How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Invalid sideboard
Almost all of my decks are now invalid and unplayable because of an invalid sideboard error. No banned cards, or more than 15 cards in the sideboard. I can't even edit and save them because of the continuous sideboard error message.

Golden Pack issue
I know you have some kind of issues going on with Golden Packs since the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" set came out. However, I just opened a Golden Pack and received gems for some rare card I already had 4 copies of. I thought the entire idea of Golden Packs was that I would be receiving rares / mythic rares that I did NOT have 4 copies of. What happened?

Cid rimeless
Arena is telling me that my Cid deck is invalid because I have too many copies of Cid Timeless Artificer even though it was working just fine yesterday and Cid's card literally says there's no card number restriction on him

Invalid deck error
After the newest update, my Standard deck is invalid due to a side board error. It says I can't have more than 15 side board cards but you can see in the image that it is 60/15.

Cannot have more then one copy, Brawl bug.
I have five decks that are no longer valid in Friendly Brawl because they contain multiple copies of cards that should allow it. Eg: Rat Colony, Persistent Petitioners, ***** Against Humanity, Nazgul, Hare Apparent.

Deck Building Issue
Is anyone else on IOS having the issue in deckbuilding during a draft where the back button in this screen does not work? You have to cancel deck building (and all current deck building changes) to return to the draft deck.

Brawl states I have too may copies of a card that states i can have any number of copies
I have cid timeless artificer which states I can have as many copies in a deck as I want, but when I try to play it it gives an error that I have too many copies. If I remove them all and replace them with something like islands its fine, but if I add even one extra it gives me that error

Set Completionist II
Set Completionist II not giving me credit for completing the Final Fantasy set. Please fix this, I spent so many Rares and Mythics on this. My only thought is FF of the Ages is also required, and if so, then its very misleading... Yes, I have 4x of every card in the Final Fantasy set, but not FF Of the Ages.

Hare Apparent bug
—Bug happening on ios—
Tried to make a Life Gain/Mill deck for Brawl using Hope Estheim as commander, and Hare Apparent as the main piece. I have 22 Hare Apparents in the deck list and when i save the deck it says “Invalid Deck: Too Many Copies of a Card.”21 votes -
Avatar Jump-In packs clearly not correct
I started an Avatar jump in and selected firebending and powerful as my packs. It came out with only 13 non-land cards. Clearly one or both of these packs did not populate the correct cards.

I have exactly 15 cards in my sideboard but the game says invalid deck, you can not have more than 15 cards in your sideboard

Deck Sideboard bugged. Number of cards issue
I can't play more than 7 cards in the sideboard for bo3. As the picture shows, I have 9 cards in the sideboard rather than more than 15.

Brawl not accepting Hare Apparents?
Just got the new update, it cancelled out my Aerith Brawl deck initially for 19 cards not accepted. Built a new one thinking it might be because of the rotation of sets. Turns out, it was an issue of there being more of the same card in the deck (Hare Apparent) although the function of Hare Apparent allows for more than one of them in a deck. The deck had worked before the updates. What's changed?

Cannot change deck type Format and cannot change Companion in Deck Builder
With the latest updates for the PC version of the app/client from this week (Sunday Jan 5, 2026 - Saturday Jan 10, 2026), I cannot change the deck Format on any deck in the deck builder. The drop down menu is hiding behind the deck stats on the left side of the screen. Also, I cannot change the Companion in the deck builder. All of the non-default Companion options are gone from the left side of the screen.
