How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

MacBook Pro crashing on GamePay
Starting today I can no longer play MTG Arena on my mac book pro. It crashes the entire operating system and I have to reboot the OS. Nothing I can do will fix this problem

I was trying to draft and I was repeatedly kicked out and not allowed to rejoin. I missed about 1/6 of my picks and my deck was sustainably weakened. I need a refund

Bug with Midnight Clock
I was playing a standard ranked game with the Midnight Clock card. When I put mana into it , it would not add counters to it. Causing me to loss the game in a standard ranked game. I have included the log.

can not log in
March 12th, been trying to log in all day and I keep getting stuck in a loop verifying local assets and then it boots me out. downloaded the new update andit still doesn't let me in.

No reward on 2nd win of current historic renewal weekly event.
No reward on 2nd win of current historic renewal weekly event. Another connection lost error. mtga said try again to claim your reward later....restart, no award available, but the 2nd win is checked....

Won ranked match on PC... after victory the client fails to reconnect succesfully and restarts itself resulting in the victory not counting.

Deck image reverts to vanilla card style if alternate/showcase style is applied.
When I select alternate/showcase card styles for my deck image, the art reverts to vanilla after saving. This happens with any alternate card style, e.g.,
-Throne of Eldraine: adventure showcase card styles
-Ikoria: mutate showcase card styles
-Theros: God/demigod showcase card stylesThese alternate/showcase styles are sought after because they are rare and usually not free. I would prefer to get the most use out them as a reward for obtaining them. That includes using them for my deck images.

Flying blocking
On the field I had a Fireblade Charger and a Paired Tactician with one +1/+1 from its ability equipped with Maul of the Skyclaves, the opponent controlled a wall of runes and a Kargan Intimidator. The opponent cast frogify on Paired Tactician(reducing it to a 4/4 flying frog with first strike) and then used Wall of Runes to block it when it attacked. WoR didn't have flying or reach and PT's flying was still active(since it came from MoS) so it shouldn't have been able to block.

Make previous Historic Anthologies available for purchase
I was really eager to purchase the HA3 bundle when it first came out, but was missing the resources at the time. When HA3 came out, previous anthology bundles were brought back to the store, so I was really expecting and hoping that when HA4 came out that HA3 would also be available in store again. I was very disappointed to see that it didn't. I would like to ask if we can bring previous offers, such as Jumpstart, but especially Historic Anthology bundles back in the store. The offer window was very narrow and lots of us would gladly…

Did not receive XP after leveling up
Playing on Windows PC. I have no idea how to recreate the bug, but have attached my log. After levelling up on March 11th (around my 10th win for the day), I stopped receiving XP (after 15th win, mastery shows I still have 0 XP into new level where it should be ~5*25 = ~125 XP).

can't see draft packs
draft packs no longer appeared after pack 2 pick 8 or so, I could see packs coming to me and past me in the display, but the screen only showed the waiting for other players.... msg.
Shut down game to come back in, and it said an asset error occurred, the draft had just auto picked.

Can't play cards
Entered 3 different matches, with different decks, and different play styles. Using a Mac. Unable to play any cards. When I click to place the card on the battlefield it is sent straight back to my hand.

Touchpad issue
on PC I used to be ae to click on my touchpad to select a card, then with the card selected I would drag over the battlefield and click again to cast. Now it just drops it back in my hand... please attend to??

mana
I just downloaded the recent update and now I cannot play mana. I can select mana but I cannot play it. Everything else seems to be working properly, but without playing mana I cannot play the game...

Lost connection to server during ranked match
Connection to server was lost during a ranked match, it was not on my side, it was a server issue. my game reconnected to the menu, and my rank didn't change.
I start another ranked match and win it, and instead of ranking up, it acted just as if I lost...
Fix your servers please, you can't just crash me like that and then denying me the next win like wtf???10 votes -
Cant drag cards to play them
Dragging cards to play them does not work. I can play cards if I doubleclick, but man, it is really annoying and it feels very clunky.

Can't play lands
Attempt to play a land, click and drag and hover over the battlefield works correctly, gives me the orange outline, then when I release the land to be played it goes back to my hand. happened two games in a row.

Game loss but the game never loaded
Hello,
I was searching for a game while doing a Premier Draft and the game never loaded, but I was given a game loss. I am playing on the PC client, and after I received the loss, I restarted the application to see if it was just a cosmetic bug, but sure enough, I still had the loss. There was an update today, and this had never happened to me before.
