How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Premier Draft Gone
Bought into a WoE Premier Draft, played and won a single match, was kicked out immediately afterwards and now Premier draft has disappeared from my options along with the deck. Logging out and in doesn't fix this.
Premier draft was not set to rotate out nor was there a countdown timer on the event ending.35 votes -
Card changed "identity" after picking it in a draft
First picked "Darling of the Masses", it changed to a blue card (Can't remember the name) after I picked it. I assumed I misclicked. Once I built my deck, I wasn't able to submit it because of a "Network Error". Went back to the deck builder and the card was back. Re-building the deck I think there were a couple other cards that changed after I picked them. This really screws with the draft and I saw it happen on LSVs stream too.

Draft Drag Auto Pick
While draffting, I was sorting my cards before the next pack. While I had a card clicked on, the client auto picked a card in the next pack. I am on a PC with the most up to date requirements.

No cards visible in crimson vow draft
I cannot see the cards in the Crimson Vow draft I purchased, nor do cards seem to be drafted even though the draft has moved forward. I’d like to be refunded my 1500 gems.

It's supposed to be historic pauper, per the announcement, but it only allows Standard pauper decks and rejects a deck which contains only commons (many of which are historic and not standard)31 votes -
Cannot Add Event Decks to Deck Collection
I bought in for a thousand coins and just picked packs and added them to my decks. I resigned and then repeated the process two more times. Just trying to get some new cards. Anyways after the third one I went to my decks and realized it didn't add any of them. There aren't any cards missing technically. They were three different decks that I bought in the jump in option. I press add to decks and it never shows up.

Jump In not showing unpicked packs
I'm not getting unpicked packets when joining Jump In. According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-digital/jump-packets-update-kamigawa-neon-dynasty-2022-02-11,
for your first packet, at least one option will be a packet you've never selected
This happened like 5-10 times with previous releases, but I thought I'd try again now that NEO is out and there are new packets that I've never picked. Instead I was offered Armory, Zombies and Powered Up, all of which I've picked before.

DMU Premier Draft Disappeared
I had an Premier Draft in progress. When I opened the client to continue it, a screen popped up showing me 100 Gems and a DMU pack. The Premier Draft option for DMU is missing from the client and I cannot continue the draft. I would like a refund of the entry fee. I have screenshots, but for some reason this feedback tool won't let me upload any of them. PNG and JPG are both unsupported?

Alchemy decks are invalid in Bot Match
New Alchemy deck with new Omnath and Goldspan. Go to a bot match to try it out, deck is invalid. Mouse over deck, says "invalid cards: 0"

Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match
I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

Jump In event - cannot select decks
I am using a Mac and launching MTG through Epic Games.
I entered the Jump In event and paid the fee. I selected the first deck and clicked Confirm Deck. When I selected the second deck, the Confirm Deck button was greyed out. I tried a different deck, and it was labeled "3rd" but still unable to Confirm Deck. I tried the last option, and it was labeled "4th" but I could not confirm the deck.
If I exit and reenter the event, I see my first deck selection, but the button is greyed out. (See screen shot.) I have…

Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not…26 votes -
Asset error occured during your last play session. Validating asset files to ensure stability
MTGA crashed during a Premier Draft game, then this message appeared. Once MTGA loaded, the game was lost.

No Mastery pass rewards
I haven't been receiving the Mastery pass rewards since the last update, at the very least I have gone up 3 stages in the mastery pass (+80) but I don't receive any of the cards

i cant side board cards
during the metagame challenge event, the side board screen did not show the cards and I was unable to exchange cards from the deck with the side.
