How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Blurry Screen when Full Screen Mode

    I'm not able to play in full screen anymore, the screen shows everything blurry. I Uninstall and install again but still can't play.

  2. selecting cards from hand

    When playing MTG constructed and draft, I'm unable to select cards from hand and play/cast them. I noticed that the cursor in game loses the graphic when I moved it over cards in my hand, then it returns as I reach the bottom of the screen.

    In addition to difficulty casting spells/manas from hand, the bug makes it impossible to mulligan/keep hand at the beginning of the game. My work around is leaving full screen, then moving the window until I can select my cards without issue. The problem began after I updated to Windows 11 21H2.

  3. Magic Arena Not Working on Samsung Note 20

    I have installed and uninstalled Magic Arena five times on my Samsung Note 20. The game downloads and updates just fine. But when I start the game up it says, "Waiting on Game Servers." I tried hitting the back button on my phone and then it gives me the screenshot that has been uploaded below. I have no idea what the problem is, but customer support was unable to help find the problem.

  4. Please, fix friend challanges

    Today I’m having the most annoying issues. First, I can’t send a friendly brawl challange (pic related).

    Then my latest historic deck is arbitrarily classified as “alchemy” (and invalid) whenever a issue a challange to a friend.

    It is really sucking out the fun of what is supposed a game.

  7. Bug: Emotes deselect if you close Magic Arena mid-match.

    Emotes deselect if you have to close Magic Arena by force (due to it being frozen or accidentally) mid-match and then you have to select them again by going to your profile once you open it again, otherwise you just have the basic emotes (Hello, your go, etc).

    No real steps other than:

    1. Select the emotes at any point in time to your profile which you want to use.

    2. Start a match, forcefully close the game mid-match with Alt-F4 or manually if windows clicking on the "X".

    3. Open Arena again.

    4. Your emotes are gone entirely, even the basics.

    5. Finish match,…

  8. Attach failed to Drop Another Attach now Timeout on PC

    Launched Arena on PC and received the "attach failed" error. Logged out, logged in, and now receiving Timeout error.

  9. Mastery Pass Crimson Vow - popover covers orb spot for Bloodpetal Celebrant sleeve.

    On the Mac OS client. Mastery Pass Crimson Vow - the popover showing the card sleeve covers the orb spot for Bloodpetal Celebrant sleeve. Thus I can't place the orb and earn the sleeve. Please help!

    I can't resize the window/pick resolution on mac since several updates ago either. It's rough going out here.

  10. Constant "Waiting for Opponent" Hang While Looking for Game

    For days now the Arena client says "waiting for opponent" indefinitely and doesn't offer the "cancel" button to get out. You have to hard close the game through the task manager. It's been brutal the last 2 days or so. Please fix.

  11. Katilda/Wedding Announcement Bug

    Katilda and her enchantment are treating various cards from the new vampire set as vampires simply from being a card from the vampire set. Lost a few matches now from wedding announcement’s human tokens being treated like vampires.

    And furthermore this enchantment should not be allowed to go on to vampires, duh.

  13. i cant find a deatailed log

    i was looking in the options area to see if i could find the detailed log so i could check my vault progress, but i went to account and i couldnt find it for the life of me

  14. Top 2000 Mythic showing 99% and diamond icon

    Winning a match shows my rank within the top 2000 players, but afterwards it only shows 99%. Also, the icon is a diamond rather than the red mythic gem.

  16. Game menu crash and application closing

    The application crash systematicly when i arrive in the "play" menu. First it freesing then the app closing, i even don't have the time to start a battle, even not the time to chose a deck. I uninstall the app, then install again but the problem is the same. It is not a problem of computer because i was playing before without any problem. Maybe because of Windows 11, cause i did not play for a long time and it's the first time since i upgrade to windows 11. And no problem when i'm using my phone with the same…

    When a 5th copy of a Rare or Mythic Rare card would be granted gems, display is showing the card that would be awarded but does still award the Gems

  18. "Favorite deck signs" not showing

    1. Go to "play" and change your recently used deck (last played ranked standard)
    2. Occurs for me on PC and Android, not tested on Mac
    3. The list of available decks doesn't show the favorite icons (stars) and the sorting seams slightly wrong/different
    4. I'd expect to see my favorite decks first marked with stars sorted by recently used

    5. To fix I need to switch to the "events" tab first and back to the "ranked/play" tab, then it's showing correctly

  19. Make it more clear if you're playing Ranked or not

    Arena seems to randomly reset your play settings to unranked every now and then, or after updates, and I only just noticed that pretty much all my games for the last two weeks have been unranked and contributing nothing (as a sidenote, these matches were noticeably lower quality compared to normal ranked games to the point where I thought something was broken in the matchmaking).

    I was actually starting to get a depressed feeling wondering why I was still where the rank reset dumped me. Were my decks that bad at ranking up? No, it just turns out this got…
