How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

damage was incorrectly assigned
During a premier draft I had a High Fae Trickster on the battlefield and had 7 Life. My opponent had a 9/12 trampler. I flashed in a 5/5 creature and blocked. Should have resulted in me taking 4 damage, but instead I took 8 damage and lost the game. This has to be a bug, right?

1勝2敗で迎えた4戦目、対戦相手が投了し、勝利と表示されたあと2勝になっていたが同時に3敗になりゲームを続けられなくなった。ver.2024.43.10.7194.1104357

Shuffle
I know multiple people have posted about shuffling, but something needs to be done. Multiple games I get the same cards in triplet with my first couple of turns. In real life, I six way shuffle, insuring that my deck is split properly. I’m losing games because I can’t get a decent draw, I’ve even mulliganed to nothing and still draw bad. It’s even worse when you play a paid tournament.

BUG: Kaito, Bane of Nightmares + Tishana's Tidebinder
Kaito, Bane of Nightmares is hit with Tishana's Tidebinder after using a Loyalty ability while a creature on it's controller's turn. Appropriately, he lost all abilities including the card displaying a greyed out version of the text that states "Kaito is a creature during its controller's turn."
Despite this, Kaito became a creature on my opponent's next turn despite still being Tidebinded by the Tishana's Tidebinder.
Based on the rules, if Kaito loses all abilities, this will include the static text that states that Kaito is a creature during its controller's turn.

Cheating
I am sick and tired of playing employees of the company and the cheating they do to make sure you lose, it isn't and algo problem its an employee problem and they should not be allowed to play against non employees. Its pathetic that you are not transparent about the matches and allow the players to view what transpired so as to become better players, but thats not what you want, you want money that is all. I just posted about this problem earlier on several other complaints and what do the employees do in response make sure I played…

Unable to link Google account
I have had a problem since I requested to change my account's email address, as I cannot link my Google account to MTG Arena, as it appears that it is "stuck" to the previous email address, which I cannot unlink, as I no longer have access to that account.

wont stay in full screen
So the game will not stay in full screen. I have a 49inch lg oled.. its always worked fine in the past. But now it starts in a window at a lower res. I go into setting and make it full screen again but when the game changes scenes it reverts back into a lower res window.. please help

Stop rigging matches
You just rigged a match against me, I was playing against a high cost deck, they needed at least 6 lands, what does MTG do, makes sure both games I have 6 lands to match what the other player needed. My whole deck is basically one drops, I didn't draw any of my 6 draw spells, any of my 6 counter spells or any of my 6 protection spells, what did I draw only creatures of which there are 20. I have 20 lands in the deck, yall had me out here with 8 ******* lands both games. I drew…

Infinite Loop Combos
Please add a section to report and Ban in every format all the cards combinations that can lead to trigger infinite loops between permanents with a consequent uncounterable instant victory/loss, Thanks

The shufller isn't broken, wizards is just stealing from us.
this shuffler isn't broken, it's working by design. absolutely wrecking me every time i draft well. I'm never feeling like i'm playing against my opponent anymore, it's more just me against the shuffler. really surreal feeling of playing a rigged game lately.

Can't Login/ Authentication Failed
Can't login, it says authentication has failed. I was able to get logged in twice, but once I created a Sealed Foundations Event Deck (2000 gems) it would not let me save the deck. It would kick me out and say that I can't connect.

When I open Arena, it opens to a black screen that reads "Unable to Login. Authentication failed for kodama-llama: An exception occurred"
I have tried logging out and logging in and uninstalling and reinstalling to fix the issue, but neither works.

Kaito, Bane of Nightmares turns into a creature w/Imprisoned in the Moon
Kaito, Bane of Nightmares continues to turn into a creature during its controllers turns, despite the fact that Imprisoned in the Moon states that he loses all other abilities

Opening hand card glitch
During my game 2 I was missing a card in my opening hand and instead it was a blank space in the middle of my hand. On game 3 my shrine to nyx bugged out when trying to play it. It was hard to select in the user interface as it was spazzing out. I eventually was able to play it but the card had a visual glitch where the border of the card looked like the sleave of my opponent's deck. Banning Hare Apparent or token abusers
Ban Hare Apparent or cards that do crazy things with tokens. Baylen the Haymaker and other such cards just allow one player to basically play solitaire while the other player is forced to sit unless they want to concede the match.

Removed from Match mid-game, resulting in loss
Today I entered a draft on windows client through steam. After playing one match without issue, my game began acting up. Mid-way through my second match, I was returned to the main menu and exited from the match. My client did not crash and no attempt was made by the client to reestablish connection with the match. The result of the match was a loss. The loss was inputted immediately upon being removed from the match. For all intensive purposes, the client acted as if I conceded the match. Translation issue on Phylath, World Sculptor
In french, the translation of the landfall effect of "Phylath, world sculptor" is wrong ; it says "mettez UN marqueur +1/+1" which means "put ONE +1/+1 counter" instead of four counters which is the real effect. Had to search online why my opponent's tokens were getting so strong so fast lol
