How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Connection with Server

    It said I lost connection with server on opponent's turn while I was in a draft match. I was in a good board position with card advantage. First time this ever happens to me in any match. Received a loss. My connection was fine the entire time.

  4. Single click while drafting automatically takes the card instead of reserving it

    Whiled drafting, a single left click on a card will normally reserve the card. At least 3 times now I have clicked on a card and it is automatically taken instead of being reserved.

  5. draft deck missing

    In a Premier Ikoria draft the draft deck went missing after the deck building. Where the deck usually is, there is nothing at all and the choice of "edit deck" is not available, just the "play" choice so it's impossible to rebuild the deck or make any changes what so ever. This has happened once before but I've played several drafts in between without this problem occurring.

  6. Card stuck to mouse pointer during Draft

    So... i paid to play a draft, and i missed one card pick because a card got stuck on my mouse pointer, very frustrating

  7. no mastery experience for daily wins

    After the update today, I'm not receiving mastery experience for daily wins. I got wins 9-14 and the whole time my mastery tree was sitting at 975/1000 xp and never went up after the wins.

  8. Unable to sideboard, "Done" has no effect, game continues after timeout

    Unable to sideboard. "Done" button does nothing. Deck contains no cards. Timer freezes. Can switch to battlefield with "View Battlefield".

    In sideboarding view program variable names appear like "Username1" " LongUserName" and under deck name "{currentQuantity}/{expectedQuantity}"

  9. Unable to sideboard or rejoin game

    I tried to concede from game 1 from the Std Metagame Challenge, and when I tried to click settings I missed and closed the window, closing the client. When I reloaded the client, the game was still active and so I conceded the game as normal. However, I was unable to see my deck (only my sideboard), or confirm any deck configuration, instead seeing the screen as shown in my file. I couldn't rejoin the game after multiple attempts, and could only concede from the settings.

  10. i cant side board cards

    during the metagame challenge event, the side board screen did not show the cards and I was unable to exchange cards from the deck with the side.

  11. "Unable to complete draft pick" bug in premier draft

    During a premier draft today I experienced a bug. After a pick (some time in the middle of the second pack IIRC) the new selection of cards briefly disappeared and then reappeared. After picking again, I got an error message along the lines of "Unable to complete draft pick" and then the screen went black. I had to restart the MTGA client to continue with the draft and missed a pick or two. I have attached a log file if it's any use.

  12. Stuck at waiting for server

    Whenever I try to login using my account, the launcher will go through preparing assets then it will give me an orange spinning ring that says waiting for server.

    My Husband also has MTGA so I had him see if his game works, it does. his works fine on his computer. Except if i try to login on his computer it prepares assets then gets stuck at waiting for server again.

    I spent 3 days going back and forth with tech support, changing settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, using different internet connections. They checked to make sure I don't have any bans…

  13. skipping phases of the game when it shouldnt

    take a look at my log. the game completely skipped my last phase after combat even though my planeswalker can still use an ability to kill his card he just flashed in.

  14. counters not working on creatures.

    it happened twice already to me and cost me both matches. my essence scatter countering broodmother. it will asked are you sure? when you click yes the spell will still resolve. same with another spell i countered it ask me if im sure i want to counter then the spell resolve. it also happened with my frilled mystic. please address this bug it cost me more matches today. should,ve been mythic now if those spells didn't bug.

  15. Connection issues during draft games

    In the last two days i lost 3 draft games due to connection issues.
    Once the game froze as soon as i hit the "play" button and i found an opponent.
    Another time my opponent went for a double block, i pressed pass to damage and the game froze.
    Another time the game crashed during sideboarding.
    I feel like i should have one draft refunded, since 3 games equals a draft, but i even more hope that you manage to solve these issues.
    Hope those log files can help, even though i don't know if they are accurate.

  16. Unable to save selection for default card style from collection screen

    Reproduction steps:
    1) Click on Decks > Collection to browse cards
    2) Click on a card with a custom style displayed
    3) Choose the normal card style and click Select
    4) Chosen style displays in collection
    5) Close collection screen and go back to Home screen
    6) Return to collection screen and navigate to the same card

    Expected behavior: card remembers the style selected previously
    Actual behavior: custom style is still displayed

    Note: this is particularly inconvenient for Draft because the custom styles display in packs and cannot be disabled there.

  17. auto skipping main phase issue

    so I am on my main phase, with a Goblin Electromancer on field. i am about to cast my 3rd instant/sorcery this turn for Phoenix in my graveyard trigger, i still have one drop of mana, discover cost 2 but with decrease from Goblin Electromancer i should be able to cast it. however it auto skipped my main phase to battle phase that i missed the trigger timing for phoenix.
    log attached. please help.

  18. Can't Sideboard

    Sideboarding with Keruga has no effect.

    Btw games 1 and 2, and 2 and 3, I switch cards btw my sideboard and main deck like normal. Cards I sideboarded out get drawn, cards I sided in are never seen. This is happening in ranked and in traditional standard events.
