup asking for a doorbell key?
I know there's the Hobbit preorder update maintenance currently happening, but as the title says, why is there a popup for a doorbell key on the right side of the screen and another for Internal or External on the left side of the screen. Also, can't connect or sign in to the game, but i can certainly check the status and see the windows platform is operational.

Cannot connect after July 21 update, Windows PC
After the July 21 update, I get the "Connection Lost" screen when I open Arena on my Windows PC. My computer is connected to the internet, and I am able to connect to the Arena server on my iPhone.

Bug
I’ve had a brawl deck lead by the 2 mana Sorin creature for a while and it’s always had Lurrus as companion. Lately, despite Lurrus being assigned a a companion in the deck builder, Lurrus doesn’t show up at all in game. They aren’t in the companion zone in game nor do they show up when loading in to the game where commanders and companions are revealed.

"The End" on stack covered the target of the spell (plainwalker) I was unable to target the plainswalker to save it as it was hidden from

Top bar sometimes overlays games
This seems to occur when alt-tabbing back to the game after a match is found. The top bar from the main menu sticks around, blocking the ability to see the opponent's commander.

Arena iOS disconnect, after reconnect all my lands showed they were tapped.
During a ranked game in Arena on iOS, I might have lost WiFi connectivity. Once I reconnected - I had missed my opponents turn - during my turn it appeared all my lands were tapped. They were not actually it was more of a visual bug. I didn’t act in a way that I would have had I understood my lands were not actually tapped. Game losing turn.

Error starting Mtg Arena
I have an issue starting the game. The error shown is "An error ocurred. Please restart or exit the application." I've already restarted the game on multiple tries, ive also uninstall and reinstall the game, but the error persist. Please your help to fic this issue.

Connection failure during client boot results in redownloading assets.
Whenever the client boots, if there is no internet connectivity I get "Error Updating Data: Please check your connection and try again.". However, after reestablishing connection the asset retrieval always fails and the game re-downloads 1.4GB of assets. Bug reproduces every time so should be easy to check.
I have checked my SSD in crystal disk info and no problem was detected. OS is Windows 11 Home 25H2 26200.8875 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.334.0.

Product suggestion
Now that Historic Pauper is finally becoming an actual format in MTG Arena. It would be great that you added the "Historic Pauper" in deck filters. I have set all my pauper decks to historic pauper, and when I filter with historic, it doesn't show anything.

Companion Brawl deck- Companion disappearing
Created a Historic Brawl deck with a legal companion. Started a Direct Challenge/Friendly Brawl. Both players’ decks are automatically converted to ‘Friendly Brawl Rebalanced,’ and the companion no longer appears in-game.

Intermittent Authorization Issues
Since the July 14 update, Arena has intermittently become stuck on extremely long loading screens and then fails to join matches. Restarting Arena and completing a full login temporarily resolved the issue, but it returned about two hours later in the same session.
The attached log shows failed access-token refresh attempts (Error refreshing access token... Error: -1), followed by Account login did not happen, failing SocialService init. Arena subsequently submitted matchmaking successfully and connected to the match server with normal latency, but the server rejected the session with MatchServiceErrorCode_NotAuthorized and Authentication failure. Matches and other API requests work normally until…

Can't start App in iOS
Starting this afternoon, I have been unable to sign in to start the app on iOS. I enter email and password, then error message says "A unexpected problem occured (Error code: -1). Please try again." I restarted phone and deleted and reloaded app twice. It is the same iphone I've been using for the app as recently as this morning, and it has plenty of available memory.

Set stats promotional email is likely displaying the incorrect mastery level for each set.
For every set going back to Final Fantasy, my mastery level has been displayed as 65 in the generated stats email/image, in the promotional email that has the most-crafted cards for the set. Given that the 5 sets in that time have had varying lengths of times, I find it unlikely that I actually hit that number exactly in every set. Additionally, another player who posts their stats in a group chat has also had their level remain the same going back to Aetherdrift.
