How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

bug de coût d'une carte
la carte rouge "évaluateur géologique" est affichée au coût de 2 mana rouge + 3 incolores dans le jeu vidéo alors que la carte dans le jeu papier ne coute que 2 mana rouge + 2 incolore.
n'y aurait il pas une erreur ?

Mobile Settings Menu Issue
When pressing the gear icon on the top right corner of your screen to open the settings menu on a mobile device (in my case, Samsung Galaxy a52), there is a chance for your buttons to not be labelled.
The only workaround I can seem to find is to close and reopen the app, which only fixes the bug occasionally.
These occurrences are all at random intervals and seem to have no pattern to them. However, this bug only appears to occur on android devices.

Rank-Up Issue
When playing a ranked Bo3 (Best of 3) game and your opponent disconnects (or loses to the rope burning out thrice), your rank only increases by 1 instead of the 2 it normally would.
I was playing on a Samsung Galaxy A52 at the time of the bug's occurrence, but other individuals are also reporting that this bug is occurring on Windows 10 and other systems.
When checking my rank on a different device than the device than the one that the bug occurred on, my rank showed that it had only increased by 1, meaning that this is not…

Erro de conexão - Caiu duas vezes durante o Draft Rápido com a conexão 100% estável.
Melhorem essa conexão, pelo amor de Deus. Qualquer oscilação na internet ou no servidor de vocês a conexão cai, fica girando a bolinha e nunca mais volta, só reiniciando o jogo. Só que aí, até reiniciar, já perdi duas rodadas, dá vontade de não jogar mais porque é toda hora isso.

issues with Gigantosaurus and Demilich versus Ai in historic timeless format
Gigantosaurus and Demilich (and possibly other cards) can be played versus Ai only in Timeless format, it should be historic. Decks can be played in Historic format versus humans.
I suspect it has to do with these cards being either added by starter decks or having doubles in Alchemy format.

Third quest not loading every 24h at 3AM MDT on iPhone SE2
Every 24 hours the timer for the third quest runs out, and starts over, as pictured here. I did NOT complete this quest in the last hour and 8 minutes, I simply opened the app looking forward to 3 quests and found it had reloaded the timer.

Grinning Ignus still bugged indeed
Another update/patch goes by and there's still no way to see Grinning Ignus fixed (i.e. it still generates 2 colorless 2 red mana as effect of paying 1 red mana and returning it to its owner's hand instead of 2 colorless 1 red mana as stated on the card text) despite multiple reports.

Couldn’t redeem promo codes
Hi,
I am fairly new to MTG Arena and decided to buy some promo codes on MTG card market. Nearly half of them were labelled as ‘invalid’. Could this be due an update or something?

cannot pre-order from the in-game store > featured section
Issue description: You cannot preorder items from the In-game Store -
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Launch the game on Steam
2. Open the store tab > featured section
3. Find a pre-order item in the store (e.g. the "Sorin Pack Bundle") and click
the priceExpected Outcome: Steam window opens
Actual Outcome: Error modal: Store Error Store Purchase Failed UnknownOrdering non-pre-order items works.
Can not order the Sorin Pack Bundle in the Steam installation of MTG Arena. The button that should open the steam window to continue the order does not appear,

shopping
I regularly want to buy multiple items from the shop using real money, but I have to do it in multiple transactions. This has been an inconvenience, not only because the extra time it takes to do multiple transactions, but because my bank sometimes freezes subsequent transactions in an effort to minimize fraud. It would great if there was a shopping cart feature could be added for real-money transactions.

adventure feature does not work
Adventure cards unplayable. In two separate games when I tried to cast cards with Adventure features, the options were un-selectable and then the card would disappear from the screen. The two cards I tried playing were Callous Sell-Sword and Picnic Ruiner. This is playing on a PC.
