Subject: Game Freeze Bug – Request for Fix and Draft Match Compensation
Dear MTG Arena Support,
I'm writing to report a recurring and serious issue I've been experiencing while playing MTG Arena.
During gameplay, the game suddenly freezes and causes my entire computer to become unresponsive. None of the keys work, and I am forced to perform a manual shutdown. This has happened multiple times recently, including during a draft match, which I ended up losing due to the crash.
I have already taken the following steps:
Verified that all my drivers are up to date
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

Tannuk, Steadfast Second Showing me what has warp in my opponents hands
Playing on PC in brawl against a Tannuk, Steadfast Second deck and when Tannuk is played and at the beginning of every turn SOME cards in their hand flashes a warp animation showing me how many creatures or artifacts are in their hand. It is not every card in their hand just the creatures and artifacts that gain warp from Tannuk. I do not believe this is intended for me, the opponent of the Tannuk player to see.

Bulwark Ox Hexproof Failure Against Stasis Snare
I had four creatures in play, but only two are relevant to explain this bug. I had Bulwark Ox and Caradora, Heart of Alacria out on the board in a standard best of one match. Caradora had two +1/+1 counters on it. My opponent played stasis snare, targeting Caradora. In response, I sacrificed Bulwark Ox to give all my creatures with counters Indestructible and Hexproof. Despite the sacrifice trigger resolving, Caradora was still exiled under the Stasis Snare. My opponent controlled no effect that would have negated Hexproof such as Nowhere To Run so, from my understanding of the rules,…

The game freezes all the time
The game freezes and the card “stops” in motion when I play the tutorial. Can’t play the game. Happens both on my IOS (iPhone 13) and my PC (not an old one either). Seems like the problem is the software.

Not on my watch
Bug related to casting ‘not on my watch’. 4 attacking creatures, I have 6 available white mana. 3 attacking creatures created by Random encounter, I target the permanent not created by random encounter and receive not enough available mana. No wards or hexproof in play.

omniscience with terra and doubling season 1 billion doubling seasons crashing game wont relog in
i played an infinite combo player and the game allowed him to create over a billion token copies of doubling season with terra and a billion omniscience copies. it crashed my game on ipad and i couldnt log back in because the game would crash once it tried to recreate the game state. i dont think this is just my device. i think the game instance was also frozen. there should be a limit to the number of instances of one permanent or spell that should be chosen instead of the game trying to generate literally over a billion tokens…

Bug: Counterspell did not work
I was playing against "Canadice" on PC. They played a Deepfathom Echo. I used Counterspell to counter it, but it did not work. My card did nothing. Their card went off without a hitch.

Most players aren't real players
I've emailed the SEC. Don't know if it'll go anywhere. But hey, starting a paper trail to file a lawsuit if possible. Hasbro is defrauding investors and patrons with the amount of bots they call "players". Are events happening in your game, but there's no cards on the table that would allow that? Ya....bot. You ever notice that the other "player" never takes a mulligan? Did you just lose 15 games in a row before turn 5? Ya.....bots. Does the other "player" always have the exact card they need right before they lose? Ya.....bot. They're programmed to make you lose…

Waiting for server then match quits to lobby
Playing on Android. Recently I get a bug where in the middle of a match the screen goes black and says waiting for server then boots me back to lobby resulting in a loss. Essentially making mobile unplayable. Where have the hundreds of dollars spent on this game went to?

Full Control skipped
Full control don't behave as it should:
Repoduction steps:
- Play Relic of legens on Turn 3
- Enter turn 4 and activate Full Control Mode in your first phase
- Play Kona, Rescue Beastie and have a Poprtal To Phyrexia in hand.
-> You should now be able to use your relics of legends to tap Kona but your turn is auto skipped. which leads you to lose the game.10 votes -
Kaya Spirits' Justice unnecessary confirm
Using the -2 ability on Kaya, Spirits' Justice requires that I target my own creature to be exiled. The game does an "are you sure" confirm prompt, as if I had targeted my own creature accidentally.
(If there needs to be a confirm, do a "confirm 1" in the lower right corner, don't use the full-screen warning for something that's not a mistake.)1 vote -
Maelstrom of the spirit dragon not working with Charring Bite
As the title says, sometimes red mana added with Maelstrom cannot be used to cast an omen. I noted that it worked fine after I put my fourth land, (cavern of souls) down

Waystone's Guidance is not applying mobilize to Soul Warden (Bug)
I put down waystone's guidance and then placed down soul warden, but soul warden did not gain mobilize 2. It should have mobilize 2. This can be replicated across multiple matches.
I am using steam.

[Take Inventory] doesn't display #of copies in graveyard
See attatched screenshot, but the card [Take Inventory] doesn't have the marker showing how many other copies of it are in your graveyard. So my request is to just copy the UI/marker from [Frantic Inventory] over to it. Basically the same card, just one is a sorcery and the other an instant.

Lost the game when I had 3 health
I was hit by a starship and lost the game while I still had health remaining. This was a loss in limited draft. What can I do to fix having this loss on my record?

Omnicience and Finale of Revelation in brawl format
I am playing on PC. I have played several brawl games, where I am playing with Vivi as my commander, and have omnicience on the battlefield. As I may play spells without paying their mana costs. However; Finale of Revelation, I had the mana to pay for 10 or more, but it only casted it, as if omnicience wouldn't allow me to tap mana. I was never given the option to pay for the mana cost.

Incorrect rules interaction
I've never encountered this before today. It has always worked correctly, but I lost a match and rank today as a result of omniscience not interacting correctly with x spells. I had 2 x spells in hand with 13 available mana (lands + Ugin activation). The two spells were "Portent of Calamity" and "Doppelgang". I went to cast Doppelgang for 3 to finish milling my opponent out using Scrabbling Skullcrab's ability, but it would not let me choose a number other than zero. I tried multiple times, changes game settings, and even restarted the client. Nothing worked. I then clicked…

I could not cast an instant to prevent damage and killing creature because I blocked and would had cast infuriate to prevent . This happens a lot to me so I can not cast an instant even though no cards stated I could not casts spell on the opponents turn . This is bull loney
