Card in my draft deck was not supposed to be there
I had a Rufus shinra in my draft deck before my first game. I decided to sideboard it out and play another card instead (tifas limit break). Then, during the game, i drew Rufus shinra. When i went to check the deck afterwards it said Rufus shinra wasn't in the deck, it was the same deck i built. So why did I draw it in game???
Not to mention the multiple times ive lost due to game crashes and auto resets on mobile. This has cost me hundreds of dollars all up!

Bug Sorcery Spell Stuck on Stack and Did Not Resolve
Hi,
I encountered a bug while playing MTG Arena. During my main phase, I cast a sorcery spell, and it went onto the stack as expected. However, the spell never resolved — the game simply proceeded to my opponent’s turn with the spell still stuck on the stack. It remained there and had no effect on the game.
This disrupted the flow of the match, and I believe it may have affected the outcome.

game win resulted as loss
Game win entered as loss during Arena Direct Final Fantasy Play Booster event. After winning my fourth game in the event it was recorded as both a win and a loss and having already had one loss this ended the event, which is extremely frustrating as I was doing well and had paid 8,000 gems for this event. I would like at least a partial refund especially since the entry cost is so high for these events.

Remove Alchemy from Cube
I'm tired of you ruining cube with Alchemy cards. I DON'T KNOW THESE CARDS. I CAN'T PLAY AROUND THE MOST BUSTED CARDS IN THE CUBE BECAUSE THEY'RE FAKE CARDS THAT I DON'T WANT TO PLAY WITH. Cube used to be my literal favorite format on Arena, but you've ruined good real cards with Alchemy "balancing" while introducing clownshoes Alchemy mechanics and cards that were apparently designed by a 10 year old for all the restraint they show. So much for "restrictions breed creativity." WotC design is dominated feckless children.

Locked out of limited
In a recent FF premium draft, I reached 7 wins, then was essentially locked out of the event. The ‘claim’ button changed to a ‘home’ button, so I can’t claim, play or resign, meaning that I can’t play premium draft anymore. Would really appreciate a fix.

ther server lost coneection yesterday and today during a game in draft premier and counting like a lost, need a refund now is 2 times that happened the same. look to my log.

No Pre-release packs on Arena for FIN Pre-releases
Hey, went to two FIN Pre-release's. Input my wizards email associated with my account. Was assured by the store MTG event staff that I would be getting packs online or something to that effect.
But haven't received any. It's been a long while. And I'm really upset about it.
FF is the reason I came in here again after so long. And the new player experience isn't very friendly at all (as far as online mediums are used).

Omniscience draft not functioning properly.
Omniscience draft omniscience does not interact as a normal omniscience would….
There is no option to play a spell for it’s normal mana cost instead of zero, and this has led to situations where I play a spell with a cost of x, while having mana available, but it replaces it with omniscience automatically casting for 0. Makes several cards worthless, and I have lost at least one game due to this.
For instance, having two treasures and the five mana from the event, when casting a genesis wave, it automatically cast for zero instead of allowing me to cast…

Losing matches in Quick Draft without finding a match
During Quick Drafts it has been giving me extra losses due to dc’s and not being able to connect to a game. I can understand connectivity issues sometimes being the issue although in my case it has been not finding a match and the result oof that causing me to gain extra losses to my draft record

additional lose count during draft
As I lose a draft game, I found the system counted as two loses, in the "quick draft outlaws of thunder junction". I'm not sure if this is the strategy to force players buy more gems or what. If not, please fix the problem asap

Disconnected Mid-match
- Be in a match. Lose connection even momentarily
- iOS
- Get kicked out of the match. Sometimes restarting the client enables me to reconnect. Other times it does not.
- Not get kicked out in the first place or at the very least make it easy to reconnect.
- Not much to show. It brings me back to the match screen and only records it as a loss later.
- As mentioned, sometimes closing the game and reopening it allows me to reconnect.
All in all, a very frustrating experience. Makes me not want to play the game at home.

Golbez bugged
I'm playing a draft deck with Golbez, Crystal Collector. Arena seems to be bugged and missed his end step trigger twice when I had 4 treasure tokens on board and plenty of creatures in my graveyard. The trigger happened once early in the game, but seems to have been skipped over the following two times. Treasure tokens were from Sidequest: Hunt the Mark if it makes any difference.
I did not lose the game, but would have been extremely frustrated if I had.1 vote
