How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Zoomed in cards and Extra +1/+1 counters

    During a game of commander I encountered no having my cards and counters displayed correctly. I have no idea what happened.

  2. Munitions token damage

    I recently sacrificed enough munitions tokens created by Weapons Manufacturing by casting Rottenmouth Viper to deal damage to a creature that had protection from white. For some reason this damage was prevented even though munitions tokens are colorless.

  3. Numberpad Enter key on pc does not work

    Currently enter button on pc arena does not work. The enter in the middle works but not the numerpad enter bar. Please fix this bug or make it so we can change keybindings.

    App Crashes anytime I go to Deck, goto to Play, or start any match.

  6. Unable to play a land nor interact during opponents turn. 

    1. ZERO clue on reproduction. my hand was weftstlaker ardent some lands,eslpeth storm slayer, flash was sunpearl kirin.  on the field there was weftstalker ardent

    2.   PC

    3.  During a match. Played lands for 3 turns as normal. once turn was sent to opponent on 3rd or fourth turn. I was unable to play the flash in my hand. Nor was even given glowing highlight on the card. Auto stops giving me a chance to play did happen but i could not interact in any way. only clicking on my glowing  lands turned them from orange to blue and back but did nothing

  7. Tried to play a land with Glarb and it went to the graveyard.

    Android

    I believe it was turn 4 or 5.
    I played Glarb and the top card of my library was a land with a blue outline. I attempted to play the land and it went to my graveyard.

  9. Game instantly crashed when "Knight of the Ebon Legion" or "Heliod, Sun Crowned" add a counter.

  10. I played tamiyo and then played treasure cruise the same turn. Tamiyo should flip as treasure cruise draws three cards. Tamiyo did not flip

  11. The One Ring problem

    On arena cube when i play sheoldred and one ring the game doesnt gave me prio on my upkeep to answer the trigger of lose life from one ring and i lose the game. This happend twice

  12. Travelling chocobo lands

    I was playing midweek magic on Android. When I had travelling chocobo in play and lands on top of my library, I could see the land but not play it. This hasn't been an issue when playing the card before.

  14. Kicked after mulligans.

    I joined a match and was kicked after resolving mulligans and was forced to download 81mb of something before I could rejoin. This delay caused me to lose my match as I missed out on my leyline and lost my turn 1 advantage.
    I'm not sure how to reproduce this because I was on a stable wifi connection and everything. I was playing on Android.

  15. Queue or slot patience?

    I wonder which teaches more patience: a line in a supermarket or a slot with a bonus round that never starts? Is there anything more dynamic?

  16. No card playable with Wish in a Lurrus deck

    I am playing Wish in a Lurrus BO1 deck, Lurrus companion allows for permanents with CMC > 3 in the sideboard.
    I have 6 more cards in my sideboard with Lurrus, so it should be possible to play any card from the sideboard with Wish.
    If I have any permanent with CMC > 3 in the sideboard I cannot play any card, I cast Wish, sideboard cards are shown without the scroll bar at the bottom, battlefield does not get dark and I cannot select any card to play.
    No issues if all cards in the sideboard…

  18. B&R failed announcement?

    So you have the 9 February ban announcement which was for Historic:
    https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/announcements/banned-and-restricted-february-9-2026

    However 2 new cards were added 18 February, with no announcement.

    Care to be more exacting and talk about bans before they happen. It wasn’t that long ago the savage community brought their torches to burn down the Rules Committee. Who knows what could happen.

  19. Disconnect when swapping tabs / turn off screen

    Every time you turn off your phone screen or switch to another tab, arena disconnects from your game. If you pull the tab back up, it'll be on the home screen and doesn't show to game in progress. You can restart the app to maybe connect, but it takes forever and is very unreliable. Please fix this, it's basic functionality and this big has been here for years already

  20. 防衛反応

    防衛反応を一枚手札にある状態で自分の場に白一マナとクリーチャー２体アンタップでいて、相手のターンの攻撃時に
    使おうとしたらインスタントタイミングで止まらずにそのまま攻撃解決のフェイズまで移行してしまった。
    手札のあった防衛反応が使えずそれで負けてしまった、補償をお願いしたい。
