How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Pre-Order Packs missing after update
Seems like there’s a bug in the store.
Bought outlaws pack bundle which is missing after update. Mastery Bundle appeares to be activated.
Sent order details to customer service, did re-install and validated bundles again. Cards / packs are still missing.

Bug on committing a crime
I had exchanged control of my creature for Laughing Jasper Flint (so now I controlled Laughing Jasper Flint) using Shifting Grift. But when Laughing Jasper Flint's ability triggered at the beginning of my upkeep, it gave my opponent credit for having committed the crime. This ended up killing me. I think that since I now controlled him, it should not have worked this way. I feel this is a bug. Since this was a draft event, I feel like I was cheated.

Network error
Network error - Unable to get collection after 17.04.2024 Update
Game worked fine yesterday (after the upadate). Then there was an error message much like this one and I cannot log into the game.1 vote -

BUG: Brought back to event page after every match
How the bug happens: opening the app through a notification for an event. Happened before Outlaws came out, and still does.
Platform: Android, mobile.
Expectations: When I finish a match of ranked, or even unranked, I get brought back right to the page where I can play again in one click
Results: Upon finishing a match, I am brought back the the specific event play area which the notification first brought me. (See screenshot for today's culprit)

A Five-Year Player's Plea
Hey there,
So, after half a decade of slinging spells, I'm wondering if there's any chance we could jazz things up a bit:
How about letting us change our nicknames without jumping through hoops? Or am I doomed to live with the cringeworthy handle I came up with back in the beta days? And seriously, what's the deal with hotkey customization? Is it really that much of a game-changer that it's off the table?P.S. Spare me the spiel about valuing my feedback. Just implementing these basic features would speak volumes. Cheers.

Vigilance canceled by mount
Unsure if this is a bug or not with Outlaws, but if you mount a creature, and the creature that mounts it has vigilance, while it will tap to mount, it will not untap into the next turn despite having vigilance. This in effect makes it impossible to ever actually attack with that creature anymore.

Error lands
The other day I bought the LOST CAVES OF IXALAN full art lands from the Magic Arena store, and these were not enabled for me, I have let several days pass, just in case there was an error and they will be enabled in my account after some update, but now I'm in OUTLAWS and they still don't show up, that's why I want to report this to see if they can be recovered or my coins returned to buy other things

life
Life 20 is too low.
Decks that build with too little 20 life will be game over before they can even use their strength.
For that reason, most decks in ranked play are those that focus on their strengths in the early stages.
Please allow us to divide the ranked match into 20 life and 30 life (40).1 vote -
spree bug
tried casting the red spree card that destroys an artifact and deals 4 damage, but the game client froze before any of the options came up, and I had to force quit and restart the game client, causing me to timeout and automatically didn't allow me to select targets for my optional abilities at start of combat, causing me to lose the game... not fun.

Game stops progressing during opponents turn

Combat phase priority does not return.
While competing in the premier draft, my turn's combat phase was passed to my opponent and never returned.
For some reason my hourglass remained consumed. I restarted the game to report the bug, but it was treated as a loss.
My draft ended 2-3.1 vote -
Played card does not resolve and the game freezes
Playing on PC on Windown 11 pro.
While playing sealed, the card didn,t resolve, I could play nothing and time ran out without ending the turn. I had to quit to end the problem, resulting in a loss. Which is frustraiting since I PAYED MONEY to play that sealed. Hoping to get my gems back.1 vote -
Client Froze causing game loss
Client froze (game play only, sounds and the buddies remained unfrozen) during my thunder junction premiere draft during my match with Skarze23 on Wednesday April 17th 2024 causing me to get my third loss with the deck on mobile client

Bad coco/ free spells WTF?
When I cast coco the game freezes. Also, I have played NUMEROUS times where people cast spells they should NOT be able to cast due to mana availability and no spells or anything on board that says they can cast for free

Match disconnected from server during draft.
Opponent was losing and then crashed the server so our match would not register.

trouble loading
I open the game and try to do anything it freezes then crashes. This was after the latest update. I'm frustrated and can't get my dailies done so I'm losing out on rewards while this problem exists. I ran the troubleshooter and it says my computer should have no issues.

Settle the wreckage
please have the game only pause to allow you to cast settle the wreckage during the declare attackers, blockers phase. having to skip through every phase is an annoyance and could give information to the opponent that it is in your hand. if for some reason other than casting it for its intended purpose you could always activate full control and do so then.
