How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. launch

    game does not launch. black screen, "an error has occurred" that's it. it was working yesterday. broken on 3 different devices on different connections

  3. Inability to take actions at appropriate time

    Game doesn't permit taking of actions at appropriate times, even under full control.

    For example, I have a land that can cause damage to myself. I have an Essence Cleric in play. If I take damage, Essence Cleric becomes flying. After declaration of combat/attackers by the opponent, I should (prior to choosing blockers) have the option to tap the land, take the damage for drawing the mana, thus triggering the Essence Cleric to become a flyer, thus allowing a block against a flyer.

    Futher, this is a wider problem with taking action after attackers are declared.

  4. Portion of the screen is cutoff in fullscreen mode on a mac computer.

    When you go to fullscreen mode on an apple computer, a potion of the screen is cutoff and you cannot read the text of cards. This happens in and out of a match.

  5. Retry connection

    The app try to load, but after a moment I have the screen on attached picture. If you retry, it just repeat the same loading and failure page. No pb detected neither on my account nor on my wifi connection.

  7. Can’t read cards

    Can’t read card titles, life total, or anything but the text on the card. It’s just that. Everything else is greyed out. Makes the game practically unplayable.

  8. Ecran Noir aprés le lancement du jeu

    Bonjour,

    Lorsque je démarre le jeu il m'indique qu'il est en attente du serveur puis après un écran noir arrive et il m'est impossible de voire l'interface .Ensuite le jeu me dit qu'il ne répond pas. impossible de joué par conséquence.

  10. BUG: White header in Arena client on Windows 11

    v 2025.45.10.7891.1121608

    White boxes appeared around objects in header in area client after winning a match in historic metagame challenge.

    Date: Fri Feb 21st

    I remember this bug randomly appeared before as well, but very rare.

    The header issue seems to persist until the client is restarted.

  11. Recommended Achievements

    While it is nice to get recommendations for what achievements are closer to completion and could be pursuit for that, it makes no sense to have all three tiers of the SAME achievement recommended. For example, if I have not completed the Vanquish the Week I achievement, why are Vanquish the Week II and III recommended alongside it? This takes up three slots where one would suffice. It would be better to just recommend the lowest uncompleted tier and use the other two slots for other achievements where progress is being made.

  12. Companion inaccessibility

    Using IOS from Mobile devise, when attempting to access the Companion screen from profile, it reverts back to profile screen and access to companion list is impossible. Same is true when I try to access companion page via individual decks, so absolute denial of companion list or ability to change companions.

  13. Press Play button multiple times

    1) Press the Play button (the last press before queueing into a game) multiple times.
    2) Get 1 or more error messages
    BONUS) one time a got an error and then a black screen (not sure if the black screen is related)

    Should be easy to reproduce:

  17. Modern Horizons 2 not in set list

    Since the last Arena update, Modern Horizons 2 has vanished from the list of sets. It's still in the game and you can search for the cards or find them in the collection list if you don't have it set to show specific sets, but if you select all sets it will not appear in the collection (except for the artifact lands apparently).

  19. Death and Power Achievement display broken

    The display/count of the Death and Power Achievement is broken. I was at about 200/250 last I looked, and now it says 0/250 (but it also says "Getting there!", which sounds more like it). I have a Zombie tribal deck that I've played several times to try to advance this achievement, so I definitely know that my count should be well above 0.

  20. Game keeps freezing

    For the past 3 weeks I have been having issues with the game freezing. At first it was only when I went to view new packs I had won. The screen would go blank and do nothing, despite waiting several minutes on several occasions. I was still able to play games, just not open packs.
    Now it has deteriorated. Sometimes I cannot open the app at all, it freezes on waiting for server, other times it opens but again when I go to Packs it freezes. Currently I am unable to play at all.
