Unable to sideboard cards out of maindeck
When playing on Android, I can sideboard cards into my deck, but can't take anything out. This has been happening for several weeks consistently. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client, and I still have the issue.

Season reset bug
I have logged in twice today. In the first one, I got the season rewards correctly, and when I logged for the second time, I got de-ranked again. From platinum, to silver, then to bronze, even after ranking to gold 2 on the first logging.

Crash on opening the game: Mac Tahoe 26.5
Hello,
I'm reporting a crash that occurs every time I launch MTG Arena on my Mac.
System info:
- App version: 2026.59.20
- Device: MacBook Air (Mac15,13) – Apple M3, 16 GB RAM
- OS: macOS 26.5 beta (25F71)
- Architecture: ARM-64 (native, not Rosetta)The app crashes approximately 20 seconds after launch, after the "loading initial screen", before reaching the main screen. The exception type is EXC_CRASH (SIGTRAP) on the main thread, originating in UnityPlayer.dylib and GameAssembly.dylib.

I can't connect to the game at all
I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S23 and as soon as I click on the app to open it, it loads a little bit then tells me that an error has occurred and gives me two options. One is to try and reconnect which just gives me a black screen. The other option is to check status, when I click on check status, it brings me to the MTG Arena Status Page on the website which says that everything is operational.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times now and the bug occurs everytime.

Low iq customer service
The guy who has the ID Anja on the customer service page is the single most low iq person that could ever work in such a service. Not only does he post stock responses without so much as a single human interaction between user-employee but he marks every other requests as solved by default. Literally low iq material and i have to ask are cubicle people tested for their skills or at least education in the matter or are they just hired on the premise that anyone goes?

Connection lost
Since the latest update, the "Connection Lost" message keeps appearing, making it impossible to use the PC client

Bug on iphone
Game is very jittery after new update, not loading, then when trying to enter match, it freezes on the screen with your avatar and opponents avatar. Have issues with menu items not being able to click on in from the home page. Its basically bricked the game. On Iphone 15

Connection lost and error occurs as soon as I click on the app
I have an Android and as soon as I click on the app to open it, it loads a little bit then tells me that an error has occurred and gives me two options. One is to try and reconnect which just gives me a black screen. The other option is to check status, when I click on check status, it brings me to the MTG Arena Status Page which says that everything is operational.

Color Masteries Achievements No Longer Being Awarded
I don’t know why achievements in the color masteries are not being awarded anymore. I had just gotten another one some days back, but either later that day, or the very next day (I can’t remember), I decided I wanted to try and get the last one I needed to complete the one for Green. I worked towards that until I succeeded, at which point it was not awarded.
I originally thought even though it had previously come up right when I’ve successfully accomplished it, that maybe I now needed to wait for the match to fully end. However once…

Outdated Client Version
I have the latest version offered in App Store (iOS and iPadOS) but I’m getting “outdated client version” error for days…

No update in app store
App asks for an update, yet there is no update available in the app store. IPhone 16

Requires update but there isn’t an update
Tried playing it after I’ve already played it this morning the now it says there is an update and won’t let me load the game but the App Store says it’s up to date.

App won’t start?
I’m on iPhone, the app is saying it needs an update but it doesn’t, this problem started on 05/26/26 for me

iOS don’t have an update on 5/27/2026 so I can’t play the game.
Whenever I try to open the app, it tell me that I have an outdated client version, and that I need to update the app, I click okay, like I have a million times before, and like usual it takes me to the App Store, but in the App Store it just says Open, where it usually says Update, if there is an update available. I’ve tried refreshing the screen, closing and restarting both apps, and also my phone, nothing works, and I am unable to play the game because of it.

Interface
O jogo fica me informando que estou desatualizado, porém na App Store não tem nenhuma atualização, me impedindo de abrir o jogo, eu clico para verificar a situação do jogo, ele informa que está tudo certo, não sei o que fazer, dois dias já nesta situação.

I get the outdated client version, but there are no updates available.

thank you emote
Please allow Thank you as an emote to always be there as an option. It's not even possible and yet you have all these other emotes available. It tries to contextually swap out with nice, but it reverts too quickly. Let users swap out another emote for "Thank you" if they so wish.
You don't even have to remove the Nice/Thank you. Just add a custom emote option that will always be available as "Thank you"
