Unjustified loss
Hi!
I report a bug where I started a premier draft, completed the draft, launched the first game after deck building and got stuck waiting for my opponent. I was annonced on the draw and given no choice to mulligan or keep. The time of my opponent expired and there was a bug where the countdown (around the player character face) never completed. After 5s of this, a second window of MTGA opened beyong mine and annonced my a loss. I couldn't do anything and never had control.

When I use a card at the start of the game, clicking it will give me an error and there will be noise.

Cards visible/unvisible bug
Hello,
when I searching in my Cardstock after Dragons, then all are displayed. So the uncommon dragons from outlaw.
But, if I search with tag of the last three sets (list in choice option) and search with this setup, then I get nothing hit. Nothing means have and have not, not a hit of dragon, nothing.
Can they add a refresh button, to new reading the datas of library (own library). It's would help and the asking of team would not be necessary.

[Android] Message emotes cropped in match
Description: New message emotes for Outlaws of Thunder Junction (Ex. Howdy) appear cropped out of the game screen during a match.
Steps:
1. Equip new message emotes in Profile
2. Enter a Bot Match
3. Open emotes and scroll to new message emotes
4. Send one of the new message emotesExpected result: Message emotes should appear inside the emote grid
Actual result: Message emotes are cropped out of the game viewport.
No workaround found.

MTGA stuck during a cast
playing a ladder game and got robbed. Input an action and the game just stalls, thinking I still have prio when I shouldn't.
Tried to cast Play With Fire for lethal and got stuck. awarded a loss.

i was palying sealed my 4 game of (OJT) and my oponent attack me with gitrog deside to block because he saddled a creature with it i block it with 2 creature 4/4 and when that make the dmg the gitrog donta make me any point of dmg and iqual resolve its ability like doesnt matter and make me lost the game 1-2

Can't progress in "Sparky's Challenge"
New player here. Every time I beat Sparky in "Sparky's Challenge", I don't make any progress in this quest - I don't get any rewards and I'm still stuck on "0/1 Win". I've used two different decks and beaten her four times now. If this is user error on my part, please tell me how to progress in this quest - thanks!

change payment information does not load (PC)
Difficulty opening change my payment information page within MTGA store.

Defabricate still doesn't trigger Baral, Chief of Compliance
Defabricate has, for months, not caused Baral, Chief of Compliance to trigger when countering a spell. This still doesn't work.

Missing Text from Setting (OTJ Update)
After the Outlaws of Thunder Junction update, the text with in-game settings has disappeared on iOS platform.

Kroxa Castable Out of GY WITHOUT paying escape cost
I just played against a deck using Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger and he was able to cast it out of his Graveyard 3 times without paying the escape cost. Nothing was on the board to allow this so it must be a bug.

Cyclonic Rift doesn’t pass priority
On iOS in a brawl match, I had an adapted incubation druid, a selvala, an elvish mystic, and an arcane signet in play. I cast Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and in response my opponent overloaded a cyclonic rift. The rift immediately resolved and I didn’t have a chance to tap those creatures - losing out on ~8 mana.

Volatile fault no treasure
Mid game today used the land volatile Fault on arena and was not given the treasure token as part of the resolution. Lead to match loss/conceding due to been to far behind after two turns (would of been able to use prismatic open to fix mana using the treasure)

Bug: Knight-Errant of Eos
Played card that costs convoke, not sure if bugged or other player stalling "Gonzer". Rope timed out didnt give me the option to pay with creatures and i have enough untapped to play card.

Bonesplitter Error
This happened during the 5th match of my 2-3 record event in Premier Remix Draft. The opponent's Minstrosity was 6/1 after equipping Bonesplitter instead of 5/1 (like it should have been). This didn't necessarily impact the outcome of the game but it was a notable error.

golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack
did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am

MoM Pack doesn't give golden pack progress
I bought MoM pack today but it doesn't advance golden pack meter despite advertisement on the store screen.

Reaching Mythic rank sets ranks to Beginner
Steps to reproduce:
-> Reach Mythic (was in Limited for me)Platform: PC
Actual results I'm experiencing: my Limited and Constructed rank both show as Beginner Tier 0, both in and out of game. When I win a game, I get no update to my rank afterwards - only a "Victory" screen.
Expected results: profile and in-game should display Mythic tier and rank; end of game screen should update numerical rank.
Obviously this is really bad :D

Mastery Pass not giving rewards for past levels
Just purchased the mastery pass for Phyrexia, Im currently at level 20 and did not recive any of the rewards for the past levels. Usually when I buy the pass at certain level, the game gives me the rewards for all past levels, is this a bug or a change on the system?
