How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback

Color challenge freeze
In the color challenge event. Viewing the selected deck and then hitting the back button causes a hang on the “waiting for server” screen. The only solution is to force quit and restart the app. This happens consistently with every color deck. Leaving the page by selecting from the menu in the top bar however does not cause a hang. Only the back button.

Does the time it takes to create an account on betting sites play a decisive role in your decision to register or not?

Brawl challenge should be using ATLA but hasn't been updated and still only allows Final Fantasy Commanders.
The current brawl challenge wasn't updated to use commanders from the ATLA set, it's still referencing final fantasy commanders. Can we please fix that when there is a chance? Thanks! :)

Midweek madness not using most recent release (12/16/2025)
Issue: midweek madness brawl builder’s challenge not using most recent release’s commanders
Steps to repro:
1) select mwm from play menu and click play
2) click + on choose your deck
3) click + on my decks screen
4) filter results to Avatar: the last airbender
5) click okExpected results:

Stop forcing seeded pack sealed events in Bo1
Seeded sealed packs don't allow players to fully experience the format and can lead to extreme feel bad moments. It is not uncommon to choose a theme in seeded sealed and then have the rest of your pool not cooperate with your choice. When this happens it feels like you're at a significant disadvantage because you're building with only 4 or 5 packs, while your opponents are functionally building with 7 or 8 packs. (Assuming a seeded pack is worth about 2 packs)

Jump In deck not giving proper contents
Lorwyn Jump-In not giving the proper contents. Elves Vivid gives you only 3 forests and an Overgrown Tomb for a primarily green deck, and 3 plains when no white pips are present. Almost impossible to win.

Midweek Magic: Jump In! Landbase
The Elves Blighted combination runs 4 Mountains, with no red pips on any of the cards. There are also 4 Plains when only a single card has white, and it is {W/B} hybrid. There are so many games where I just can't play any of my cards because I have unusable red and white mana.

MWM Jump In unplayable deck
I picked pack 1 elementals, pack 2 vivid, now I have an unplayable mess with 4 plains and no white spells that struggles to cast anything because of the heavy color requirements with such bad mana. It has 1 dual land, and that's it. 4 "colorless" plains in a 17 land deck. Please let us change the manabase of jump in decks or at least be mindful of this when building your halfdecks. Or just don't offer multicolored packs if the mana is not going to work.

matchmaking
The starter deck duel matchmaking is bad, real bad. I lost 30 to 40 games in a row. Yet I keep getting matched against high-skill players. I am horrible at the game, so I need to be matched with others who are bad at the game as well. Fix it now

Tired of Historic Brawl matchmaking
Dear WOTC,
I'm really tired of the matchmaking in Historic Brawl. Out of the last 30 games I have played using Glarb, Calamity's Augur as my commander, I have been matched about 15 times against Ajani, Nacatl Pariah, 5 against Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer, 5 against Rusko and 5 against Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student. All of those "commanders" are banned as commander in Duel Commander and or are Alchemy Garbage. If you aren't going to actually maintain a healthy ban list for the format and separate alchemy from it, I'm quitting it completely. Most of the time I end up rolling my…

Lorwyn Jump in „elves blight“ deck gives you 4 mountain lands, but you don‘t have any mountain spells (creatures, instants, sorcerys etc.) in the deck.

Game not rewarding packs and tokens it promises
The game says you get 3 packs + gems for winning 1 game, then 3 packs plus gems for game 2-7 but no matter how much you win it only rewards you the last milestone. Please can i get a refund or be awarded the missing packs/Gems?

Pick 2 Draft TMNT only let me play 2 of 3 games
After completing my second game in the Pick 2 Draft for TMNT, it didn't let me play the 3rd game. Only option was to pay and start a new draft! I did get a reward, but it could have been a better reward if I won my 3rd game.

Can't claim draft prize - draft locked
I finished a pick-two draft 4-1, but instead of "claim" button i have "home" button. I didn t get my prize for 4 wins, instead got returned to main menu. I restarted the app. Then my win count reset to 0 from 4, and i still have to "home" button in place of "claim" button and get claim my prize or start a new draft

Powered Cube Prizing Inaccurate
The prizing for Powered Cube Traditional Draft is issuing a different number of packs than indicated on the event information inside Arena. Hovering over the prizing for 3 wins, it states "Reward: 2,500 gems & 3 Cube Prize Packs & 2 Packs". However, the actual prizing issued for 3 wins was 2,500 gems, TWO Cube Prize Packs, and THREE Packs. This means everyone going 3-0 had been issued a regular pack instead of a Cube Prize Pack as shown on the event page within Arena.

Midweek Magic Achievement Stuck
The Midweek Magic Achievement is stuck at 48/52.
Last week I checked between games and it was not moving up. I thought maybe once the event is over all 3 will be counted at once but no.
This week, I've checked prior to the games, did my 3 Standard Pauper wins and it's still stuck at 48/52.

Android client not rendering text
I bought a premier draft, and could not read types or stat lines. The draft was unplayable. I've waited for an update so i could try the mystery deck i built, but that doesn't seem to be coming

estava jogando um draft, e logo no inicio da partida, no primeiro turno do meu oponente que era o primeiro a jogar, uma carta do meu deck foi para o grave, sem nem ter começado o jogo, e durante o turno do oponente. ele passou o turno, eu baixei minha primeira land, e quando passei o turno para o mesmo, uma carta foi descartada da minha mao (???), eu tinha 7 na mão neste momento, nao tinha usado nenhuma magica nem nada. como se não bastasse, após isso, não consegui conceder a partida, tive que fechar o programa direto. “Missing” daily challenge
Hello, I would like to request information regarding the daily refresh of the three “daily challenges.” For the past few days I have noticed that one daily challenge is marked as completed at a time when I was not playing.
Since I use only one device and I have not received any login emails from other devices, I would like to ask you to check my account regarding the completion of the daily challenges.
As they were not completed from my device, I assume that either there is a bug or they were completed from other devices that do not…
