How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Mythic Card not awarded

    Mythic Card upon reaching Lvl 56 was not awarded.

    I think this also happened the previous steps where a Mythic Card should have been awarded but I did not pay attention closely enough. Now at Lvl 56 it definitely was not awarded

  2. Vito, Thorn of The Dusk Rose + Exquisite Blood

    Vito, Thorn of The Dusk Rose + Exquisite Blood causes infinite loop when opponent loses life or I gain life. In a real game I would win unless the opponent can do something to respond. But in Arena it can trigger infinite loop clause that results in draw.

    Please add a simple if-statement to your clause; if enemy is losing health during any loop like this to prevent the infinite loop clause from activating, because in cases like this it shouldn't result as draw.

  4. Too many mirror matching in Play Mode

    I know this is how Play Mode was designed, matching up similar rarity decks to prevent mature players taking advantages on new players. But no one likes mirror match up all the time. Could you cluster decks with their similarity? If a player meets a deck in Cluster A, then lower the possibility of Cluster A when he plays the next game.

  5. Missing Mastery Path Mythic Card Rewards

    I do not receive any of the promised Mythic Card rewards when I complete the Mastery pass levels. This happened for level 29, 39, 49, and 56 (my current level). Please fix and provide the cards to my account.

  6. Black screen on match start

    While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
    The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
    Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game

  7. Niv mizzet + curiosity circumvents rules on infinite loops

    As I understand it Niv Mizzet and curiosity results in infinite combo where no interaction is possible, is this not against the rules. It should result in a draw not in a win for its use.

    If this isn't the case why is the Vito + Exquisite blood combo not allowed.

    please fix the mac client asap, game crashes constantly upon taking the first action after start up. and also please give us full screen support. honestly it's embarrassing how bad this client performs

  9. The Ozolith

    During gameplay on my turn before combat, although The Ozolith text reads "you may move all counters," I could not pass and the game was forcing me to click an opponents creature vice just passing on the option to remove counters. I was forced to use all timeouts, so the bug needs to be fixed.

  11. Treasure Token Priority

    Treasure token does not hold priority when creatures with cost reduction were in play (i.e. Goblin Warchief)

    The game state was 5 lands, 1 treasure token.
    Played Goblin Warchief (1C2R) --> Goblin Chieftain (2R) with Goblin Instigator (1R) in hand.

    The game skipped to attackers after chieftain was played and skipped my ability to play instigator.

  12. Mastery Pass Mythic Card Reward Missing

    I've purchased a mastery pass this time around and when i've reached level 39 to receive my mythic card reward all i saw was the uncommon "Cauldron Familiar", and im not sure if that was from the daily reward or not.
    Either way im unsure if i got the mythic card and if thats the case what can i do about it?

  13. Can't Gain Rank in Traditional

    This is game breaking to me. I can't get to mythic because I can't play traditional and Bo1 ranked plays you against similar matchups.

    I just won 2-0 in traditional and I didn't gain two, let alone one, rank. Currently at Diamond 3.2.

  16. Import Deck Problem

    When I try to import a new deck, a receive an error stating that the string is empty, but i've just clicked on the import button, without selecting anything else.

  18. Double strike broken

    I blocked a double strike creature with a deathtouch creature. Toughness survived first strike, then did not kill the double strike creature when normal damage was applied. Will not purchase until resolved.

  20. Game freezing during draft

    My game froze during my round of M21 quick draft.

    I was at 4w, 2l yesterday.
    Today I logged in, played the workshop event without any problem then I went to continue the draft event.
    Game froze and I was force to pass my turn 3.
    Turn 4 was heading the same way, so I closed the client and restarted it. After the restart, I was able to play but I could not catch on the tempo loss
