How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Matches against same level decks
You need to look at match ups better. I've been told matches are based on your decks ability, yet I constantly come up against the most stupid meta decks with my real life ones. Either than, or the same stupid default ones you've made that so I'm playing against the same 5 cards each time.
Either look to make a better bot, input a mode where people can't just spam meta decks, make it so you can exclude certain cards from matches (both for you and opponent) or improve deck match ups because this is just stupid.

I’ve been playing since 1997. What you’re doing with our money in Magic Arena is beyond disrespectful — it’s outrageous.
Why the **** should I buy cards when you blatantly manipulate gameplay by mirroring decks with the opponent?
What’s the point of building unique decks if you just shove the meta right back in our faces?
Why spend a single dollar on a game where the system rigs matchups to ********* over?
Why pay for cards I can’t even use the way I want?
Is this supposed to be Magic?
Just be honest and make fixed meta formats already —…

Game Issues with card abilities not working properly
Using certain cards that stops monster abilities from working/activating doesn’t work at all. Also a suggestion for bringing MTG Arena to consoles like PS5, Xbox, Switch and Switch 2, etc. Please.

Cannot shuffle Floodpits
At the end of turn I wanted to use floodpits drowner hability to shuffle another creature with a stun counter on it into the oponent library and does not allow it. I might loose the game because of this.

match pairing
why are most of my draft games mirror matches. if not the same card pool then its of similar colors.

cant cast instants?
just played a match went to coynter some spells couldnt cast anything, they glowed yellow for a second the the guy cast another spell, and another and activated an ability, they they were glowable again but ni targets cause i just got screwed out of 3 plays. ftrecord too the first report errored wouldnt let me log in i revisited the main page but cant upload my log here... 2nd try error after login but continued after a second. maybe throw a couple more servers into use?

Galvanize not doing 5 damage after second card draw
I draw my first card during my turn
Then play OPT (which allows me to scry 1 and draw a card.
This is my second card draw this turn.
I then play Galvanize. But it only hits for 3 damage, not 5. But the requirement to make it do 5 damage has been met.
This is a bug.This is reproduceable on PC and Android version.

Crashing on iOS
I’m on iOS, iPhone 15pro. There was an iOS update yesterday and sense then the game has started to crash when loading into a match,it’s also making any ongoing audio stutter and distort.

Game crashes
Magic the Gathering Arena keeps crashing on mobile device, while I am in the middle of matches. This happens often, causing me to forfeit matches and events. Please update MtGA for mobile platforms so it doesn’t keep crashing

Tutorial is skipped without my permission
When I first downloaded the game, blue flame thanked me for defeating the dragon and gave me some decks. Trying to replay the tutorial leads to the same result. Attempting to repair the files did not help.

Opponent timed out but I lost
Opponent timed out but I lost. Opponent was Aharmlessbeetle. Using an angel deck and was out of cards in their hand. Also why am I ranking down? Your info says once I gain a rank I can’t lose it before the end of the season but I am repeatedly losing my rank. Also, your website is glitching and when I try to report bugs it won’t let me sign in or post a bug, just search for similar topics. I kept refreshing about 10 times and got lucky this time I guess. I am on iOS

Worst Match ups…
There is absolutely no reason for me to get matched up vs my worst match ups 90% of the time….like cmon it’s getting ridiculously bad…how am I suppose to play the game when this is happening? I’m not a pro by any means nor am I a good player I’m avg maybe above at best but I consistently make mythic in ranked. This 50% is ********.

750 xp challenge only awarded 500 xp but awarded 750 gold
As the title says, I was supposed to get 750 xp for completing the challenge but only got 500 xp. I was at 250 and now am at 775 (500 + 25). Log file attached.

Game loss due to dropped connection
Dropped connection kicked from draft game with no way to reenter. resulted in game loss. Has now happened twice on 2 days in a row. These events cost real world money, and being able to maximize play is contingent on not losing. Being handed an undeserved loss when the game drops connection (am on wifi and with phone service back up) is unacceptable.

Job select allowed me to attach equipment to another creature.
I was playing last night and I had the green legend that makes a frog every time a token enters. Then I cast a job select card, which created a frog. The attach trigger on my job select card let me choose to attach it to the frog or the hero token. My understanding is that it should auto equip to the hero instead of allowing me to choose.

Squall, SeeD Mercenary Double Strike Not Working
Playing on PC. While having Squall, SeeD Mercenary out and solo attacking with Cecil, Redeemed Paladin it shows him get the double strike ability but he only hits once. Has happened multiple times and with other creatures as well.

Sephiroth gains opponent 2 life when controlled by non-owner
Sephiroth, Fabled SOLIDER does not appear to be working as intended. When I reanimated my opponent's Sephiroth with Ardyn, the Usurper, its triggers did not cause my opponent to lose 1 life and for me to gain 1 life. Instead, my opponent just gained 2 life in each instance and my life total stayed the same. I only have my 17 lands details of my final game.

relm's sketching bug
playing sealed (after waiting an hour+ for the servers to come back up), played Relm's Sketching on turn 4 or 5. game stalled for a while, then spell never resolved. card did not go to graveyard, stayed on the visible stack for remainder of game, which i so wouldn't have lost otherwise.

Liliana Dreahorde general passive ability does not trigger
Although this bug has already been reported ("Liliana dreadhorde general does not trigger card draw when sacrificing zombie token") that description was incomplete. Please consider this an addition to that earlier bug report.
Liliana's passive ability where you draw a card everytime a creature you control dies, no longer triggers at all. Neither when sacrificing a zombie creature token, nor when a nontoken creature dies, whether it be in combat or not.
Regarding the information asked for above:
1: to reproduce the bug, either sacrifice a creature with Liliana's second ability, have one die in combat or otherwise.
