How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Flash Bug?
Why can I not cast a flash based card in response to my opponent's spell? There was no other card on field with flash , and I had the correct amount and type of mana. Can you please fix this game, inbetween random crashes, and all other sort of ****, this is why I would never recommend or spend any money on this "game" in it's current state, probably lose some friends over this if I did.

Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.

Android Black Screen
Since yesterday's update I am unable to launch Arena on my Android phone. It worked fine Tuesday and no longer works. On launching the app I am stuck at a black screen. I tried fully uninstalling/reinstalling the app. After reinstalling, I was able to log in, but then it just got stuck on the black screen again.

MTGアリーナ 不正プログラム
MTGアリーナは運営によって不正操作されています。
特定のアカウントは１年以上狙い撃ちにされ、現実離れした引き運で
勝てる訳が無い状態まで追いやられます。
どのぐらい露骨な不正操作か分かりやすく数字で出しますが、
100試合やって、対戦相手の土地事故回数は「2」回、
こちらは土地26枚で「86回」でした。
信じられないかも知れませんが、本当です。
また、マッチングも操作されますので、やる価値がありません。
ゲーム開始時点で勝敗が決まっているのです。
このゲームが何のために存在しているのかすら疑問ですし、
サポートも運営同様、役立たずの無能です。
最近のウィザーズは本当に堕ちるところまで堕ちたと感じますが、
こんな詐欺まがいな事まで始めたらもう終わりです。
世界選手権等の配信されるゲームでドラマチックな引きを見せ、
いかにも魅力的に映るようにしたいのでしょうし、
課金の度合いで勝敗を決めて訴訟問題も回避したいのでしょう。
結果、MTGアリーナは絶対にやらない方が良いです。
一度不正操作されたら二度と元に戻りません。時間の無駄です。28 votes -
Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

matchmaking
Matchmaking in Ranked mode constantly pairs you several tiers above where you are currently playing; I'm playing on Platinum tier 4 yet I am constantly paired up against Diamond tier players. Like I get it if I've ranked up that far consistently but I have literally made it to diamond one time... I'm an okay player but this just makes getting a couple wins to get rewards take hours and ultimately not rewarding or fun.

Stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest screen
Tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Playing on Pixel 4A. Never encountered this before but it seems many others have on Macs.- Start game
- Android - Pixel 4A phone
- Stuck on the initial "Retrieving Asset Manifest" screen for a very long time until it says "Error Updating Data, Please check your connection and try again". ( I was able to download other things with this same connection, on the same device)

I just lost an entire turn and then the game to an exploit in your turn timer coding my opponent abused. He cast Soul Warden x2 then Scurry
I just lost a game because my opponent used an exploit to skip my turn.
He cast [[Heliod, Sun-Crowned]] on turn 3, then on turn 5 he cast two [[Soul Warden]]s followed by a [[Scurry Oak]] then he was able to queue up enough animations that I did not get to take my turn and the following turn he was able to attack freely

Daily quest

Weekly quest is not resetting/not receiving 3 quest. On Sunday, normally I should see 3 new daily quest (when prior quests were completed), but instead I only been getting one new quest. This started happening about 2-3 weeks ago.33 votes -
Turn Skipped due to Opponent's aniamtions
Hi,
My turn was skipped while playing against the Heliod/Scurry Oak infinite combo deck. My opponent is playing each turn to maximize the number of squirrels created without taking steps to winning the game, just running out their time and somehow also skipping my turn because. I have not conceded due to having outs, but if my opponent just keeps timing out, I cannot play. My only complaint here is that my turn should not be skipped sue to my opponent's actions.

My initial starting hand in every game is inconsistent and I think the deck shuffling and hand dealing is unrealistic.
I have 25 creatures in my deck, only 21 noncreature spells and 29 land. Every game I have played lately I am always getting like 3-4 noncreature spells and only 1-2 or sometimes 0 creatures in my initial hand. I am also hardly seeing creatures in my initial hand that I have 4 of in my deck but am always seeing noncreature spells that I only have 1-3 of and am getting duplicates or multiples of those spells in my opening hand. It just seems very unrealistic and inconsistent (the shuffling mechanism isn't randomising enough perhaps?) It is just very…

Brawl and Historic Brawl are broken and noone pays attention
Historic Brawl and Brawl is supposedly a fun format that you get to play your retired cards, but also find home for all this otherwise junk cards that you open in boosters. This is not true, however. Due to the nature of 1v1, rather than multiplayer, everyone plays the most efficient and not the cards "to experiment". Commanders (like Kinnan, Niv-Mizzet) are incredibly OP. The algorithm cares for the commander and not the deck built. Summary, there is no room for casual games, as everyone plays hyper-efficient cards. Endless Loop turn timer interaction
1 - Endless loop by opponent using Heliod Sun crowned, Soul warden and Scurry Oak. I had 2 soul wardens and a Trelasarra Moon Dancer. So when opponent looped, it would double for me. No matter how fast i clicked done for the Trelasarra proc, it was using my turn and extra time counter, not the opponents, despite the action being his.
