How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Just bought a Mythic pack for Final Fantasy and I got a rare wild card instead of a mythic.

  2. Can't buy adventurer's pack. Looks like the buy button is programmed as cancel.

    Went to buy the adventurer's pack, and the button doesn't work. Instead of taking me to the steam store buy spiel, it does the same as the button next to it which is cancel. Buy button doesn't buy, just cancels.

    Can I get a free deck or something for finding this? Thanks love you

  3. I want to swap away Through the Omenpath packs

    I refuse to play Through the Omenpath events, I do not want the wretched cards from these packs. Requesting a swap for on my account for any other Arena packs or an exchange for gems

    Terrible set from the art, names of cards, keywords, game play...probably the worse set of all time.

  4. Missing Fleem Reward with Mastery Pass.

  5. Missing edge of eternities packs and renewal

    due to the huge player surge at the time of release on Arena I was experiencing a lot of lag and failed to get the first half of my Renewal Egg bonus. I relaunched the client a few times afterwards and failed to connect to servers multiple times, but eventually was about to access the shop and my pack. I was opening pack individually and experiencing large spikes in latency while trying to sift through my pulls. Eventually I decided to start opening them 10 at a time to expedite the process, but with my last 10 packs the client…

  6. Store User Interface Improvement on “Missable” items

    In the image with FF Avatars, there are two Gem prices, one is a lower, discounted price, and the other appears to be the original.

    In the image with the upcoming Edge of Eternities items, there is only one price for Gems, lead me to believe that once it leaves the store it is gone for good.

    Is this an indicator that the Final Fantasy Avatars (and similar priced items) will leave the store entirely or just go back to the original price?

    It would be helpful as a consumer to more accurately discern which items are Limited/One-time only/Likely to…

  7. Edge of Eternities Bundle Disappeared with 8 hours left

    Last night at 11:30 PM EST, the Edge of Eternities 50 pack bundle stated there were 20 hours left to purchase the bundle. Now, 12 hours later, the bundle has disappeared from the store.

  8. Color Mastery restarted to 0 after update

    After Final Fantasy update, my color mastery progression restart to 0, and I already had almost 250 from typical achievements.

  9. Arena wildcard mythic packs

    1. Received rare wildcard after purchasing mythic pack
    2. PC (windows)
    3. Paid for 2 mythic packs, received only 1 mythic card
    4. I expected 2 mythic cards

    When I try to pay using paypal, I reamin stuck in the "are you a human?" phase, it's not a paypal problem since I can use the app or pay other things with that. Only on mtg Arena I have this trouble

  11. Can't leave reviews on the Play Store or on Steam

    For upwards of 6 months I have been unable to review the game on either the Play Store or on Steam. I've tried 3 different devices on Steam and 2 different devices for the Play Store. After emailing wizards, I'm directed here.

  12. Buying packs from store not available

    After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

    Current background at the store is too pixalized(bad image quality) and is unpleassant to look at. Also it looks like the store is laggy.

  14. Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received

    I completed level 49 of the Mastery Pass today. I have already purchased the Mastery pass to receive the extra rewards. I should have received 2 mythic rare cards from the Final Fantasy set but did not receive anything.

  16. Not getting mastery pass reward - twice!-FF

    I should get a reward of a card after level 50. I just completed a level and got no reward. This happened to me once before. I just let it go. Now it happened again. So I wanted to report it. Completing a level is hard and a promised reward should be given.

  17. Purchased planes swamp and mountain lands in store this morning. They are not correctly showing up. Now not available in store.

    Purchased new planes, swamps, and mountain land cards from the store this morning. They are not correctly showing up in my inventory. They show up as lands that I already have now they are not available because I purchased them in the store. The coins were deducted from my account. I am using Apple iOS system.

  20. MISSING MASTERY REWARDS

    MISSING MASTERY REWARDS, I paid good money for these rewards and many of them don't even appear as though they've been activated, despite me consistently leveling up. Please send a refund for the pass or give me my rewards.
