How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

bloodthirsty
Read the forums, fix bloodthirsty conquerer and enduring tenacity or similar cards in play if you deal any damage to the opponent, it will start and unstoppable infinite loop. I've faced so many losses and this doesn't feel right. It's exploitive and needs to be fixed. I know, many have already posted this "suggestion" but voting doesn't seem to be enough, here's another for the books.

No opportunity to respond to opponent's actions
In back to back turns, I was given no opportunity to play cards when I should have been able to; first, after playing Kisha Skimmer I couldn't play my Synchronized Charge, and then I wasn't able to respond to an opponent's Sonic Shrieker with my Snakeskin Veil, both of which cost me the game.

No Sideboard in BO3
Playing any format in BO3 on PC through Steam, there is only six cards in my sideboard despite it being filled out to 15 in the deck building screen. I've rebuilt the deck, added and removed different cards. Still, only 6 cards in the sideboard.

Dedicated Dollmaker bug
While playing ranked in high mythic I used Dedicated Dollmaker's ability to make all tokens I control indestructible but my token creature died from combat damage anyways, which costed me the game.

Hexproof error
Playing on latest version of Arena (May 13, 2025). Opponent successfully destroyed a Fervent Champion despite being equipped with Dragonfire Blade, with no effects in play that would remove hexproof.

New Player Quest Bug
My beginner quests are bugged. Friend told me I'm supposed to have blue quests and slowly unlock content and get rewards while doing quests like jump in tokens and quick draft tokens but my quests are bugged and don't exist. I do have a quest marker on Sparky's challenge but I did it multiple times and it didn't progress.

Premier draft match forced exit
I was playing in a premier draft event this evening, at about 10.00 pm Central europe time. There was a "wating for server" message during a match, after which I was forced out of the event. It was counted as a loss for me, but it was definetely not a disconnection on my side, since it was just a few seconds long and then I was forced out of the event. I think I deserve some form of compensation.

Details not displaying on Mac PC
I can see the pictures on the card, but no text. Playing on MacBook Pro - MacOS Ventura
Give us the steps to reproduce the bug -I login, and most of the graphics are blacked out - I attempt to play a round, and only the images appear for both my cards and the opponents. My cards are cut by the bottom of the screen.

Modern Horizons 2 not in set list
Since the last Arena update, Modern Horizons 2 has vanished from the list of sets. It's still in the game and you can search for the cards or find them in the collection list if you don't have it set to show specific sets, but if you select all sets it will not appear in the collection (except for the artifact lands apparently).

Fix the shuffler in draft
It's broken because my opponents rarely seem to draw poorly while I'm stuck drawing poorly every game. Make the shuffler fair by making my opponents draw as poorly as I do.

7 cards sideboard in Bo3 ranked games
Recently I'm having this issue in Timeless Bo3 Ranked games in which I can only sideboard 7 cards. I have checked that the decks have been defined as Traditional Timeless in the deck editor tab.

Unable to Login Authentication failed
I haven't been able to login on four different devices (2 PCs, Anroid, IOS) for two days already. Please help, I cannot play.

Missing ALL card text and ALL numbers
I’m using iOS and since the last update I’m unable to see any text like card names nor am I able to see anything that has to do with numbers anywhere in the game.

Loading Time / not loading on mobile phone
since the last update a few days ago the loading time increased dramatical or it does not load at all. I lost several games because I couldn't do anything because of loading time in the game (and lost rank because of it). Also going into the shop causes a loading time of minutes. It is not possible using the game with mobile phone at the moment.

companion decklist bug
I'm playing uw control with kaheera as companion. After clicking the "apply styles" button a second kaheera appeared on my sideboard but the count of cards is still at 15. It's probably not counting the companion for some reason as a sideboard card.
I tried to enter the pioneer showcase event with this deck and due to this bug I don't have a sideboard but only the 6 first cards. That's a huge waste of my gold because I can't be competitive without a sideboard.

Please review shuffler
What is up with the shuffler, i drop my land count to 15 or 14 in draft now cause of how bad it is- seriously, if you see a hand with 3/4 lands and keep i guarantee you will want to play hyper conservative cause your first 4-6 draws will be lands only-- i feel like im going nuts, i know i am

log bug
before downloading screen i see that authentification was failed because of timeout

Unable to use an instant even though I had the mana available.
I had a white instant from the most recent set that cost 1W to cast that did 5 points of damage to an attacking or blocking creature and if I showed a Dragon I would gain two life. Twice during my match I wasn't given the option to play them and it lost me the match.
