How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  6. Daily / Weekly XP not being applied to Mastery Tree

    Version 2024.34.10.5192.1053153
    Looks like the Weekly Win Rewards 250XP and the daily XP was not being applied to Mastery tree today and yesterday, Feb 27,28 2024. Not sure how many times it wasn’t being applied. XP has been sitting at 775/1000 despite multiple wins with Quest / Reward circles advancing.

  7. iPad Crashing

    Twice now in the same game! Twice! This is not a me problem as your ‘helpful’ email suggested. This is a WotC problem, this is a you problem. There are others reporting it, I’ve already reported it. My iPad is up to date, my internet is solid enough to play online for hours and hours on my Xbox, I restart your game between each and every match just to give myself the best chance of a crash free experience. To no avail, none whatsoever, because today on the very first game (of limited, so it’s costing me money each time…

  8. game negatively affects the computer network performance

    The game negatively affects the computer network performance.

    I received the usual 'waiting for server' message in game.
    Meanwhile, my internet was extremely slow. Youtube pages wouldn't load, and I couldn't even load a speedtest page to test connection speed.
    As soon as I forced MTG to close, everything resumed to normal - speedtest was 300mbps.

    Somehow, MTG Arena throttles network performance to an extremely slow speed, and it disconnects itself.

  9. Stuck in timeout as if the card I played is stuck on the stack - Concede button doesn't work

    I have seen people posting about their opponent being stuck in time out.
    Well, today, after playing my land on the first turn and casting a creature, that creature was stuck in limbo (or on the stack I suppose) and nothing happened, except that the timer was going down.
    At first, I thought my opponent was timing out, but my screen started flashing red which is when I realized I was the one timing out, except that this was also stuck in limbo.

  10. Connect the Dots display issue.

    When I try to activate its ability with the card "connect the dots" on the field, the cards it exiles appear spread out horizontally, and the connect the dots card goes off the screen, making it impossible to activate the ability. I lost the game because of this and would like a warranty.

    I understand that the range of images displayed in Arena is dependent on the size of the screen. However, as long as the arena is compatible with ISO, I have my doubts about not being able to use it on a regular iPad.

  11. mastery xp not updating

    While playing on my iPhone, I have been getting wins, which with the daily wins, I should be getting 25 xp per win. I am currently at 8/15 so I should still be getting xp. However, my mastery xp has not increased and has been stuck at 225/1000. The only xp I have available to earn is the daily wins - I finished the quest for the day so the daily wins is the only way for me to earn xp.

  12. Problème de connexion

    Bonjour,

    J'étais entrain de modifier un deck, quand d'un coup le jeu m'as annoncé " En attente du serveur ", après plus de 10 min à attendre, je ferme le jeu et le ré-ouvre. A partir de ce moment-là, il me dit qu'il m'est impossible de me connecter suite à " Un problème inattendue est survenu ( code erreur : -1)

    J'ai vérifier l'état des serveurs mais il s'avère qu'il n'y as pas de soucis.

    Est-ce un bug spécifique ou bien générale ?

  13. S24 Ultra graphical bugs and crashing

    On the Galaxy S24 Ultra there are graphical bugs on the parallax cards and the menu is completely blank. Game will also randomly crash at any point, menus, deck building, in-game.

  14. Client Froze

    My Client froze while I was in the middle of a brawl match. It just hung on my opponent's decisions and I thought they were just stalling because of their frustration. The client was frozen, wouldn't let me concede and I could make no action. Closed the client, tried to open it back up, and now the client won't load at all. Will likely have to uninstall and reinstall the client.

  17. Dog Walker.

    Well yes I can do the description again, I have done so twice in this ticket already, but I’ll repeat it. I’ll also attach the screenshot again. I added the visual description in the screenshot. Take one look and I am sure it should be clear.

  18. Opponent did not die from having no cards to draw on upkeep

    On standard draft, opponent had no cards in his library on my end step. I pass turn and they shoul've lost the game for not having any cards in their library and having to draw for turn. That did not happen. It allowed my opponent to move to combat phase and attack, completelly skipping draw step.

  20. Barriers to Play

    Visual elements of the UI are not optimal for reading the card text; this is frustrating to new players who need to be able to read the cards they are unfamiliar with, and is prohibitive to a number of people with difficulty reading (visual acuity issues, processing issues etc).

    Specifically:

    Text size should be able to be adjusted more. A preset for size in gameplay options may be helpful and/or a pinch & zoom feature.
